4 INTRODUZIONE Il tessuto economico bolognese è ricco di piccole e medie imprese che operano nel settore della subfornitura meccanica. Ai fini di promuovere e sostenere l internazionalizzazione e l ingresso in determinati mercati esteri di queste imprese, mettendone in evidenza le competenze e le specializzazioni tecniche al servizio di potenziali committenti europei in un ambito territoriale tecnologicamente all avanguardia, la Camera di Commercio di Bologna, ha realizzato, in collaborazione con le Associazioni di categoria CNA Bologna e UNINDUSTRIA Bologna, un progetto specifico per le aziende a favore delle imprese della provincia di Bologna operanti nei servizi di lavorazione meccanica conto terzi e/o di produzione di semilavorati ed altri manufatti a disegno affinché possano trovare nuove opportunità di business ed avviare un graduale processo di sviluppo sui mercati esteri. I mercati esteri obiettivo sono Germania, Svizzera, Svezia e Finlandia e vede il coinvolgimento delle Camere di Commercio Italiane presenti nei vari paesi esteri di riferimento. Il progetto ha previsto la realizzazione di un Data Base di imprese estere committenti tagliato su misura delle necessità delle imprese bolognesi che hanno aderito al Progetto stesso e l organizzazione di una missone di incoming di un gruppo selezionato di committenti. Le imprese coinvolte nel progetto sono impiegate in: lavorazioni meccaniche di precisione, realizzazione di prototipi, tornitura, fresatura, lavorazioni della lamiera, saldatura e pulitura dei metalli, trattamenti delle superfici, carpenteria metallica, realizzazione di impianti elettromeccanici, elettronica, stampaggio, verniciatura, fusioni e fonderia. Giugno 2012 GERMANIA INFORMAZIONI SUL MERCATO La congiuntura economica La Germania conserva il ruolo di locomotiva dell economia europea, contribuendo con i suoi 82,3 milioni di abitanti, al 27% del PIL dell Euro zona. Alla fine dell`anno 2011 il tasso di crescita del prodotto interno lordo si è attestato al 3%, con un valore di 2570 miliardi di Euro. Nel 2011 aumenta il prodotto interno lordo procapite registrando un valore di Euro. Positiva la situazione del mercato del lavoro che vede milioni di occupati (un tedesco su due lavora), e un tasso di disoccupazione del 7,1 %. Crescono gli investimenti in impianti (+6,3%), macchinari e autovetture (+7,6%), costruzioni (+5,8%). L industria elettromeccanica tedesca Gli ultimi dati statistici riferiscono che il mercato della subfornitura tedesca è tornato a crescere a ritmi pre-crisi ed il fatturato è cresciuto del 7% raggiungendo i 204,7 milioni di euro creando un aumento dei posti di lavoro nell indotto del + 0,7 %. L Italia rappresenta il primo paese fornitore della Germania per quanto riguarda macchinari industriali. Nel 2011 la Germania ha importato macchinari per 1,2 milioni di tonnellate ed un valore di 7,3 miliardi di euro. I settori di applicazione che dimostrano maggior dinamismo sono quello meccanico, automotive, packaging, medical, grafica e stampanti. La ricerca e selezione dei fornitori Nella ricerca e nella gestione del rapporto con i fornitori distinguiamo: Grandi aziende: l ufficio acquisti strategici valuta la candidature pervenute online o ricerca direttamente i suoi fornitori presso fiere internazionali. Il processo di selezione può durare fino a 18 mesi. La durata tipica di un contratto è mesi, le certificazioni sono predefinite dal committente ed i fornitori per prodotto sono più di uno. Per le PMI il rapporto è intrapreso tramite contatto personale con il responsabile acquisti, il quale richiede una campionatura dettagliata. Il potenziale fornitore elabora poi un offerta che sarà valutata nell arco di 3-6 mesi. La durata tipica di un contratto di fornitura è solitamente a lungo termine quindi fino a 5 6 anni. I fornitori sono uno per prodotto e non sempre sono necessarie certificazioni. Un altra possibilità a disposizione dei fornitori italiani, è quella di rivolgersi agli agenti/procacciatori d`affari presenti sul territorio e ricercabili anche con il supporto della Camera di Commercio italo - tedesca. 5 6

