4 I.2 EUROPE AID 'Supporting the Creation of New Contemporary Study Centres in India and Contemporary Indian Study Centres in the EU SCADENZA: FACOLTA : AREA TEMATICA: BENEFICIARI: RISORSE DISPONIBILI E FINANZIAMENTO: IDENTIFICATIVO: DOCUMENTAZIONE: Lingue e Letterature Straniere, Economia The eu-india action plan support facility study centres component consists of the provision of technical assistance on the one hand (for which a separate action is being implemented) and cofinancing support (grants) on the other hand covered by the present call for proposals. The programme is designed as a pilot initiative to support the creation and development of a limited number of study centres belonging to wellestablished and recognised higher-education institutions in India and the Eu. 5 Parte 1a TENDER INVITI A MANIFESTARE INTERESSE IA.1 SCADENZA: FACOLTA : STUDIO RELATIVO AI REQUISITI CONTABILI PER LE PMI Economia La Commissione europea ha pubblicato una gara d'appalto per alcuni incarichi finalizzati a fornire una panoramica dei requisiti contabili esistenti e delle esigenze percepite in relazione alle informazioni contabili da parte delle PMI in Europa nell'economia delle imprese non finanziarie dal punto di vista dell'utente. A tale scopo lo studio sarà condotto in paesi selezionati tra gli Stati membri e i paesi SEE. Lo studio è costituito da 3 moduli: 1. ricerche documentarie: individuare e analizzare informazioni fattuali relative ai requisiti contabili per le PMI in vigore al momento della firma del contratto per i paesi selezionati nell'economia delle imprese non finanziarie. In particolare dovranno essere individuate buone prassi contabili, dovranno essere formulate raccomandazioni e redatte conclusioni sulla base delle informazioni raccolte e analizzate delle ricerche documentarie. Inoltre dovranno essere raccolti alcuni dati statistici relativi alle PMI; OGGETTO: 2. indagine: analizzare ed individuare le esigenze percepite degli utenti in relazione alle informazioni contabili da parte delle PMI in Europa, nonché le esigenze delle stesse PMI in relazione ad informazioni contabili relative all'economia delle imprese non finanziarie nei paesi selezionati. A tale scopo l'indagine sarà condotta tra utenti, professionisti contabili e preparatori. Dovranno essere formulate raccomandazioni relative ai requisiti contabili percepiti e redatte conclusioni sulla base dei risultati dell'indagine; 3. fornire contributi per future iniziative politiche: sulla base dell'analisi condotta dalle ricerche documentarie e dell'indagine condotta tra gli utenti, i preparatori e i professionisti contabili, il contraente dovrà individuare e presentare argomentazioni relative alla forma e al contenuto di possibili iniziative politiche future relative ai requisiti contabili per le PMI nell'economia delle imprese non finanziarie. Il presente incarico deve essere visto alla luce del lavoro della Commissione finalizzato a esentare le micro entità dagli obblighi contabili previsti dalle direttive in materia contabile (78/660/CEE e 83/349/CEE) e la revisione di dette direttive. Dovrà essere data particolare attenzione alle iniziative 5

6 politiche finalizzate alla riduzione dell'onere amministrativo delle PMI per la produzione di dichiarazioni finanziarie che non abbiano un impatto sulla qualità della rendicontazione finanziaria. A tale fine potrebbe essere utilizzato un modello costi-benefici. 7 Parte 2 Bandi VII Programma Quadro Il VII Programma Quadro di RST è il principale strumento con cui l Unione europea finanzia la ricerca in Europa. Il programma, adottato il 18 dicembre 2006, copre il periodo ed è articolato in quattro programmi specifici che corrispondono ad altrettanti obiettivi fondamentali della politica europea di ricerca. Risultano aperti dei bandi per questo programma, che sono già stati pubblicati nei bollettini precedenti; per una consultazione più rapida vai alla sezione Elenco bandi ancora aperti. 7

