1 29 th September 2016 Prot Borsa Italiana announces new pricing and amendments to the agreement for Market Data Dear Borsa Italiana Customer, The purpose of this communication is to provide formal notification, in accordance with the Diffusion of Market Data Service Agreement, the DDM Plus Service Agreement, and the Real Time Market Data Agreement, of pricing changes in respect of data charges/licenses and amendments, which will be all effective from 1 st January, Data Charges for Private Investors and all Redistribution Licences and Non-Display Usage Licence Charges will remain unchanged. Professional Data Charges will increase on average by 4.2%, reflecting the continued enhancement of our content delivery and scope such as the launch of GTP phase 2 and the enrichment of our post trade content. A new tiered fee structure has been introduced for the Other Application Usage Licence Charge based on the number of applications and the usage of Delayed Data to ensure our licence reflects the respective value utilised. A new policy for the creation of CFD, Binary Options, Spread Betting platforms (Alternative Trading Platform Licence) has been introduced to enable a suitable licencing structure in this growing space. 5 29 Settembre 2016 Prot Borsa Italiana comunica i nuovi corrispettivi e le modifiche ai contratti relativi ai dati di mercato Gentile Cliente, Con la presente, in conformità al Contratto di Prestazione del Servizio Diffusione Dati di Mercato, al contratto DDM Plus Service e al Real Time Market Data Agreement, desideriamo comunicarvi alcune modifiche ai corrispettivi e alle policy relative ai Dati di mercato, le quali entreranno tutte in vigore dal 1 gennaio I corrispettivi relativi alle Utenze Private e le licenze di Redistribuzione e Non Display attualmente in vigore resteranno invariati. I corrispettivi relativi alle Utenze Professionali subiranno un aumento medio di circa il 4,2%, che riflette il continuo miglioramento nella fornitura dei Dati e nei contenuti, come il lancio della fase 2 del GTP, e l arricchimento dei contenuti post trade. È stata introdotta una nuova struttura di pricing a scaglioni relativa all utilizzo del dato in Altri Applicativi al fine riflettere l effettivo valore di utilizzo del dato. Tale nuovo pricing si applica anche ai Dati in tempo differito e varia in relazione al numero degli applicativi che ricevono i Dati. E stata inoltre introdotta una nuova policy relativa alla creazione di CFD, Binary Options, Spread Betting platforms (Alternative Trading Platforms) che riflette la continua evoluzione di questo tipo di utilizzo dei Dati.
