After a complete restyling, began in 2003, planned and guided by an architectural studio from Milan and by a local one, both very well known in Italy and worldwide, behind the huge liberty style facade, which represents the connection between the past, the present and the future, there is the 4 levels Galleria, for a total of 26 shops and a movie theatre with 266 seats. Al contempo al terzo piano dell immobile, insieme alla sala cinematografica che è un vero e proprio salotto elegantissimo e super moderno, è stato realizzato un ambizioso Ristorante Lounge Bar su due livelli, di cui uno completamente in acciaio e vetro. Located at the 3rd floor with the movie theatre, there is also an elegant, fashionable and modern Restaurant Lounge Bar on 2 levels, one of the two completely made of steel and glass. Il tutto si articola intorno a quello che è un grande spazio chiuso luminosissimo, che risulta essere come una piazza che dialoga con il tessuto urbano circostante e con il cielo attraverso una copertura in alluminio e vetro, come un occhio che guarda verso l alto. Nel piano interrato dello stabile vi sono numerosi parcheggi e depositi a disposizione degli esercenti e personale lavoro, da questo piano partono i tre grandi ascensori completamente panoramici ed illuminati che hanno notevole impatto scenico.
