Completely developed by the Development Department, it is based on the MODULARITY. MOWIS requires a PC with an operative system such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, with GB Ram and 4 GB Disc. The basic licenses are structured in order to extend the system from a minimum of clients to the complete saturation, according to the requirement of the user. Also the investment will be defined according to the real necessities. EACH MODULE IS INCLUDED IN THE SYSTEM! MOWIS controls all the connections in a single screen. MOWIS sorveglia tutte le connessioni in un unica schermata MOWIS è il sistema di supervisione integrato della Moretto. Scritto interamente in Dipartimento Sviluppo è impostato sulla MODULARITÀ. MOWIS richiede un PC con sistema operativo Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, con 2 GB Ram e 4 GB Disco. Le licenze base sono così strutturate in modo da estendere il sistema da un minimo di due client fino a saturazione completa secondo le necessità dell utente, anche l investimento sarà calibrato sulle reali necessità. Every network unit receives the input or output for the programming and the supervision in real time of the complex systems. The system is structured with a solid Modbus communication network. MOWIS consente la supervisione dello stato dell impianto e di ogni sua unità collegata. Ogni unità di rete riceve input o output per la programmazione e la supervisione in tempo reale di sistemi complessi. Il sistema è strutturato in una solida rete di comunicazione Modbus. The multi-user configuration allows to operate on 4 levels for different functions. The ETHERNET connection supplied as standard ensures the connection for the remote service. MOWIS è una piattaforma multi-utente, appoggia su di un server e si presta alla gestione di sistemi complessi. La configurazione multi-utenza consente di lavorare su quattro livelli per funzioni diverse. La connessione ETHERNET di serie assicura il collegamento in remoto per il servizio di tele service. In this way it is possible to create the layout of the department autonomously and then follow the evolution of the department. The clone of the department is an advantage for the interpretation of the system in emergency situation. MOWIS è autoconfigurabile dall utente, in questo modo è possibile creare il lay-out del proprio reparto autonomamente e seguire le evoluzioni del reparto. RS485 MODBUS ETHERNET WIRELESS 1 - Mould control: automatic recognition of the mould. 2 - Barcode control: univocal identification of the material. 3 - RFID: automatic phase recognition. These modules allow to eliminate the human factor, guaranteeing a certificated process and a controlled quality. Sono disponibili tre piattaforme di controllo dei processi integrabili nel progetto MOWIS. 1 - Mould control: riconoscimento automatico dello stampo. 2 - Barcode control: identificazione univoca del materiale. 3 - RFID: riconoscimento automatico della fase. The data and the reports can be exported in other applications or ERP systems for the integrated management of raw materials, the reorders and the quantity used. The MOWIS data can be elaborated using graphs, pie charts, analisys diagrams for the process, the efficiency and the performance control. MOWIS is an OMS&P project. MOWIS does not need a maintenance agreement. MOWIS è un sistema aperto basato su Windows, i dati ed i reports possono essere esportati in altri mondi o sistemi ERP per la gestione integrata delle materie prime, nel riordino e nelle quantità consumate. I dati MOWIS possono essere elaborati usando grafici, torte, diagrammi di analisi per il controllo di processo dell efficienza e delle performance. MOWIS è un progetto OMS&P.
