2 ACI marina price list 2017 ACI marina price list 2017 This price list includes all boating services rendered by ACI marinas and is effective from January 1 st, Prices are quoted in euros and include a 25% Value Added Tax. Other services not encompassed by this price list but offered in ACI marinas are charged according to individual marinas price lists. Internal price lists of individual ACI marinas are an integral part of this price list and are available on ACI marinas reception desks. ACI reserves the right to change the price list without prior notice. ACI marinas ACI incorporates twenty-two marinas and one buoy anchorage. Eighteen ACI marinas are open all year round while the remaining four and the anchorage operate only during the season. ACI marinas open all year round: ACI Umag, ACI Rovinj (out of operation until 2018 due to reconstruction), ACI Pula, ACI Pomer, ACI Opatija, ACI Cres, ACI Supetarska Draga, ACI Šimuni, ACI Jezera, ACI Vodice, ACI Skradin, ACI Trogir, ACI Split, ACI Milna, ACI Vrboska, ACI Korčula, ACI Veljko Barbieri Slano and ACI Dubrovnik. Seasonal ACI marinas and the anchorage (open from the 1st of April to the 31st of October): ACI Rab, ACI Žut, ACI Anchorage Žut, ACI Piškera, and ACI Palmižana. Berths Subject to availability, ACI marinas offer the following berth categories: daily, monthly, semiannual (ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano), semiannual (winter), semiannual (summer), nine-month (ACI marina Skradin), and annual wet berths, as well as daily, half-monthly (ACI marinas Pomer and Dubrovnik), monthly, semiannual (ACI marinas Umag, Pomer, Opatija, Cres, Supetarska Draga, Šimuni, Jezera, Vodice, Korčula and Dubrovnik), semiannual (winter), semiannual (summer) and annual dry berths. 2 Consumption of electricity Berths without a consumption counter For all boats, electricity consumption for standard boat purposes is included in the price of all berth categories. In ACI marina Skradin for vessels on annual and ninemonth berth contracts electricity connection of 32 A and higher is payed additionally within the amount 5% of the price of wet berth. ACI marinas Žut and Piškera have limited electricity supply. Electricity is available from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. Berths with a consumption counter ACI marina Pomer, that has consumption counters installed on dry berths, charges the use of electricity through a prepaid system. ACI marina Dubrovnik offers a prepaid method of payment on those of its berths that have consumption counters installed. ACI marina Slano, that on berths has consumption counters installed, charges the use of electricity through a prepaid system for all wet berth categories. Consumption of water For all boats, water consumption for standard boat purposes is included in the price of all berth categories. The exception is ACI marina Slano, equipped with consumption counters, where water consumption is charged through a prepaid system for all wet berth categories. ACI marinas Žut and Piškera have limited water supply. Water is available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Consumption of water for boat washing is charged according to the other services price list, by boat length. Stopping at the marina for the purpose of filling water tanks is charged according to the internal price lists of individual ACI marinas. All ACI marinas supply water and electricity in accordance with their technical capabilities. Restriction in electricity or water supplies does not constitute grounds for price reduction. Prices This price list contains separate tables for each ACI marina with prices for all berth categories, grouped according to rental periods. Prices are based on the vessel s length overall (LOA). Length overall is defined as the total length of the vessel from the foremost part of the bow to the aftermost part of the stern, measured parallel to the waterline (including projections such as the stern platform and the bowsprit). ACI reserves the right to verify the reported dimensions of the vessel by measurement. Should the reported length of a boat not correspond to that obtained by measurement, ACI reserves the right to charge a different price based on the actual dimensions (length overall LOA) obtained by measurement. Catamarans and trimarans For multihulls, all wet and dry berths are charged at an increase of 50% over the published rate. Other exceptions are: ACI marinas Umag and Cres where berths are charged at an increase of 25% for multihulls ACI marinas Žut and Piškera, where the increased of 50% daily berth rate for multihulls is charged only from the 15th of July to the 25th of August ACI marina Palmižana, where the daily berth rate for multihulls increases by 80% from June 1st through September 30th ACI marina Korčula, where daily berth for catamarans and trimarans in the period from the 1st of July to the 31 st of August is charged with an increase of 80%. Jet skis Subject to availability, all ACI marinas offer wet and dry berths for jet skis. All categories of berths are charged at 50% of the berth price for vessels up to 5 metres in length. Charter activity For boats used for charter purposes, the annual berth rental fee increases by 20% in ACI marinas Trogir, Split, Veljko Barbieri Slano and Dubrovnik, whereas in other ACI marinas (except for ACI marina Cres) the annual berth rental fee increases by 15%. Charter companies which have annual berth contracts