3 motori coppia serie HTQ torque motors HTQ series I motori HTQ torque MAGNETIC sono motori sincroni a magneti permanenti destinati all integrazione diretta nelle macchine industriali. Nati dalle esigenze sempre più spinte dell automazione sono stati progettati per offrire un prodotto con elevate capacità di coppia a basse velocità e per poter eliminare i tradizionali componenti della catena cinematica, permettendo di aumentare la precisione e il rendimento delle macchine industriali. L elevato rendimento intrinseco che caratterizza questi motori li rende particolarmente adatti anche ad applicazioni di generazione elettrica, nel settore eolico ed idroelettrico. Disponibili da 3,7Nm a oltre 7.150Nm, la gamma delle opzioni disponibili comprende: avvolgimenti a diverse velocità, anche su richiesta specifica, diversi tipi di raffreddamento a seconda delle taglie (esecuzione non ventilata IC400, raffreddamento a liquido IC3W7), personalizzazioni meccaniche (alberi, flange...) anche per quantità ridotte, freno di stazionamento incorporato. Born to satisfy automation always more advanced needs, they are designed to offer a high torque capabilities product at low speeds, and to be able to remove traditional kinematic chain components, allowing to increase industrial machines motion precision and efficiency. Due to high efficiency typical of these motors, they are suitable for hydroelectric or wind electric generation. 4 motori in corrente continua a campo avvolto serie MM/MAG wound field d.c. motors MM/MAG series Consolidato progetto Magnetic, apprezzato per qualità e robustezza delle soluzioni, la serie MM/MAG presenta motori in corrente continua a statore quadro laminati, con elevato rapporto potenza/dimensioni. Proposti con sovratemperatura di dimensionamento in classe F, vengono comunque realizzati con la maggior parte dei materiali in classe H a garanzia di affidabilità e durata. La serie MAG prevede esecuzione con avvolgimenti di compensazione per applicazioni di regolazione a potenza costante. Le opzioni disponibili comprendono: diversi tipi di raffreddamento (elettroventilatore assiale, scambiatore addossato, auto ventilazione...), predisposizione e/o montaggio di trasduttore, predisposizione e/o montaggio di freni elettromagnetici di emergenza/stazionamento, personalizzazioni meccaniche (alberi, flange...) anche per quantità ridotte. Disponibili con 3 tipi di avvolgimenti standard da 20, 40 o 60V riferiti a 1000 rpm, vengono fornite con spazzole in elettrografite o carboargento, a seconda delle applicazioni. Caratteristica distintiva è la possibilità di estrazione del rotore senza smagnetizzazione della dinamo. > Serie FR: esecuzione tradizionale, con flangia, con o senza scatola morsettiera. > Serie FRBR: esecuzione con doppia flangia, predisposizione per l accoppiamento a vari tipi di encoder. > Serie FRD: dinamo doppia, composta da 2 unità meccanicamente solidali, atte a fornire due segnali uguali e indipendenti. > Serie BR: dinamo con rotore ad asse cavo, per montaggio diretto sull albero motore. Le dinamo della serie FR e BR possono essere corredate da un relè centrifugo completamente meccanico per protezione contro la sovra velocità. I relè centrifughi della serie RC2 possono essere forniti anche singolarmente per montaggio diretto sull albero del motore. Designed thanks to Magnetic experience in the d.c. motor field, tachogenerators are speed transducers with 4 poles excitation and ALNICO permanent magnets. Available with 3 kind of standard windings of 20, 40 or 60V referred to 1000 rpm, tachogenerators are supplied with electro graphite or carbon silver brushes, depending on applications. Distinguishing feature is the possibility to extract the rotor without demagnetizing the tacho. > FR series: traditional construction, flanged, with or without terminal box. > FRBR series: double flange construction, already fit to connect different types of encoders. > FRD series: double tachogenerator, made by two mechanically coupled units able to deliver two equal and independent signals. > BR series: hollow shaft rotor tacho, for direct assembly on motor shaft extension. FR and BR series tachogenerators can be enhanced by a completely mechanical relay for over speed protection. Centrifugal relays of RC2 series may be supplied also in standalone version for direct installation on motor shaft.

5 motori asincroni vettoriali serie MA asynchronous vectorial motors MA series I motori asincroni vettoriali della serie MA sono ottimizzati per alimentazione da inverter vettoriale a controllo di flusso, per consentire regolazioni di velocità a coppia e a potenza costante. Dedicati alle applicazioni generiche a velocità variabile, sono progettati con statore quadro laminato e ventilazione assistita per avere dimensioni particolarmente contenute, paragonabili a quelle dei motori in c.c.. Vengono proposti con grado di protezione IP54 su tutte le taglie, e su molte di queste con protezione IP23 per ottener potenze maggiori. Gli avvolgimenti a catalogo prevedono diverse velocità, per tensione inverter di 360Vrms e 400Vrms. Le opzioni disponibili comprendono: predisposizione e/o montaggio dei più comuni encoder sul mercato, predisposizione e/o montaggio di freni elettromagnetici di emergenza/stazionamento, avvolgimenti ottimizzati per diverse velocità/tensioni, anche su specifica richiesta, personalizzazioni meccaniche (alberi, flange...) anche per quantità ridotte. Asynchronous vectorial motors MA Series are designed and optimized to be used with flux control vectorial inverters, to give constant torque and constant power speed regulation. Born to fit generic variable speed applications, these motors are designed with square laminated stator and auxiliary fan, to reach really reduced dimensions, similar to d.c. motors ones. They are available with IP54 protection degree on all sizes, most of these also with IP23 protection degree to obtain increased power. Catalogue presents windings with different nominal speeds and for 360Vrms and 400Vrms inverter nominal voltage.
