5 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM AN EKATO SEMINAR Seminar times 9.30 until approximately including breaks Registration & participation fee The EKATO seminars are free of charge The number of participants for each seminar is limited. Registrations will be considered in order of their submission. Please register as soon as possible so that we can reserve your place. You will receive a confirmation directly after your registration. Further information such as a detailed seminar program and directions concerning the venue and how to get there will all be provided prior to the seminar. We hope you understand that we reserve the right to cancel the seminar at short notice on such grounds as force majeure or any other major unforeseen circumstances. Should you not be able to participate in a seminar for which you have booked, then we request that you cancel your reservation in good time so that your place can be offered to someone on the waiting list. Materials for the seminar Each seminar provides detailed information, a writing pad and pen for taking your own notes. Provision of food and drinks The day begins with a welcome coffee. A small snack and coffee will be offered during the breaks. Beverages for your refreshment are available all day, as well as a lunch buffet.