with ACI marinas for 10 or more charter boats may submit a request to ACI s Nautical Department to pay their annual berth fees in installments. By-boats (auxiliary boats) The berth fee for a by-boat (auxiliary boat) is not charged when the auxiliary boat is berthed by the main boat. When a by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses a separate berth, and the owner holds an annual berth contract, the owner must enter into a separate contract for the by-boat; for all berth categories the fee shall in that case amount to 50% of the commercial berth price. Entering into a annual contract for the by-boat does not entitle the owner to a separate ACI Card. When a by-boat (auxiliary boat) uses a separate berth, and the main boat is not using an annual berth in an ACI marina the berth rate according to the current price list is applied. Daily and half-daily wet berth rental Included in the price: wet berth rental use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano where the consumption of water and electricity is charged through the prepaid system. Berths can be rented on a half-day basis, for a maximum of 4 hours and can be used no later than 2 p.m. Exceptions are ACI marinas Pula, Pomer, Žut, Piškera, Vodice, Skradin, Trogir and Palmižana, where they can be used no later than 5 p.m. Half-day berth is charged at 50% of the daily berth rate, and according to the price list and by the boat length. 3

3 ACI marina price list 2017 ACI marina price list 2017 At ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano, depending on marina capacity availability where half-day berthing up to 4 hours is free of charge. If the vessel enters the marina in the period from 7 a.m. (when the reception opens) to midnight, the daily berth fee expires at 2 p.m. on the following day. If the vessel enters the marina before 7 a.m. (e.g. in the period from midnight to 7 a.m. of the same day), the daily berth fee expires at 2 p.m. on the same day, and after 2 p.m. another daily berth fee will be charged. Daily berth online booking Daily berths can be reserved by paying in advance via the online booking application on the official ACI website The one-off booking fee is 10% of the daily berth rate charged according to the vessel s length, and is payable at the time of booking. Exceptions are: ACI marina Trogir no reservation fee and online reservation not possible on Fridays and Saturdays ACI marina Milna - no reservation fee ACI marinas Žut and Piškera - online reservation fee 30% from July 15th till August 25th ACI marina Korčula - online reservation fee 20% ACI marinas Skradin and Palmižana - online reservation fee 40% The booking is valid for the day paid for only, and expires when the next day s berth fee is charged. Monthly wet berth rental Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities with showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano where the consumption of water and electricity is charged through the prepaid system. Wet berth rental service on a monthly basis is offered in the ACI marinas that are open all year round and in the seasonal ACI marina Rab, always subject to availability. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. In case the monthly wet berth rental contract is not renewed upon expiration, the vessel must leave the marina by 2 p.m. on the following day. Semiannual wet berth rental ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano offers a wet berth rental service on a 6-month basis, available all year round. Semiannual wet berth rental rates, according to vessel length, are listed in the price table for ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano. Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers one car parking space in the marina for the use of the berth rental contract holder, subject to the availability of the relevant facilities in the marina Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Semiannual winter wet berth rental Subject to availability, all the ACI marinas that are open all year round offer a six-month berth rental service in the period from October 1 st through April 30 th. Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes one car parking space in the marina for the use of the berth rental contract holder, subject to the availability of the relevant facilities in the marina Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Semiannual summer wet berth rental Subject to availability, all the ACI marinas that are open all year round offer a six-month berth rental service in the period from April 1st through October 31st. Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Nine-month wet berth rental ACI marina Skradin offers a wet berth rental service on a nine-month basis. A nine-month berth rental contract can be entered into at any time of the year provided that the vessel in a nine-month wet berth leaves the marina for three months in the period from June 1 st through September 30 th. Should the vessel remain in ACI marina Skradin during this period, daily or monthly berth rental fees will be applied, in accordance with the ACI price list. Ninemonth berth rental rates, according to vessel length, are listed in the price table for ACI marina Skradin. Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, electricity connection of 32 A and higher is payed additionally within the amount 5% of the price of annual wet berth. Holders of nine-month berth contracts automatically become ACI members, entitled to a range of benefits on presentation of the ACI Card. