La trova nella coltivazione e poi nell industria del caffè. 120 anni dopo, per celebrare una grande storia di famiglia fatta di esperienza, di qualità e di passione per il caffè Cagliari presenta un nuovo concept store: la Casa del Caffè. In 1895 Ambrogio Cagliari decided to seek his fortune in Brazil. He found it first in the cultivation and then in the industry of coffee. 120 years later, to celebrate a great family history of experience, quality and passion for coffee Cagliari presents a new concept store: la Casa del Caffè. The Concept of Casa del Caffè Cagliari comes from the uniqueness of our region with the aim of recreating the welcoming and warm atmosphere of our wonderful City in every single Store. I suoi portici, le sue antiche drogherie, le sue caffetterie insieme alle eccellenze alimentari, permettono ad ogni singolo avventore di vivere la storia incomparabile della stessa famiglia Cagliari in un contesto senza eguali. 3 ECCELLENZA ITALIANA ITALIAN EXCELLENCE Casa del Caffè Cagliari vuole essere espressione della cultura italiana, dalle cui eccellenze trae le sue specifiche particolarità. In primis, questo progetto fa riferimento alla grande scuola del design italiano, di cui furono straordinari interpreti Bruno Munari ed Enzo Mari. A questi giganti del design italiano, è ispirato il concept dell elemento centrale: il Bar Counter. The Casa del Caffè Cagliari aims to be an expression of Italian culture, the special details of which originate from its excellence. First of all, this project refers to the great school of Italian design, with its extraordinary exponents Bruno Munari and Enzo Mari. The concept of the Bar Counter is inspired to these giants of Italian design. Anche come modello di business, Casa del Caffè Cagliari deriva interamente dalla forma mentis italiana - diversamente da molte altre culture - intende il bar-caffetteria come un luogo polifunzionale, dove è possibile consumare una vasta gamma di prodotti, dal caffè alla ristorazione informale, fruibile a qualsiasi orario (colazione, pranzo, aperitivo, cena) anche take-away. Even as a business model, the Casa del Caffè Cagliari comes entirely from the Italian mindset, which unlike many other cultures, sees the coffee bar as a multi-functional place, serving a wide range of products, from coffee to more informal catering, accessible at any time (breakfast, lunch, aperitif, dinner) also to take-away.

4 PROGETTO MODULARE MODULARITY SUPPORTO MANAGERIALE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SUPPORT Il progetto è concepito per soddisfare le diverse opportunità contemporanee, adattandosi quindi a molteplici tipologie di location e di investimento. La sua modularità permette di inserirlo efficacemente sia in grandi superfici (Flagship) che in contesti standard (Retail Store) sino a superfici più ridotte (Corner). A solo scopo rappresentativo sono state identificate tre tipologie di adattamento: SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE. Ma il progetto è ulteriormente adattabile ad ogni tipo di contesto. The project is designed to meet the different contemporary opportunities, adapting to different types of locations and investment. The modularity means it can be effectively inserted within large contexts (Flagship), standard size contexts (Retail Store) and even more limited areas (Corner). By way of example, three types of stores have been identified: SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE. However, the project can be adapted further to any type of investment.
