Velocità di estrusione variabile in funzione del tipo di profilo. Raffreddamento ad aria ed acqua, solo acqua e solo aria. Doppio Puller mobile. Sega a caldo con motore oleodinamico posizionabile da 21 a 40 m. circa. Avanbanco lungo circa 40 m. con rulli. Banco raffreddamento con via rulli larg. 500 mm lung. 44 m circa, raffreddamento larg mm circa. Trasferimento alla stiratrice larg mm circa. Nr. 2 stiratrici, una fissa ed una mobile con trasferimento ed accumulo larg mm circa Trasferimento alla sega con via rulli larg mm, taglierina Cometal con taglio verticale, insonorizzata con regolazione della velocità di taglio e dell avanzamento, taglio utile fino a circa mm. The heating of the billet is carried out with a a three zone methane-gas furnace whose temperature is controlled from a control console. The press consists of the following components having the indicated: N.2 Brueeninghaus variable pumps with Ansaldo motor. Extrusion speed depending on the type of profile. Cooling: air and water, water only, and air only. Double mobile puller characteristics Hot shears with hydraulic motor which may be positioned from approximately 21 to 40 meters.. Run out with a length of about 40 m with rollers Cooling bed with 500 mm wide by approximately 44 m long rollers, cooling width of approximately 3600 mm Move to the stretcher width of approximately 1650 mm.