8 Parte 3 Bandi Programmi Regionali e Nazionali PRESENTIAMO IN QUESTA SEZIONE BANDI DI VARIA PROVENIENZA LOCALE E NAZIONALE III.1 Invito a presentare progetti in materia di Cultura del diritto d autore nel mondo universitario SCADENZA: 25/06/2009 DESTINATARI: AREA TEMATICA: Sistema Bibliotecario di Ateneo, Dipartimento di Scienze Giuridiche, Dipartimenti di Area Umanistica Legale - Umanistica TIPOLOGIE DI PROGETTI: DURATA: SOVVENZIONE: Saranno finanziati progetti di studio, ricerca, sperimentazione, promozione, informazione e formazione che abbiano come fine la promozione della cultura del Diritto d autore nel mondo universitario 12 mesi (salvo che il proponente motivi espressamente la necessità di una durata maggiore, comunque non superiore ai 18 mesi) Fondo alimentato dalle quote di adesione all Accordo del 19/07/07 per il pagamento dei diritti d autore sulle fotocopie effettuate nelle biblioteche universitarie. 9 hanno promosso un piano per cofinanziare iniziative di promozione della cultura del diritto d autore nel mondo universitario. A tal fine è stato creato un fondo, gestito da un comitato paritetico, il cui scopo principale è quello di stimolare e finanziare progetti delle stesse università o di altri soggetti qualificati. Nel caso di progetti finanziati alle Università, i fondi verranno erogati previa verifica della regolarità (o eventuale regolarizzazione) dei pagamenti dei diritti di reprografia previsti nell accordo del 19 luglio III.2 SCADENZE: DESTINATARI: AREA TEMATICA: TIPOLOGIA PROGETTI: SOVVENZIONE: Legge 46/82 art. 14 Fondo per l Innovazione Tecnologica (FIT) Bando tematico REACH Le domande potranno essere presentate dal 8 GIUGNO AL 5 OTTOBRE Imprese che esercitino attività industriale di produzione di beni e/o servizi o attività di trasporto; - Imprese agroalimentari; - Imprese artigiane; - Centri di ricerca Nei progetti possono essere coinvolti anche gli ORGANISMI DI RICERCA Ricerca industriale Il bando finanzia programmi relativi ad attività di sviluppo sperimentale, che possono comprendere attività non preponderanti di ricerca industriale, ad esempio: - Acquisizione di nuove conoscenze per la messa a punto o il miglioramento di prodotti, processi o servizi; - Concretizzazione dei risultati della ricerca industriale mediante realizzazione di progetti pilota o prototipi; Una particolare attenzione è posta per le attività volte a sostituire e/o eliminare le sostanze chimiche estremamente preoccupanti utilizzate nei processi produttivi. Le agevolazioni sono concesse il relazione ai costi riguardanti: - Costi del personale, secondo le specifiche indicate nel bando; - Strumenti e attrezzature; - Servizi di consulenza; - Acquisizione risultati della ricerca (brevetti, licenze, know how) - Spese generali da determinare forfettariamente in misura non superiore al 30%; - Materiali utilizzati per lo svolgimento del programma Tipologia agevolazioni: - finanziamento agevolato (50% dei costi ammissibili, con tasso pari al 20% del tasso di riferimento) - contributo in conto interessi (50% dei costi ammissibili, con abbattimento degli interessi pari all 80%) - contributo diretto alla spesa (20% più un eventuale maggiorazione pari al 20% nominale dei costi ammissibili) 9

11 Parte 4 Approfondimento del Mese PRESENTIAMO IN QUESTA SEZIONE UN APPROFONDIMENTO SPECIFICO LEGATO AI TEMI DELLA RICERCA. Questo mese presenteremo brevemente: Green Week settimana verde europea sui cambiamenti climatici e l ambiente Climate Change: Act and Adapt June Charlemagne Building, Brussels La Green Week 2009 si occuperà dei seguenti 4 temi: 1. Politiche Europee sul clima 2. Dimensione internazionale 3. Stili di vita e cambiamenti Climatici Vision: una società Carbon-free Ci saranno 8 sessioni su ciascun tema. Tutte le sessioni saranno trasmesse in streaming sul seguente sito: Green Week 2009 includerà anche tutta una serie di eventi laterali come per esempio la possibilità di visitare alcuni Stand tematici sull ambiente Green Week 2009 è organizzata dal Directorate-General Environment della Commissione Europea che ha anche la registrazione EMAS. Climate Change: Act and Adapt In vista del nuovo accordo globale che sarà stipulato a Dicembre durante la conferenza di Copenhagen, la Green Week 2009 si occuperà di ciò che il mondo deve fare per controllare i cambiamenti climatici e adattarsi agli impatti che ne conseguono. 11

