Il pluripremiato con due stelle Michelin chef Cannavacciuolo ha una missione: riportare al successo i ristoranti sull orlo del fallimento. I problemi tipici che deve affrontare sono: sporcizia in cucina, ingredienti di scarsa qualità e pietanze disgustose. Lo chef è solo Cannavacciuolo, loro sono cuochi arroganti con uno staff incompetente e di scarsa comunicazione. Inizialmente lo chef pranza nel locale per dare una valutazione del cibo servito. Poi fa notare le mancanze più gravi ai dipendenti ed ispeziona cucina e dispensa. Successivamente il ristorante viene riaperto, totalmente rinnovato, con chef Cannavacciuolo che assiste i cuochi e corregge gli eventuali altri errori, riportando la pace e l amore per la buona cucina. In questa seconda edizione del programma Giblor s veste lo chef Cannavacciuolo e, in ogni puntata, alla riapertura del locale i ristoratori indossano divise Giblor s coordinate. He has to tackle problems like: dirty kitchens, poor quality ingredients and disgusting dishes. The only chef is Cannavacciuolo, the restaurant has arrogant cooks with an incompetent staff unable to communicate. At first the chef dines in the restaurant to value the dishes. Than he points mistakes out to the staff and examine the kitchen and the sideboard. Finally the restaurant reopens, completely renovated, and the chef Cannavacciuolo gives assistance to the cooks and corrects any mistakes, bringing back peace and passion for good cuisine.