5 Indicazioni utili alle imprese fornitrici italiane Essenziale è la chiara definizione dei ruoli in azienda ed il rapporto con un interlocutore unico che parli tedesco, o comunque un inglese molto buono in modo che si possa comunicare con precisione anche su temi o problematiche tecniche. Fondamentale è l avere un sito internet chiaro, tracciabile, in lingua inglese e/o tedesca. Le aziende tedesche nel scegliere i loro fornitori danno molta importanza al materiale informativo ricevuto, ai prodotti, ai processi produttivi e ai sistemi di controllo qualità. La gestione efficiente della comunicazione in termini di puntualità e chiarezza è un altra importante discriminante nella scelta dei fornitori. Indicazioni utili per una promozione territoriale efficace Per una promozione territoriale efficace è consigliabile alle aziende italiane la partecipazione a fiere internazionali, rivolgersi alla stampa di settore, ottenere la tracciabilità su piattaforme online e CD ROM o banche dati. Le principali piattaforme online per accedere al mercato tedesco sono: : piattaforma che permette l incontro di domanda e offerta nei vari settori della subfornitura. I fornitori possono registrarsi e venire contattati direttamente dai buyer per una quotazione, o per partecipare a gare d appalto. : piattaforma che permette ai fornitori di registrarsi scegliendo tra tre settori (packaging, parti automatiche e tessile) per entrare in contatto diretto con potenziali clienti del settore manifatturiero. : piattaforma dedicata alle piccole-medio imprese della subfornitura che ricercano fornitori qualificati in grado di realizzare parti secondo disegno tecnico, e a fornitori che cercano nuovi clienti. : motore di ricerca per la ricerca di fornitori business to business. ISO 9001: è lo standard di riferimento riconosciuto a livello mondiale per la gestione della qualità di qualsiasi organizzazione indipendentemente dalle dimensioni o dal settore di attività, che intenda rispondere alla crescente competitività nei mercati attraverso il miglioramento della soddisfazione e della fidelizzazione dei clienti, la razionalizzando dei processi interni, la conseguente riduzione di sprechi ed inefficienze. TÜV: Associazione di Controllo Tecnico sono delle certificazioni tedesche in ambito di sistemi di gestione sicurezza alimentare e ambientale e per la qualità del sistema di gestione aziendale. 7 8

6 SVEZIA E FINLANDIA INFORMAZIONI SUL MERCATO La congiuntura economica - Svezia La Svezia, con 9,4 milioni di abitanti su un territorio 1/3 più grande dell Italia è un paese fortemente influenzato da culture staniere che da sempre collabora con entitá esterne a causa di un mercato interno troppo piccolo. L economia è fondata su realtá aziendali medio-grandi, o addirittura multinazionali proiettate verso i mercati esteri come SVE, Volvo, SAAB, Scania, Ericsson, SKF, Atlas Copco, ABB, SSAB, Boliden Vattenfall. Il 2011 è stato un anno di ripresa per l economia svedese che ha segnato una crescita maggiore rispetto a quella di molti altri Paesi OCSE: il PIL è aumentato di circa il 4,6% e la forte domanda interna ha contribuito a ristabilire una situazione danneggiata dalla recente crisi mondiale. L andamento degli scambi commerciali ha registrato una forte accelerazione delle importazioni specialmente nella seconda parte dell anno: Totale import: mld/sek (+11,43%) Totale export: mld/sek (+9,35%) l'italia ha esportato merci in Svezia per un valore di milioni di SEK, un aumento del 9,7% rispetto allo stesso periodo del La congiuntura economica - Finlandia La Finlandia è un Paese con 5,4 milioni di abitanti e non fortemente influenzato da culture staniere: il 93% sono finalndesi e il 6% svedesi. L economia finlandese è caratterizzata da una lunga tradizione industriale dovuta alla presenza di ricchi giacimenti di materie prime, grazie a cui è stato possibile sviluppare settori ad elevato coefficiente tecnologico. Le grandi multinazionali finlandesi sono Stora Enso, NOKIA, Kone, UPM- Kymmene, Wärtsilä, OKO. I dati relativi al primo semestre 2011 hanno confermato il generalizzato andamento positivo innescato lo scorso anno: il Prodotto Interno Lordo ha infatti registrato un incremento complessivo del 2,7%. A conferma dell'elevato grado di internazionalizzazione dell'economia finlandese, le esportazioni e le importazioni sono cresciute rispetto all anno precedente: Totale import: mld/euro (+25,5%) Totale export: mld/euro (+20,2%) I rapporti commerciali con l'italia hanno evidenziato un indice positivo, con un aumento delle importazioni dall Italia (+ 8,7%) più consistente rispetto alle esportazioni (+1,0%). L industria elettromeccanica dei paesi nordici Il settore dell industria meccanica, denominata anche Engineering Industry è una base importante del settore manufatturiero svedese e finlandese. All interno della Engineering Industry la metà degli acquisiti che riguardano principalmente input produttivi vengono fatti da fornitori esteri. La subfornitura è la principale voce di esportazioni italiane nei paesi nordici in grado di attivare significativi e duraturi meccanismi di collaborazione, integrazione ed investimento nel medio-lungo termine. La tipologia di prodotti principalmente richiesti sono prodotti tecnicamente avanzati ed innovativi: circa 71% delle forniture è destinato alla lavorazione di precisione ed ingegneria meccanica, all elettronica ed all elettrotecnica, alla costruzione