1 Introduction Spread Discount Terms and Conditions 1. The Company is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) ( under the license no. 161/ The present Terms and Conditions (hereby referred to as the Terms ) govern all actions in respect of the Spread Discount Offer, (hereby referred to as SD Offer ), whereby eligible clients of Depaho Ltd operating under the brand name of GTCM ( (hereby referred to as the Company ), will receive a percentage discount on the spread of a number of position(s) according to the present Terms. 3. In order to participate in the present SD Offer, you must agree to the present Terms. By accepting the SD Offer, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood and intend to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as the general terms and conditions that apply to your trading account as those can be found on GTCM s website at 4. The SD Offer allows you to receive back a percentage of the Spread value paid on a number of position(s), (hereby referred to as Discounted Position(s) ), based on the present Terms. The SD Offer may be offered to specific clients, according to their experience and trading habits. 5. In case you have accepted the Terms of the SD Offer and you have received the Discounted Position(s) by mistake, you need to contact Customer Support in order to request the removal of the SD Offer; in such cases, if you proceed with any trading activity, the Company will consider that you unconditionally accept the present Terms. 6. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or restrict any of the SD Offer at any time without notice. 7. The Company reserves the right to amend any of the present Terms or the whole of the SD Offer at any time after notifying its clients. Upon such change and in case you do not wish to continue using the SD Offer, you may contact Customer Support in order to request the removal of the SD Offer. 8. It is recommended that you always read the relevant Terms before you accept to receive the SD Offer from the Company. Definition/Interpretation 9. Definition of the Spread: The difference between the bid (sell) and ask (offer) prices. 10. Definition of the Net Deposit: The total Deposit minus the total Withdrawals [deposits - withdrawals = Net Deposit]. Conditions of Eligibility 11. This SD Offer is valid until 31/12/2018. The SD Offer is available, upon the approval of the Compliance Department, only to existing clients that have a trading account with the Company, sufficient experience and meet the criteria of these Terms. 13. The SD Offer is available only on the PROfit trading platform. 14. The SD Offer is not transferrable. The SD Offer 15. The SD Offer is valid for a lump sum deposit of USD$/ 1,000 (US Dollar/Euro One Thousand) or more. 16. You will be eligible to receive Discounted Position(s), according to the amount of your deposit, as per the table below: Deposit Amount USD or EUR* Discounted Position(s) Percentage Spread Discount** (per Discounted Position) **The Maximum Spread Discount to be granted is $300 1,000 1, % 2,000 4, % 5,000 9, % 10,000 19, % 20,000 and more 25 35% *NOTE: the currency will depend on the trading account currency. Example: A client has a trading account with a balance of 30,000 and has an exposure of 500,000. He has opened a position of $500,000 and paid a spread value of 3 pips, i.e. $150. As soon as the client opens the position, he immediately receives back a refund of up to $52,50. In other words the client instead of paying a spread of $150, in this example he paid $97, Prior to the opening of the Discounted Position(s), you will receive the exact details and the Terms of the Discounted Position(s). 18. The SD Offer may be activated only after the Last Protected Positions is used and upon acceptance of the present Terms. 19. It is provided that the SD Offer cannot be enabled in conjunction with other offer for the same spread value. 20. It is hereby agreed that the maximum Spread Discount to be granted, as per paragraph 16 above, is $300 (USD Three Hundred). Page 2 of 6

3 Withdrawal 21. The number of your Discounted Position(s) will be adjusted as per the table in paragraph 16 accordingly or cancelled if the required Deposit Amount mentioned in the table in paragraph 16 is reduced following a withdrawal request. Any Discounted Position(s) opened prior to the reduction of the Deposit Amount, due to a withdrawal, will not be affected. General Conditions 22. In the event that you are not coming in good faith and the main activity of your trading account is not for trading but rather for hunting the SD Offer, the Company, reserves the right to reverse the trading transactions and close your trading account upon notification. 23. All the Terms of this SD Offer are essential and binding. 24. All Terms of this SD Offer shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus. 25. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present SD Offer shall be exclusively settled by the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus Page 3 of 6