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. The berth rental contract is valid for ACI marina Skradin only. Annual wet berth rental Included in the price: wet berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities with showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano where the consumption of water is charged through a prepaid system and in ACI marina Skradin where electricity consumption of 32 A and higher is payed extra in the amount of 5 % of the price of annual wet berth. An annual berth contract is valid for the ACI marina named in the contract. During the contract period, any change of the marina is possible only by written approval of the ACI Board, and provided a surcharge is paid if the vessel is being transferred to a marina in a higher berth price category. If the vessel is being transferred to a marina in a lower berth price category, the difference in price is not refundable. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Annual berth contract fee is also payable in two equal installments with an additional fee of 2% on annual berth contract amount. In case the annual wet berth rental contract is not renewed upon expiration, the vessel must leave the marina by 2 p.m. on the following day. Holders of annual berth rental contracts automatically become ACI members, entitling them to a range of benefits on presentation of the ACI Card. An annual berth can be reserved by effecting an advance payment of 30% of the total annual berth rental rate charged by the desired ACI marina according to ACI s current price list. Upon receiving confirmation of berth reservation the marina shall send the boat owner an invitation to pay the advance. If the berth reservation is cancelled by the boat owner after the advance payment is effected, ACI shall not refund the monies paid. Daily dry berth rental Included in the price: dry berth use of toilet facilities and showers \ \ electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Pomer where the consumption of electricity is charged through a prepaid system. 4 5

Halfmonthly dry berth rental rates, according to vessel length, are listed in the price table for ACI marinas Pomer and Dubrovnik. Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Pomer where the consumption of electricity and water is charged through a prepaid system. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Monthly dry berth rental Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of sanitary facilities with showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Pomer where the consumption of electricity and water is charged through a prepaid system. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. In case the monthly dry berth rental contract is not renewed upon expiration, the vessel must leave the marina by 2 p.m. on the following day. Semmiannual dry berth rental Subject to availability, ACI marinas Umag, Pomer, Opatija, Cres, Supetarska Draga, Šimuni, Jezera, Vodice, Korčula and Dubrovnik offer a year-round dry berth rental service on a six-month basis. Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Pomer where the consumption of electricity is charged through a prepaid system. one car parking space in the marina for the use of the berth rental contract holder, subject to the availability of the relevant facilities in the marina Payment for this service must be effected in advance, and is valid for the marina listed on the berth rental contract only. Semmiannual winter dry berth rental Subject to availability, a six-month (winter) dry berth rental service is offered in the period from October 1 st through April 30 th. Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes one parking place for a car in the marina for the use of the berth rental contract holder, subject to the availability of the relevant facilities in the marina Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Semmiannual summer dry berth rental Subject to availability, a six-month (summer) dry berth rental service is offered in the period from April 1 st through October 31 st. Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Annual dry berth rental Included in the price: dry berth rental surveillance of the vessel use of toilet facilities and showers electricity and water consumption for standard boat purposes, except in ACI marina Pomer where the consumption of electricity is charged through a prepaid system. An annual dry berth rental contract is valid for the ACI marina listed on the contract only. Payment for this service must be effected in advance. Other services The ACI marinas Price List 2017 also includes other services as follows: use of a crane use of a travel lift use of a mast derrick rental of boat cradle and supports water consumption for boat washing washing of the boat s underwater hull with a high pressure pump additional services (depending on availability in individual marinas) NOTE: price for one crane/travel lift operation includes washing of the boats underwater hull with high pressure pump. By ordering 2 crane/travel lift operations, in price are included: 3 days of land storage, boat cradle, wooden/metal supports and one washing of the boat s underwater part with high pressure pump. Two crane/travel lift services should be ordered and payed in advance. Performing secondary activities in the nature of small-scale services by natural