12 Il cambiamento climatico è già in corso e l impatto su economia, società e ambiente diventerà sempre più pesante a meno che non vengano intraprese chiare e urgenti misure per ridurre e stabilizzare le emissioni di gas-serra che stanno riscaldando il pianeta. Quest azione è considerata anche un opportunità per creare una società sostenibile ( protezione dell ambiente in armonia con lo sviluppo economico futuro) basata su un consumo minore di energia proveniente dai combustibili fossili La sessione di apertura della Green Week delineerà la scena per i dibattiti dell intera settimana. Verranno esposti gli ultimi risultati scientifici su scala e velocità dei cambiamenti climatici e i loro potenziali impatti sulla popolazione e gli ecosistemi mondiali. I relatori affronteranno anche il problema di come business e società insieme possano rispondere alle sfide di cambiamento e adattamento nelle varie regioni del mondo. Gli interventi condurranno alla discussione finale su quale sia l obiettivo a cui tendere nei prossimi 40 anni in termini di riduzione delle emissioni di gas-serra, adattamento ai cambiamenti climatici e cambiamento verso una società basata su un consumo minore dei combustibili fossili. 12

The potential partner should be a producer of required machinery or a research institute. Preferred type of cooperation commercial agreement with technical DEADLINE: 04/07/2009 Irreversible ThermoChromatic Material (change temperature 0 ºC) Spain 09 ES 25E2 3CK7 A Catalan technology centre based in Spain is interested in collaborate to develop a solution for a passive irreversible chromatic temperature sensor. They are looking for a company, institute or research organization that has developed some kind of pigments, polymers or materials with an irreversible change of colour when the temperature raises 0ºC value. DEADLINE: 02/08/2009 Photovoltaic solar systems Macedonia, the 08 MK 82EX 0JIA A Macedonian medium sized producer of industrial pumps is searching for technology for photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. The company is interested in cooperation with a PV systems producer that will provide the necessary know-how and technology, while the company will specialize in certain phase of production and promote the PV systems on the South-Eastern Europe market. Preferred type of cooperation is joint venture, but is also open for commercial and subcontracting agreement. 1. La rete offre consulenza, servizi specifici e assistenza personalizzata: alle PMI sulla.legislazione europea ed internazionale, sull approccio a nuovi mercati, all innovazione e al trasferimento tecnologico. La rete si appoggia a enti specializzati nell informazione e nell assistenza alle aziende. La struttura che coordina la rete Enterprise Europe Network per il Triveneto è l Unione Regionale delle Camere di Commercio del Veneto- Eurosportello 2 Le proposte di collaborazione tecnologica sono selezionate da Veneto Innovazione sulla banca dati dei punti Enterprise Europe Network Con i suoi 500 punti in 40 paesi, la rete è la principale struttura a supporto del Trasferimento di Tecnologia a livello internazionale. Veneto Innovazione è il referente regionale della rete ( per il trasferimento tecnologico, e opera per mettere in contatto le aziende e i centri di ricerca veneti con chi cerca e chi offre nuove tecnologie in tutto il mondo. I servizi di trasferimento tecnologico sono regolati da un contratto che viene stipulato da Veneto Innovazione con le aziende Interessate 13

