8 3 - Create a new work space The work space can be created in two ways : 1 From proe select Tools > Server Registry... open this windows, from the list Server, check if Intralink8 is selected (see picture). 12 4 - ADD ITEM TO THE WORK SPACE PARTS NO FAMILY TABLE Once created and activated the workspace, you can add items from commonspace if they exist or create new using Proe. Insert in the field Search the code led2* for example, and select Go. On the list of the search, I can select View Action of drawing if I want add in W.S. drawing and model, or select View Action of model if I want add in W.S. only the Part. 15 5 - ADD ITEM TO WORK SPACE ASSEMBLY. Insert in the field Search the code LAD1* for example, and select Go. On the list of the search, I can select View Action of drawing if I want add in W.S. drawing and assembly with all components, or select View Action of assembly if I want add in W.S. only the assembly with all components. 40 11 - UPLOAD OBJECT ON W.S. SERVER. This operation is used to load new or modified object from the workspace of proe on the workspace side server of the user Upload an object does not mean make a Checkin but only move the change from local workspace to server workspace of the user. This command does not insert the object in Common space. In the picture below, there are some icon that mean: Indicate a new object. indicate that object is modified in the local workspace and is not upload on the workspace side server. Execute upload. 46 12 - CHECKIN OBJECT ON COMMON SPACE When you are ready to add a new object in the database, or you have completed the modification of the object a state of check-out, or need to pass the changes to another user, is you may check-in object in connon space. The process of the check-in can be performed as follows: 1. Select from work space, the oject that you want to do the check-in. 2. Select File > Check-In, or click on Check-in icon. 50 Include Drawings for include the drawing of the selected object (part or assembly). Keep Checked Out for keep the check-out status of the selected object. Include/exclude for include or exclude the selected object of the check-in. The exclude object are crossed out with a red line. When the list items is completed select OK to check-in. P.S. if you run the check-in, to pass information to another user but you must also continue to work on the object, you may want to select items for check-in and select keep checked out icon. 142 NOTA PER EVENTUALI FANTASMI CREATI. Può capitare che il duplica generi dei fantasmi (vedi a4.frm) questo si crea perché non è stata copiata la sua tavola con il formato, potrebbe capitare anche a parti quando si duplica un assieme. Quando si presenta questo problema si deve selezionare il fantasma che presenta nella colonna confronta stato Conflitto nome file e selezionare Aggiungi a workspace seleziona Configurazione poi Dipendenti nessuno e aggiorna se nella lista ci sono altri codici legati per dipendenze (componenti assiemi), quando la lista è dei soli oggetti selezionati seleziona Avanti Il simbolo evidenziato indica che l oggetto verrà riutilizzato e quindi non sovra scrive il fantasma.