and legal persons who occasionally enter the concession area of an ACI marina Occasional performance of secondary activities in the nature of small-scale services (small technical services, photographic services, a variety of craft services, etc.) by natural and legal persons in the concession area of an ACI marina attracts a daily, monthly, or annual fee. For performing such activities on a daily basis a daily fee is charged according to valid internal price list of the individual marina, while for performing such activities on a monthly or annual basis an application should be submitted at the relevant ACI marina s reception. Benefits for regatta organisers Organisers of regattas are granted a discount on the daily berth fee, depending on the number of boats as follows: up to 10 boats participating in the regatta 20% discount more than 10 boats participating in the regatta 30% discount The discount is not valid from July 1st through August 31st. ACI Card special benefits for ACI members The ACI membership card ACI Card is granted exclusively to boat owners who have entered into an annual wet or dry berth rental contract for any ACI marina or into a nine-month berth rental contract for ACI marina Skradin. All charter boats using an annual berth in ACI marinas are also entitled to an ACI Card, as well as to all ACI Card benefits. 6 7

Januar 2017 in Kraft und beinhaltet die Preise aller nautischen Dienstleistungen der ACI-Marinas. Die Preise sind in EUR ausgewiesen, einschließlich 25% MwSt. Einzelne Dienstleistungen, die sich nicht in dieser Preisliste befinden, aber nach den jeweiligen Möglichkeiten der einzelnen Marina angeboten werden, werden gemäß der internen Preisliste der betreffenden ACI-Marina berechnet. Die internen Preislisten der einzelnen ACI Marinas sind Bestandteil dieser Preisliste und an den Rezeptionen vorhanden. ACI behält sich vor, die Preisliste ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern. ACI-Marinas Zum ACI gehören insgesamt 22 Marinas und 1 Ankerplatz. Davon sind 18 Marinas ganzjährig und 4 Marinas sowie der Ankerplatz saisonal geöffnet. Stromverbrauch Liegeplätze ohne Verbrauchszähler Der Stromverbrauch für den üblichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs ist im Preis aller Liegeplatzkategorien inbegriffen. In der ACI-Marina Skradin wird für die Wasserfahrzeuge auf dem Jahresliegeplatz oder neunmonatigen Liegeplatz im Wasser der Stromanschluß von 32A und höher zusätzlich in Höhe von 5% des Preises bezahlt. Die ACI-Marinas Žut und Piškera unterliegen einer begrenzten Stromlieferung für Wasserfahrzeuge. Die Stromversorgung ist von 8 bis 12 Uhr und von 18 bis 24 Uhr möglich. Liegeplätze mit Verbrauchszähler In der ACI-Marina Pomer, die an den Trockenliegeplätzen installierte Stromverbrauchszähler hat, wird der Stromverbrauch mittels Prepaid-Systems bezahlt. Die ACI-Marina Dubrovnik, die über einige Liegeplätze mit Verbrauchszähler verfügt, bietet die Möglichkeit des Prepaid-Systems für den Stromverbrauch. In der ACI-Marina Slano, die an den Liegeplätzen installierte Stromverbrauchszähler hat, wird der Stromverbrauch mittels Prepaid-Systems bezahlt. Wasserverbrauch Der Wasserverbrauch für den üblichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs ist im Preis aller Liegeplatzkategorien inbegriffen. Die Ausnahme ist die ACI-Marina Slano, die an den Liegeplätzen installierte Wasserverbrauchszähler hat, und wo man den Wasserverbrauch mittels Prepaid-Systems bezahlt. 9

6 Preisliste der ACI-Marinas 2017 Preisliste der ACI-Marinas 2017 Die ACI-Marinas Žut und Piškera unterliegen einer begrenzten Wasserlieferung für Wasserfahrzeuge. Die Wasserversorgung ist von 8 bis 10 Uhr möglich. Der Wasserverbrauch für das Waschen eines Wasserfahrzeugs wird entsprechend der Preisliste für sonstige Dienstleistungen nach Wasserfahrzeuglänge berechnet. Der Aufenthalt in der Marina zum Bunkern von Wasser wird gemäß der internen Preisliste der jeweiligen ACI-Marina berechnet. Alle ACI-Marinas bieten die Wasser- und Stromversorgung im Einklang mit ihren technischen Möglichkeiten. Eine begrenzte Strom- bzw. Wasserversorgung zieht keine Preisänderungen nach sich. Preise Diese Preisliste enthält die geltenden Preise für alle Liegeplatzkategorien im Wasser und für alle Trockenliegeplätze. Diese sind in Tabellen, nach bestimmten Zeiträumen, für jede ACI-Marina getrennt angegeben. Die Dienstleistung wird nach der Wasserfahrzeuglänge über alles (L. ü. a.) berechnet. Unter Länge über alles versteht man die Gesamtlänge des Wasserfahrzeugs vom vordersten bis zum hintersten Punkt des Schiffes (Bug Heck), gemessen in der Schiffsmitte (einschließlich auch herausragender Teile wie Heckplattform und Bugspriet). ACI behält sich das Recht vor, die Länge des Wasserfahrzeugs zu prüfen und bei möglichen Abweichungen die Preise laut den tatsächlich gemessenen Dimensionen zu berechnen (Länge über alles L. ü. a.). Katamarane und Trimarane Für Katamarane und Trimarane erhöhen sich die Preise für alle Liegeplatzkategorien im Wasser oder Landstellplätze um 50%. Ausnahmen sind: ACI-Marinas Umag und Cres, wo die Preise um 25% erhöht werden. ACI-Marinas Žut und Piškera in welchen für Katamarane und Trimarane der Aufschlag in Höhe von 50% für den Tagesliegeplatz nur im Zeitraum vom bis berechnet. ACI-Marina Palmižana, in der wird der Tagesliegeplatz für Katamarane und Trimarane im Zeitraum vom um 80% erhöht wird. ACI-Marina Korčula, in der der Preis für den Tagesliegeplatz