These magnets will be used for creation of innovative motor-generator's prototype. The company is looking for magnets suppliers for technical co-operation. Joint further development would be also possible. Partners bringing financial resources are also looked for. DEADLINE: 30/10/2009 System integrator partner with expertise in security and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) Spain 08 ES 25E2 27LY A Catalan SME is looking for an ICT system integrator partner with expertise in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and electronic identity (eid), digital signature, data encryption and secure authentication. The requested partner, after training at the company s premises, must have the capacity of deploying the solutions, integrating them with other applications of the customer. DEADLINE: 05/12/2009 High frequency welding technology for medical foil bags manufacture Poland 08 PL 61AK 2RYR A medium Polish company from the foil processing industry wants to develop a new product line: foil bags for medical purposes. The high frequency (HF) welding method is supposed to be the most suitable to achieve a right effect and quality. The requested technology should be fully developed. The sought partner may be from the industry, specialising in HF jointing used for medical products. Licence agreement, joint-venture agreement, commercial agreement with technical assistance are foreseen. DEADLINE: 16/12/2009 Technology for effective and quick corn drying. Poland 08 PL 61AK 2S0O A Polish agricultural company cultivates 4,000 ha. Its technical problem lies in the lack of a possibility to dry effectively large amount of corn (about 10,000 t). Currently used kilns are not effective and consume too much energy. The sought technology should be ready for implementation. Commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought. DEADLINE: 21/12/2009 Production line for manufacturing pellets. Poland 08 PL 61AK 2S0P A Polish SME from agricultural sector is looking for a technology suitable to utilization of plant production wastes (straw, hay) in order to produce energetic pellets. Technologies currently available on the market are too costly and energy-consuming. The sought technology should be simple, not expensive and ready to use. A commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought. DEADLINE: 21/12/2009 Automated Flow Injection Analysis system/ Lab on a Chip / Lab on a Card for integration of an ELISA based Immunosensor Spain 08 ES 26E5 2S1Z An SME from the Basque Country (Spain) is looking for an entity (university, research Centre or private company) to produce an Automated Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) or Lab on a Chip (LOC) / Lab on a Card System to integrate an immunosensor for amperometric detection of mycotoxins in 14

The total amount of the raw material biomass used is approximately tonnes per year, a combination of rice straw, green leaves, cow manure and chicken manure. A fully developed integrated biogas unit is requested. Integration of standardized printing protocols into the firmware of medical devices Spain 08 ES 25E2 27JL A Spanish enterprise located in the Catalonia region has wide experience on medical devices. They are working on portable devices based on a microprocessor without operating system. They are looking for partners that can help them in the developing of a new firmware module. DEADLINE: 05/01/

They are looking for material and cost savings. The sought technology should enable to obtain thinner film with satisfying endurance parameters. The sought technology should be ready to use. A commercial agreement with technical assistance is sought. DEADLINE: 13/01/2010 New projects for houses in wooden framing or log technology. Poland 09 PL 61AK 2S6W A small Polish company operating in the building sector is looking for new patterns of houses built on base of wooden framing or log technology. The requested technology should be fully developed. The partner sought should be active in the industrial sector, specialising in designing technologies. Licence agreement, technical co-operation and production agreement is foreseen. DEADLINE: 14/01/2010 High Voltage Transformer Technology Israel 09 IL 80ER 3CJ2 An Israeli company is looking for innovative technology to design and manufacture high voltage transformers. Ideally, the offered compact size transformer should be able to withstand at least 5-10 kv output voltage. The technology requested can either be at the laboratory stage or fully developed. DEADLINE: 29/01/2010 Halophile treatment of an hypersaline wastewater Spain 09 ES 25E2 3CJ5 A pharmaceutical company located in the Catalonia region (Spain) has wide experience in chemistry with Pharmaceutical application. Biological treatment using halophile microorganisms and therefore improving the recovery of salt would reduce further dependence on external environmental management. They are looking for a partner that should provide the know-how, equipment and technical assistance to seek for a treatment of an industrial saline wastewater. DEADLINE: 30/01/2010 Human Vaccines at Preclinical development Spain 09 ES 28G1 3CGB A Spanish Biotechnology Company, focused on research and development of Chimeric Virus Like Particles as therapeutic and prophylactic vaccines in human and veterinary health, is looking for a vaccine for human health in preclinical phase with strong Industrial Property in order to collaborate in clinical phases. The Company looks for a License Agreement or Joint venture Agreement. Ideally, the technique should treat stainless steel & alloys, titanium, nytinol, tungsten carbide, aluminium and alloys, magnesium & alloys. The technology requested should be partially or fully developed.
