Depending on the entered athletes, a late registration is possible. The cost of stay per person for two days is: 150 EUR. Every additional night is 50 EUR per person. These amounts include accommodation, breakfast, a lunch packet, dinner and the shuttle service during the competition. Entry forms must arrive not later than: ENTRY FORMS Form A & B Form C (FINAL) before 3 rd of May 2013 before 10 th of May 2013

Ath/etes must bring their License with them to the competition to be entered. Entry Forms will not be accepfed if any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please contact immediate/y U/PM Headquarters if Yfour ath/ete is missing hls/her License. If an afhlefe forgefs his license, he musf pay a fine of 50 Euros fo fhe UIPM Technical Delegate and this fine remains the property of UIPM. Pentathletes without riding ability listed on their I~censecard and without a leher from their NF confirming their abillty to ride m9y compete without riding. RULES The competition will be carried out according fo the UIPM and DVMF rules. Swimming: 50 m indoor poo/ Combined: Ali athletes need to bring their own laser pisto/s. The LOC will NOT provide laser pistols for the othletes. EQUIPMENTCONTROL The equipment control for fencing, riding headgear and shooting will be at the competition venues. VISAS The LOC connot occept responsibility for orranging visos but con provide specific letters of invitotion if needed. For informotion if you need o viso pleose contact your neorest embassy or consulate. INSURANCE A" members of the attending delegotions must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for 1055, injury or iiiness of any delegation member.