für Katamarane und Trimarane im Zeitraum vom bis um 80% erhöht wird Jetski Alle ACI-Marinas bieten Liegeplätze im Meer und Trockenliegeplätze für Jetskis an, je nach verfügbaren Kapazitäten. Die Gebühren aller Liegeplatzkategorien im Meer und Trockenliegeplätze werden in Höhe von 50% der Preise für ein Wasserfahrzeug bis zu 5 m Länge berechnet. Wasserfahrzeuge zum Mieten (Charterschiffe) Die Jahresliegeplatzgebühr für Wasserfahrzeuge, die für Chartertätigkeit genutzt werden, erhöht sich in den ACI-Marinas Trogir, Split, Veljko Barbieri Slano und Dubrovnik um 20% und in den anderen ACI- Marinas, außer in der ACI-Marina Cres, um 15%. Die Chartergesellschaften, die im System der ACI- Marinas einen Vertrag für einen Jahresliegeplatz für 10 und mehr Wasserfahrzeuge zu Charterzwecken abgeschlossen haben, können in der Nautikabteilung der ACI d.d. einen Antrag auf Ratenzahlung für das Jahresliegeplatzentgelt stellen. Beiboote Beiboote, die sich auf oder neben dem Mutterschiff in der Stammmarina oder im Transit befinden, zahlen keine Liegeplatzgebühr. Befindet sich das Beiboot auf einem eigenen Liegeplatz, ist der Schiffseigner und Inhaber eines Jahresliegeplatzvertrags in einer der ACI-Marinas verpflichtet, einen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag für das Beiboot abzuschließen. Die Preise aller Liegeplatzkategorien im Wasser und der Trockenliegeplätze werden in Höhe von 50% des kommerziellen Liegeplatzes berechnet. Mit dem Abschluss eines Jahresliegeplatzvertrages für ein Beiboot hat der Eigner keinen Anspruch auf die Mitgliedschaftskarte ACI Card. Für ein Beiboot, das einen eigenen Liegeplatz nutzt, und dessen Mutterschiff keinen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag in einer der ACI-Marinas hat, wird der Liegeplatz laut geltender Preisliste berechnet. Tages- und Halbtagesliegeplatz im Wasser Im Preis inbegriffen: Wasserliegeplatz Benutzung der Sanitäranlagen und Duschen Strom- und Wasserverbrauch für den üblichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs, außer in der ACI- Marina Veljko Barbieri Slano, wo der Strom- und Wasserverbrauch mittels Prepaid-Systems bezahlt wird. Ein Halbtagesliegeplatz ermöglicht den Aufenthalt von maximal 4 Stunden und gilt bis spätestens 14 Uhr. Die Ausnahmen sind die ACI-Marinas Pula, Pomer, Žut, Piškera, Vodice, Skradin, Trogir und Palmižana, in denen man den Halbtagesliegeplatz spätestens bis 17 Uhr benutzen kann. Die Nutzung des Halbtagesliegeplatzes wird zum halben Preis des Tagesliegeplatzes, entsprechend der Preisliste nach Wasserfahrzeuglänge, berechnet. In der ACI-Marina Veljko Barbieri Slano, wird, je nach verfügbaren Kapazitäten der Marina, die Nutzung eines Halbtagesliegeplatzes von 4 Stunden nicht berechnet. Wasserfahrzeuge, die zwischen 7 Uhr (Arbeitsbeginn der Rezeption) und 24 Uhr desselben Tages einlaufen, können sich, für die entrichtete Tagesliegeplatzgebühr im Wasser bis 14 Uhr des darauf folgenden Tages in der ACI-Marina aufhalten. Für Wasserfahrzeuge, die nachts zwischen 24 und 7 Uhr früh in die Marina einlaufen, gilt die entrichtete Tagesliegeplatzgebühr bis 14 Uhr desselben Tages. Ab 14 Uhr wird die Tagesliegeplatzgebühr für einen weiteren Tag verrechnet. ACI-Online-Buchungssystem Die Reservierung des Tagesliegeplatzes ist mittels des ACI-Online-Buchungssystem auf der ACI- Webseite möglich, wobei eine Vorauszahlung erforderlich ist. Die Reservierungsgebühr beträgt 10% des Tagesliegeplatzpreises nach Wasserfahrzeuglänge, außer der ACI-Marinas Skradin und Palmižana, wo die Reservierungsgebühr 40% beträgt und der ACI-Marina Korčula, wo die Reservierungsgebühr 20% beträgt. Zu den Ausnahmen gehören auch die ACI-Marinas Trogir (die Reservierung ist freitags und samstags nicht möglich) und Milna, wo man einen Tagesliegeplatz ohne Gebühr reservieren kann. In den ACI-Marinas Žut und Piškera wird die Reservierungsgebühr in Höhe von 30% des Tagesliegeplatzes nur im Zeitraum vom bis bezahlt. Die Gebühr wird einmalig bei der Reservierung gezahlt. Die Reservierung ist nur für den bezahlten Tag gültig und läuft am Anfang der Berechnung des darauf folgenden Tages aus. Neunmonatiger Liegeplatz im Wasser Die ACI-Marina Skradin bietet einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzservice im Wasser an. Der Abschluss eines solchen Vertrags ist ganzjährig möglich, aber nur unter der Bedingung, dass das Wasserfahrzeug in der Zeit vom 01. Juni bis 30. September (3 Monate) die Marina verlässt. Sollte sich das Wasserfahrzeug in dem genannten Zeitraum doch in der ACI-Marina Skradin befinden, werden dann entweder Tages- oder Monatstarife laut Preisliste berechnet. Die Preise für einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatz im Wasser, abhängig von der jeweiligen Länge des Wasserfahrzeugs, finden Sie in der Preistabelle der ACI-Marina Skradin. Schiffseigner mit einem abgeschlossenen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzvertrag für die ACI-Marina Skradin erwerben das Recht auf die Mitgliedskarte ACI Card. Bei Vorlage derselben werden die mit der ACI Card festgelegten Vergünstigungen gewährt. Diese Dienstleistung ist im Voraus zu bezahlen. Die vertraglich vereinbarte Dienstleistung gilt nur für die ACI-Marina Skradin. Jahresliegeplatz im Wasser Im Preis inbegriffen: Wasserliegeplatz Überwachung des Wasserfahrzeugs Benutzung der Sanitäranlagen und Duschen \ \ Strom- und Wasserverbrauch für den üblichen Bedarf eines Wasserfahrzeugs. Ausnahmen sind die ACI-Marina Veljko Barbieri