Questo elenco di numeri è in ordine ascendente ed il motivo principale sarà quello da selezionare. (??) Per esempio se un dipendente cambia il luogo di lavoro ma allo stesso tempo è anche stato promosso, il motivo da selezionare sarà la promozione. The number to the left of the change reason represents the Assignment Change Reason hierarchy values. The numbers range in ascending order, and whichever change you encounter first on the list, is the reason you will select. For example, if the employee is changing work locations, but also being promoted, the change reason you would select would be Promotion.