La Compagnia è una società di investimento regolamentata, registrata presso la CySEC (Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission) ( con licenza n. 161/ I presenti Termini e Condizioni (qui denominati i Termini ) regolano tutte le azioni riguardanti l Offerta sullo Sconto sullo Spread (qui denominata Offerta SD ) della quale possono beneficiare i clienti della Depaho Ltd, operanti con il marchio GTCM, ( (qui denominata la Compagnia ) i quali riceveranno uno sconto sullo Spread per un numero limitato di posizioni come indicato nei presenti Termini. 3. Al fine di partecipare alla presente Offerta SD è necessario accettare i seguenti Termini. Accettando l'offerta SD, si riconosce in maniera incondizionata di aver letto, compreso e di avere l'intenzione di essere legalmente vincolato ai suddetti termini, nonché i termini e le condizioni generali a cui è soggetto il conto di trading, come descritto sul sito della GTCM 4. L Offerta SD consente di recuperare una percetuale del valore dello Spread pagato su una/delle posizione(i), (qui denominata(e) Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto ), basata(e) sui presenti Termini. L Offerta SD potrebbe essere offerta a clienti specifici, a seconda della loro esperienza e delle loro abitutidini di trading. 5. Se dovesse aver accettato i Termini dell Offerta SD e avesse ricevuto una/delle Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto per errore, è necessario contattare il Servizio Clienti al fine di richiedere la sospensione dell Offerta SD; in tal caso, se procederà con qualsiasi operazione di trading, la Compagnia riterrà che abbia acettato in maniera incondizionata i presenti Termini. 6. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di ritirare o limitare ogni Offerta SD in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso. 7. La Compagnia si riserva il diritto di modificare qualsiasi dei presenti Termini o l'intera Offerta SD in qualsiasi momento, dopo aver informato i propri clienti. Se in base a tali cambiamenti non si desidera continuare a utilizzare l Offerta SD, è possibile contattare il Servizio Clienti e richiederne la sospensione. 8. Si raccomanda di leggere sempre i Termini rilevanti prima di accettare di ricevere l Offerta SD da parte della Compagnia. Definizione/Interpretazione 9. Definizione di Spread: la differenza tra il prezzo dell offerta (vendita) e il prezzo della domanda (acquisto). 10. Definizione di Deposito Netto: il totale del Deposito meno il totale dei Prelievi [depositi - prelievi = Deposito Netto]. Page 4 of 6

5 Condizioni di Idoneità 11. La presente Offerta SD è valida fino al 31/12/ L Offerta SD è disponibilie solo a previo accettazione da parte del Dipartimento di Compliance, per clienti in possesso di un conto di trading con la Compagnia che hanno sufficiente esperienza e rispondono ai criteri indicati nei presenti Termini. 13. L Offerta SD è disponibile sulla piattaforma di trading PROfit. 14. L Offerta PI non è trasferibile. L Offerta SD 15. L Offerta SD è valida per un deposito totale pari a USD$/ 1,000 (Dollari Americani/Euro Mille) e maggiori. 16. Verrà ritenuto idoneo a ricevere una/delle Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto, a seconda dell ammontare del deposito effettuato, come indicato nella tabella seguente: Ammontare del deposito USD o EUR* Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto Percentuale di Sconto sullo Spread** (per Posizione Soggetta a Sconto) **Il Massimo Sconto concesso sullo Spread è $300 1,000 1, % 2,000 4, % 5,000 9, % 10,000 19, % 20,000 and more 25 35% *N.B.: la valuta dipenderà dalla valuta di riferimento del conto di trading. Esempio: Un cliente ha un conto con un saldo di 30,000 e un esposizione di 500,000. Il cliente ha aperto una posizione pari a $500,000 e ha pagato un valore di spread pari a 3 pips, es. $150. Nel momento in cui il cliente apre la posizione, riceve immediatamente un rimborso fino a $75. In poche parole, in questo esempio il cliente invece di pagare uno spread pari a $150 ha pagato $ Prima dell apertura di una/delle Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto riceverà ulteriori dettagli e i Termini riguardanti la(e) Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto. 18. L Offerta SD può essere attivata solo dopo avere utilizzato l ultima Posizione Protetta e a previo accettazione dei presenti Termini. 19. L Offerta SD non può essere autorizzata unitamente ad altre offerte per lo stesso valore di spread. Page 5 of 6

6 20. Con la presente si concorda che il massimo sconto concesso sullo spread è $300 (Trecento USD), come da paragrafo 16 sopra riportato. Prelievo 21. Il numero Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto sarà(anno) regolata(e) in base a quanto dichiarato al paragrafo 16 o eliminata(e), se l ammontare del deposito menzionato nella tabella al paragrafo 16 sarà ridotto a seguito da una richiesta di prelievo. Ciascuna della(e) Posizione(i) soggetta(e) a Sconto aperta(e) prima della riduzione dell ammontare del deposito, a causa di un prelievo, non verrà(anno) intaccata(e). Condizioni generali 22. Nel caso in cui un cliente non agisca in buona fede e il motivo principalmente della sua attività di trading non sia la compravendita, ma l ottenimento dell Offerta SD, la Compagnia si riserva il diritto di rigettare le operazioni di trading e chiudere il conto di trading del cliente a previo notifica. 23. Tutti i Termini di quest Offerta SD sono essenziali e vincolanti. 24. Tutti i Termini dell Offerta SD saranno regolati dalle leggi e dai regolamenti della Repubblica di Cipro. 25. Eventuali controversie connesse alla presente Offerta SD saranno gestite esclusivamente dai Tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro Page 6 of 6