Slano, wo der Strom- und Wasserverbrauch mittels Prepaid-Systems bezahlt wird und die ACI- Marina Skradin, wo der Stromanschluß von 32A und höher zusätzlich in Höhe von 5% des Jahresliegeplatzpreise bezahlt wird. Ein Jahresliegeplatzvertrag gilt für die vertragliche ACI-Marina. Die Jahresliegeplatzgebühr ist im Voraus zu bezahlen. Die Jahresliegeplatzgebühr kann auch in zwei gleichen Ratenbeträgen mit einer Erhöhung von 2% des Jahresliegeplatzpreises bezahlt werden. Jeder eventuelle Wechsel der Marina während der Vertragsdauer ist nur mit einer schriftlichen Genehmigung des ACI-Vorstandes möglich. Falls der Kunde eine ACI-Marina in einer höheren Preiskategorie auswählt, ist der Preisunterschied zu zahlen. Wird das Wasserfahrzeug in eine ACI- Marina der niedrigeren Preiskategorie verlegt, wird der Preisunterschied nicht zurückerstattet. Schiffseigner mit einem abgeschlossenen Jahresliegeplatzvertrag für eine der ACI Marinas erwerben das Recht auf die Mitgliedskarte ACI Card. Bei Vorlage derselben werden die mit der ACI Card festgelegten Vergünstigungen gewährt. Bei Rücktritt vom reservierten Liegeplatz behält ACI d.d. den Anzahlungsbetrag. Sonstige Dienstleistungen Sonstige Dienstleistungen, die in der Preisliste der ACI-Marinas für das Jahr 2017 angeführt sind, beinhalten Folgendes: Nutzung des Krans Nutzung des Travellifts Nutzung des Takelmastes Vermietung des Liegebocks und der Stützen Wassernutzung für das Waschen des Wasserfahrzeugs Waschen des Unterwasserteils des Wasserfahrzeugs mit Hochdruckpumpe \ \ Zusätzliche Dienstleistungen (entsprechend den Möglichkeiten der jeweiligen ACI-Marina) Anmerkung: Im Preis von einer Kran-/Travelliftoperation ist ein Waschen des Unterwasserteils des Wasserfahrzeugs mit Hochdruckpumpe inbegriffen. Im Preis von 2 Kran-/Travelliftoperationen sind ein dreitägiger Trockenliegeplatz mit Nutzung von Liegebock und hölzernen/metallischen Stützen sowie das Waschen des Unterwasserteils des Wasserfahrzeugs mit Hochdruckpumpe inbegriffen. Die Nutzung von 2 Kran-/Travelliftoperationen ist im Voraus zu melden und bezahlen. Ausführung von Nebentätigkeiten geringeren Umfangs aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich seitens natürlicher und juristischer Personen, die zeitweilig ins Konzessionsgebiet der ACI-Marina kommen Für das zeitweilige Ausüben von Nebentätigkeiten geringeren Umfangs aus dem Dienstleistungsbereich (kleinere Services, fotografische Dienstleistungen, verschiedene handwerkliche Dienstleistungen usw.) seitens natürlicher und juristischer Personen, die für Tätigkeiten geringeren Umfangs zeitweilig in die ACI-Marina kommen, wird ein Tages-, Monats- oder Jahresentgelt berechnet. Für das Ausüben einer eintägigen Tätigkeit wird ein Tagesentgelt gemäß der geltenden internen Preisliste der jeweiligen Marina berechnet, während für das Ausüben einer Tätigkeit auf Monats- und Jahresbasis an der Rezeption der Marina ein Antrag gestellt werden muss. Vergünstigungen für Organisatoren von Regatten Den Organisatoren von Regatten wird ein Nachlass für den Tagesliegeplatz je nach Anzahl der beteiligten Wasserfahrzeuge wie folgt gewährt: Bis 10 Wasserfahrzeuge - 20% Nachlass Mehr als 10 Wasserfahrzeuge - 30% Nachlass Der Nachlass kann im Zeitraum vom nicht gewährt werden. ACI Card Besondere Vergünstigungen für ACI-Mitglieder Die ACI Card ist eine Mitgliedskarte, die ausschließlich für jene Nautiker bestimmt ist, die einen Jahresvertrag in einer der ACI-Marinas oder einen neunmonatigen Liegeplatzvertrag in der ACI- Marina Skradin abgeschlossen haben. Chartergesellschaften bzw. Wasserfahrzeuge von Chartergesellschaften, die einen Jahresliegeplatz in den ACI-Marinas haben, haben ebenfalls Anspruch auf eine ACI Card sowie auf alle mit der ACI Card vorgesehenen Vergünstigungen. Marina ACI aperti tutto l anno: ACI Umag, ACI Rovinj (sotto ricostruzione fino al 2018), ACI Pula, ACI Pomer, ACI Opatija, ACI Cres, ACI Supetarska Draga, ACI Šimuni, ACI Jezera, ACI Vodice, ACI Skradin, ACI Trogir, ACI Split, ACI Milna, ACI Vrboska, ACI Korčula, ACI Veljko Barbieri Slano e ACI Dubrovnik Marina ACI stagionali e ancoraggio - aperti dal 1. aprile al 31 ottobre: ACI Rab, ACI Žut, ACI Žut ancoraggio, ACI Piškera e ACI Palmižana Ormeggi Secondo l apertura e la disponibilità, i marina ACI offrono le seguenti categorie di ormeggio: giornaliero, mensile, semestrale (ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano), semestrale invernale, semestrale estivo, della durata di nove mesi (ACI marina Skradin) e annuale in mare, nonché il rimessaggio a terra: giornaliero, di 15 giorni (ACI marina Pomer e Dubrovnik), mensile, semestrale (ACI marina Umag, Pomer, Opatija, Cres, Supetarska Draga, Šimuni, Jezera, Vodice, Korčula e Dubrovnik), semestrale invernale, semestrale estivo e annuale. Consumo di corrente elettrica Ormeggi senza contatore del consumo Il consumo abituale di corrente elettrica per tutte le imbarcazioni è incluso nel prezzo dell affitto per tutte le categorie di ormeggio. Nell ACI marina Skradin alle imbarcazioni all ormeggio annuaie o quello di nove mesi il collegamento alla corrente elettrica di 32 o più Ampere viene computato un ulteriore importo nell ammontare del 5% del prezzo dell ormeggio in mare. Nei marina ACI Žut e Piškera la fornitura della corrente elettrica è limitata ed è possibile dalle 8 alle 12 e dalle 18 alle 24. Ormeggi con il contatore del consumo Il marina ACI Pomer, che sui posti a terra ha il contatore di corrente elettrica