Actually, the polymers have different characteristics that influence the transportation phase. These differences influence the transport phase and each type of granule has a completely different behavior. All these aspects have been taken into account by Moretto in the development of KruiseKontrol, an innovative system able to control and manage the speed of the granule in the vacuum transport. Il trasporto di granuli plastici in depressione è ritenuto un procedimento semplice e privo di contenuti tecnici. In realtà, i polimeri presentano differenti caratteristiche che li contraddistinguono e che influenzano in modo determinante il processo di trasporto. Queste differenze si manifestano nella fase di trasporto con comportamenti totalmente diversi fra ogni tipologia di granulo. Considerando questi aspetti, Moretto ha sviluppato il KruiseKontrol, un innovativo sistema capace di controllare e gestire la velocità del granulo nel trasporto sottovuoto. The system is usually constituted by units that produce vacuum and a pipe to convey the granules. Based on the quantity to be moved and the distance, more or less powerful suction units and piping with different diameters are chosen. Il trasporto sottovuoto è un processo di lavorazione ancora abbastanza approssimativo. Normalmente il sistema è costituito da unità che producono il vuoto ed una tubazione all interno della quale viaggiano i granuli. The friction of the granules against the pipes during the transportation phase causes the formation of an uniform film. This phenomenon, called angel hair exists mainly in aluminum piping. Sooner or later this film detaches from the pipe surface and this causes production wastes. The detachment of angel hair is accidental and this is a very common problem. L attrito che sviluppa il granulo a contatto con le tubazioni nella fase di trasporto provoca la formazione di una pellicola uniforme. Questo fenomeno, denominato capelli d angelo, si verifica particolarmente nelle tubazioni in alluminio. Casualmente questa pellicola si stacca generando scarti di produzione. In this way the KruiseKontrol reduces the peak of the initial and final transport speed. KruiseKontrol keeps the speed of the granule constant; when the pipes is full, the productivity increases and it reduces negative phenomenon such as STRESS, DUST and ANGEL HAIR. Il KruiseKontrol interviene sulla velocità del trasporto di ogni differente polimero ma grazie al controllo della velocità/vuoto, mantiene la costanza delle due variabili intervenendo all interno del ciclo, togliendo il picco di velocità iniziale e finale del trasporto. Il KruiseKontrol mantiene la velocità costante del granulo, con tubazione piena aumenta la produttività e riduce i fenomeni negativi come STRESS, POLVERE e CAPELLI D ANGELO. The user chooses the type of material and the machine to be fed, and KruiseKontrol automatically receives the inputs and delivers the selected material to every machine, managing each material with the proper speed.