di strutture in metallo e alle lavorazioni con utensili e modelli costruttivi meccanici. La ricerca e selezione dei fornitori I buyers del settore metalmemeccanico nordico sono ritenuti essere acquirenti esigenti, sicuramente data l esperienza internazionale e la lunga esperienza industriale. I gruppi industriali svedesi e finlandesi presenti sul mercato internazionale richiedono di poter contare sui propri fornitori anche a livello globale e che questi possano dare supporto alla produzione all estero e all aftermarket. Si preferisce avvalersi di meno fornitori, ma più grandi, da cui vi è il vantaggio di poter comprare una vasta linea e volumi maggiori di prodotti a prezzi più bassi. Esistono dei criteri di selezione e valutazione su cui gli acquirenti basano la scelta del subfornitore: Affidabilità: alto livello tecnologico e commitment verso rapporti commerciali duraturi Capacitá di coinvolgimento nello sviluppo del prodotto dell industria di riferimento Continuitá di flussi di informazione e trasparenza informativa Rispetto dei tempi di consegna e flessibilitá nei volumi Prevaelentemente contratto di distribuzione monomandatario, La variabile prezzo è un elemento fondamentale che spinge i compratori nordici a rivolgersi a subfornituri stranieri Indicazioni utili alle imprese fornitrici italiane Non esitono particolari restrizioni alle importazioni. 7 Indicazioni utili per una promozione territoriale efficace Per una promozione territoriale efficace è consigliabile alle aziende italiane la partecipazione a fiere settoriali, annunci in riviste settoriali e anche contatti diretti con le associazioni di categoria indicate sotto.il conivolgimento della seguente associazione di categoria ha permesso di promuovere l iniziativa sull internazionalizzazione della subfornitura meccanica verso i loro stakeholders. Si consiglia anche alle aziende italiane di strutturare in modo chiaro il sito web aziendale e fornirne almeno una versione in Inglese. E molto importante la trasparenza e la precisione delle informazioni fornite ( come profilo aziendale e tipologia di prodotti/servizi forniti ) per permettere alle potenziali aziende buyer di avere almeno inizialmente degli elementi concreti di valutazione. Le certificazioni più comuni richieste in Svezia e Finlandia Le certificazioni più richieste in Svezia e Finlandia sono: ISO 9001 identifica una serie di standard internazionali che definiscono un punto di riferimento per fornire elementi di garanzia circa la capacità di soddisfare i requisiti di qualità e di migliorare la soddisfazione del cliente- fornitore. ISO/TS 16949:2002 è una specifica tecnica ISO che mira allo sviluppo di un sistema di gestione della qualità. ISO identifica una serie di standard internazionali relativi alla gestione ambientale delle organizzazioni. Ciò che l'organizzazione fa per minimizzare gli effetti nocivi sull'ambiente causati dalle sue attività, e per raggiungere il miglioramento continuo delle proprie prestazioni ambientali. 8 SVIZZERA INFORMAZIONI SUL MERCATO La congiuntura economica Nonostante le turbolenze che affliggono l economia internazionale la Svizzera ha fatto registrare nel 2011 una crescita del PIl che ha sfiorato il 2% sul 2010, dimostrandosi ancora una volta mercato stabile e ricco, porto sicurio per molti esportatori italiani. Con i consumi cresciuti dell 1% nello stesso anno e dati in accelerazione all 1,2% nel 2012 e le importazioni previste in crescita al 3,9%, la Svizzera conquista nel 2011 il quarto posto tra i maggiori importatori mondiali di prodotti italiani alle spalle di Germania, Francia e Stati Uniti e davanti a Regno Unito e Spagna. L industria elettromeccanica svizzera Il comparto elettromeccanico che include tutti i maggiori settori di applicazione della subfornitura meccanica italiana genera ca. 90 miliardi di Euro l anno di fatturato e ca 70 miliardi di Euro di importazioni in Svizzera dal mondo. Nonostante la capacità produttiva sia un aumento, l occupazione del settore è in calo, a conferma di crescenti investimenti in tecnologia e produttività. 