installato, riscuote il consumo mediante tessera prepagata per tutte le categorie dell ormeggio a terra. Il marina ACI Dubrovnik, che su alcuni posti barca dispone del contatore di corrente elettrica, offre la possibilità del pagamento in abbonamento (tessera prepagata). Il marina ACI Slano, che sugli ormeggi ha il contatore di corrente elettrica installato, riscuote il consumo mediante tessera prepagata per tutte le categorie dell ormeggio in mare. Consumo di acqua Il consumo abituale di acqua per tutte le imbarcazioni è incluso nel prezzo d ormeggio per tutte le categorie. Fa eccezione l ACI marina Slano nel quale sono installati i contatori e dove il consumo dell acqua è riscosso tramite tessera prepagata per tutte le categorie dell ormeggio in mare. Nei marina ACI Žut e Piškera l erogazione dell acqua è limitata, il rifornimento è possibile fare dalle ore 8 alle

10 Listino prezzi ACI 2017 Listino prezzi ACI 2017 Il consumo dell acqua per il lavaggio delle imbarcazioni è riscosso in base al listino prezzi per gli altri servizi, secondo la lunghezza dell unità da diporto. Il rifornimento d acqua, sostando nel marina, viene riscosso secondo il listino prezzi interno di ogni singolo ACI marina. Tutti i marina ACI offrono la corrente elettrica e l acqua, in conformità alle loro possibilità tecniche. La limitazione nell erogazione dell acqua e della corrente elettrica non comporta modifiche di prezzo. Prezzi Il presente listino prezzi comprende le tariffe per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare e per il rimessaggio a terra. Le tariffe sono riportate nelle tabelle per ogni ACI marina separatamente secondo i vari periodi dell anno. Tutti i prezzi qui indicati si riferiscono alla lunghezza dell imbarcazione fuori tutto (l. f. t.). Per lunghezza fuori tutto s intende la lunghezza complessiva dell imbarcazione dall estremità di prua a quella di poppa, misurata lungo l asse centrale (incluse le parti sporgenti come la pedana di poppa e il bompresso). L ACI si riserva il diritto di esaminare le dimensioni dell imbarcazione. Nel caso siano constatate delle differenze nelle dimensioni dell imbarcazione, l ACI si riserva il diritto di applicare il prezzo in base alle dimensioni misurate (lunghezza fuori tutto l. f. t.). Catamarani e trimarani Nel caso di multiscafi (catamarani e trimarani) le tariffe per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare e del posto barca a terra sono maggiorate del 50%. Fanno eccezione: gli ACI marina Umag e Cres nei quali la tariffa è maggiorata del 25% gli ACI marina Žut e Piškera, dove la maggiorazione del 50% è applicata soltanto nel periodo dal 15 luglio al 25 agosto l ACI marina Palmižana dove dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre l ormeggio giornaliero per trimarani e catamarani è maggiorato dell 80%. l ACI marina Korčula dove dal 1. luglio al 31 agosto l ormeggio giornaliero per trimarani e catamarani è maggiorato dell 80%. Jet ski A seconda delle capacità disponibili, tutti gli ACI marina offrono l ormeggio in mare e la sistemazione a terra per i jet ski. I prezzi per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare o sistemazione a terra sono computati con una riduzione del 50% della tariffa per i natanti fino a 5 m di lunghezza. Barche per il nolo (charter) Per le imbarcazioni che sono usate per il noleggio, il prezzo dell ormeggio annuale sarà maggiorato del 20% nei marina ACI Trogir, Split, Veljko Barbieri a Slano e Dubrovnik, mentre negli altri marina, escluso l ACI marina Cres, sarà applicata una maggiorazione del 15%. Le società di noleggio che hanno stipulato con l ACI il contratto d ormeggio annuale per 10 o più unità da diporto possono presentare richiesta al Reparto nautica di ACI. S.p.A. per il pagamento rateale del corrispettivo dovuto. Imbarcazioni ausiliarie tender Le imbarcazioni ausiliarie, i cosiddetti tender, non pagano l ormeggio quando si trovano sulla nave madre o accanto ad essa sia nel marina d appartenenza sia quando sono in transito. Qualora l imbarcazione ausiliaria il tender occupi un posto a parte, è necessario stipulare il contratto di affitto dell ormeggio. Per i titolari del contratto annuale d ormeggio in uno dei marina ACI, sarà applicato il prezzo che ammonta al 50% della tariffa commerciale per tutte le categorie di ormeggio in mare o di sistemazione a terra. Stipulando il contratto annuale per l imbarcazione ausiliaria il proprietario non ottiene il diritto alla tessera ACI Card. L ormeggio giornaliero per l imbarcazione ausiliaria, che occupa un ormeggio proprio e la cui nave madre non è in regime di ormeggio annuale, si paga secondo il listino prezzi vigente. Ormeggio giornaliero e semigiornaliero in mare Incluso nel prezzo: ormeggio in mare uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione; fa eccezione l ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano che riscuote il consumo dell acqua e della corrente elettrica mediante tessera prepagata. La durata massima dell ormeggio semigiornaliero è di 4 ore e scade al più tardi alle ore Fanno eccezione gli ACI marina Pula, Pomer, Žut, Piškera, Vodice, Skradin, Trogir e Palmižana, dov è possibile utilizzare l ormeggio semigiornaliero fino alle ore Il prezzo del servizio è la metà della tariffa giornaliera riportata nel listino prezzi secondo la lunghezza dell imbarcazione. Nell ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano, a seconda delle disponibilità del marina, l ormeggio semigiornaliero