Nel 2003 decide di intraprendere l attività imprenditoriale nel ramo turistico-immobiliare, costituendo la e aprendo il primo ufficio a Milano nel 2004, sede attuale di HVG Consulting. Nello stesso anno, durante una vacanza nel Nordeste del Brasile, viene colpito dal fascino che la natura di questa parte di Paese offre, in particolare nello Stato dell Alagoas. Nel 2005, apre proprio a Maceio, capitale dello Stato, la Havengrid do Brasil, oggi sede principale del Gruppo.