10 INTRODUCTION The economic fabric of Bologna is full of small and medium enterprises operating in the mechanical subcontracting sector. For the purpose of the project is promoting and supporting internationalization and entry into foreign markets of these companies, highlighting the skills and specialized technical know-how to future potential European customers with an area of interest in technologically advanced offering. The Chamber of Commerce for Bologna has developed, in collaboration with the trade union CNA Bologna and UNINDUSTRIA Bologna, a specific project for companies operating in the province of Bologna, within the sector of manufacturing and semi processing ad well as production for third parties. The project aims in supporting the companies in Bologna in finding new business opportunities and starting a gradual process of development toward new markets. The main foreign target markets for this project are Germany, Sweden/Finland and Switzerland and the project will be supported by the network of Italian Chambers of Commerce in each of these countries/markets. The project has seen a thorough research in order to create a valid Data Base of companies from the above mentioned markets, tailored to the offerings of the companies from Bologna. The following step of the project will see a visit to Bologna organized for a selected group of buyers from the above mentioned markets. The companies Bologna involved in the project are mainly part of the following business areas: precision machining, prototyping, turning, milling, machining of sheet metal, welding and metal cleaning, surface treatments, metal, manufacturing of electromechanical, electronics, molding, painting, casting and foundry. June 2012 GERMANY MARKET INFORMATION Economic outlook With 82, 3 millions of habitants, Germany plays a leading role as the locomotive of the European economy, contributing at the level of 27 % to the GDP of Euro area. At the end of 2011 Germany s GDP has grown at the rate of 3% reaching a value of 2570 billions of euro. In 2011 its per capita income has registered a value of Euro. Labor market has shown positive results: million of persons are employed (one every two Germans) and the unemployment rate is stable at 7, 1%. Industrial investments are growing at a rate of 6, 3% and so the ones in the automotive (+7,6%) and in the constructions sector (+5, 8%). The German electromechanical industry The latest statistical data shows a dynamic market with a 7 % grown turnover for a value of 204, 7 millions of euro. The employment in the electromechanical industry has increased by 0, 7 %. Italy represents Germany s first supplier regarding industrial machines. 16 EINLEITUNG Das wirtschaftliche Gebiet von Bologna ist reich an Klein- und Mittelunternehmen, die im mechanischen Zulieferungsbereich tätig sind. Die Handelskammer Bologna, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachverband CAN Bologna und UNINDUSTRIA Bologna, hat ein spezifisches Projekt für Unternehmen erarbeitet, welches an die Unternehmen aus der Provinz Bologna gerichtet ist, die in mechanischen Verarbeitungsdienstleistungen für Drittpersonen und/oder in der Herstellung von Halbfabrikaten und anderen Artefakten aktiv sind, damit sie neue Geschäftsgelegenheiten finden können und einen stufenweisen Entwicklungsprozess in ausländischen Märkten beginnen können. Das Projektziel ist die Internalisierung und den Eintritt von diesen Unternehmen in ausländische Märkte zu fördern und unterstützen, in der Absicht ihre Fachkompetenzen und Spezialisierungen hervorzuheben, aus denen mögliche europäische Auftraggeber aus einem technologisch fortgeschritten Gebiet Nutzen ziehen können. Die ausländischen Zielmärkte sind Deutschland, Schweiz, Schweden und Finnland und das Projekt bezieht die entsprechenden Italienischen Handelskammern ein. Das Projekt sieht die Verarbeitung einer Datenbank mit ausländischen Einkäuferunternehmen vor, die auf die Bedürfnisse der auf das Projekt eingegangene Unternehmen aus Bologna zugeschnitten ist, und die Organisation einer Incoming Mission, einer Gruppe von ausgewählten Auftraggebern. Die Aktivitäten der im Projekt mit einbezogenen Unternehmen sind die folgenden: Feinmechanikarbeiten, Prototypschaffung, Drehen, Fräsen, Blechverarbeitung, Schweißen und Metallreinigung, Oberflächenbearbeitung, Zimmerei, Schaffung von elektromechanischen Anlagen, Elektronik, Pressen, Lackierung, Schmelzen und Gießerei. Juni 2012 DEUTSCHLAND MARKTINFORMATIONEN Konjunktur und Wirtschaft Mit einem Anteil von 27% am Bruttoinlandsprodukt der Euro-Zone wird Deutschland mit seinen 82,3 Mio. Zulieferindustrie und Deutsch-Italienische Beziehungen Wie die aktuellen Zahlen belegen hat sich die deutsche Zulieferindustrie mit einem Umsatzwachstum von 7% auf EUR 204,7 Mio. nun endgültig von der Krise erholt, wodurch auch die Beschäftigung in diesem Sektor um 0,7% stieg. Italien ist im Bereich Industriemaschinen mit 1,2 Mio. Tonnen exportierter Güter im Wert von EUR 7,3 Mrd. der wichtigste Zulieferer Deutschlands. Besonders positiv entwickelten sich der Maschinenund Fahrzeugbau, sowie die Verpackungs-, Medizin- und Grafik und Druckindustrie. Akquisition neuer Zulieferer Die Suche nach neuen Partnern lässt sich in drei Gruppen gliedern: Große Unternehmen: Die Abteilung für den strategischen Einkauf wertet die online eingegangenen Anfragen aus oder tritt auf internationalen Messen direkt mit den Zulieferern in Kontakt.
