3 Grammar focus (Grammatica) Utilizza be going + verbo o be + verbo~ing per descrivere un azione che si svolge in un future vicino. E.g.)It s cloudy. It s going to rain soon. (E nuvoloso. Pioverà presto.) Be going + verbo viene anche utilizzato per esprimere decisioni per un futuro prossimo o intenzioni. E.g.)I m going to buy a new car. (Ho intenzione di comprare una nuova macchina.) Be + verbo~ing vene utilizzato genericamente per descrivere quello che sta succedendo in questo momento ( present continuous tense ), ma viene anche utilizzato per descrivere un future prossimo. E.g.)He is arriving to Tokyo soon. (Arriverà a Tokyo presto) Aggiungi not per formulare frasi negative. E.g.)It is not going to rain soon. (Non pioverà presto) I m not going to buy a new car. (Non ho intenzione di comprare una nuova macchina) He is not arriving in Tokyo soon. (Non arriverà a Tokyo presto) 3