della durata di quattro ore è gratuito. Alle imbarcazioni che approdano nei marina ACI dalle 7 di mattina (ora di apertura degli uffici di ricezione) fino alle 24 dello stesso giorno la tariffa dell ormeggio giornaliero in mare copre la permanenza dell imbarcazione nel marina fino alle ore del giorno seguente. Per gli approdi notturni nel marina, avvenuti tra le 24 e le 7 di mattina, la tariffa dell ormeggio giornaliero scade alle ore dello stesso giorno. Dopo le ore è riscosso l ormeggio per il giorno seguente. Prenotazione online dell ormeggio giornaliero L ormeggio giornaliero si può prenotare con pagamento anticipato tramite il sistema prenotazioni online che si trova sul sito internet ufficiale dell ACI L indennizzo per la prenotazione ammonta al 10% del prezzo d ormeggio giornaliero secondo la lunghezza dell imbarcazione, eccetto che negli ACI marina Skradin e Palmižana, dove ammonta al 40% e nell ACI marina Korčula, dove l indennizzo per la prenotazione ammonta al 20% del prezzo d ormeggio giornaliero durante tutto l anno. Fanno eccezione anche gli ACI marina Trogir (la prenotazione non è possibile il venerdì e il sabato) e Milna, nei quali la prenotazione è gratuita. Negli ACI marina Žut e Piškera l indennizzo per la prenotazione nell ammontare del 30% viene riscosso soltanto nel periodo 15 luglio 25 agosto. L indennizzo per la prenotazione va pagato in soluzione unica al momento della prenotazione. La prenotazione è valida soltanto per il giorno per il quale è effettuato il pagamento e rimane valida fino al momento in cui inizia il computo per il giorno successivo. Ormeggio mensile in mare Incluso nel prezzo: ormeggio in mare sorveglianza dell imbarcazione uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione; fa eccezione l ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano che riscuote il consumo dell acqua e della corrente elettrica mediante tessera prepagata. Il servizio d ormeggio mensile in mare, in base alle capacità disponibili, è offerto nei marina ACI aperti tutto l anno e nel marina stagionale ACI Rab. Il servizio si paga in anticipo. Nel caso del mancato rinnovo del contratto d ormeggio mensile l imbarcazione deve lasciare il marina al più tardi entro le ore del giorno seguente. Ormeggio semestrale in mare L ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano offre il servizio dell ormeggio semestrale in mare della durata di 6 mesi del quale si può usufruire durante tutto l anno. I prezzi per l ormeggio semestrale in mare, secondo la lunghezza dell imbarcazione, si trovano nella tabella con le tariffe per l ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano. Ormeggio semestrale estivo in mare Secondo i posti disponibili, i marina dell ACI aperti tutto l anno offrono nel periodo dal 1 aprile al 31 ottobre l ormeggio semestrale estivo in mare (6 mesi). Incluso nel prezzo: ormeggio in mare sorveglianza dell imbarcazione uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione Il servizio si paga in anticipo. Ormeggio in mare della durata di nove mesi L ACI marina Skradin offre la possibilità di stipulare il contratto d ormeggio in mare della durata di nove mesi. È possibile stipulare il contratto d ormeggio di questa durata durante tutto l anno, a patto che l imbarcazione lasci il marina per tre mesi nel periodo dal 1 giugno al 30 settembre. Nel caso l imbarcazione rimanga all ormeggio nel marina ACI Skradin nel detto periodo, saranno applicate tariffe per l ormeggio giornaliero o mensile in conformità al vigente listino prezzi. Le tariffe dell ormeggio in mare di nove mesi, per singole lunghezze dell imbarcazione, sono riportate nella tabella con il listino prezzi del marina ACI Skradin. Incluso nel prezzo: ormeggio in mare sorveglianza dell imbarcazione uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione, mentre per il collegamento alla corrente elettrica di 32 e più Ampere viene computato un ulteriore importo nell ammontare del 5% del prezzo dell ormeggio I proprietari dell imbarcazione che hanno stipulato il Contratto d ormeggio della durata di nove mesi per il marina ACI Skradin hanno il diritto alla tessera di socio ACI Card e dietro presentazione della stessa possono usufruire dei vantaggi da questa previsti. Il servizio si paga in anticipo. Il contratto per l ormeggio in mare della durata di nove mesi è valido soltanto per il marina ACI Skradin. Ormeggio annuale in mare Incluso nel prezzo: ormeggio in mare sorveglianza dell imbarcazione uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione. Fanno eccezione l ACI marina Veljko Barbieri Slano che riscuote il consumo dell acqua e della corrente elettrica mediante tessera prepagata e l ACI marina Skradin, nel quale per il collegamento alla corrente elettrica di 32 e più Ampere viene computato un ulteriore importo nell ammontare del 5% del prezzo dell ormeggio. Il canone annuale per l ormeggio è possibile pagare anche in due tranche uguali con una maggiorazione del 2% della tariffa dell ormeggio annuale. Ogni eventuale cambiamento del marina durante il periodo contrattuale è possibile soltanto dietro approvazione scritta della Direzione ACI S.p.A. e dietro pagamento della differenza di prezzo nel caso in cui l imbarcazione viene trasferita in un marina con prezzi più elevati. Nel caso in cui l imbarcazione viene trasferita in un marina con prezzi più bassi, la differenza di prezzo non viene restituita. I proprietari dell imbarcazione che hanno stipulato il Contratto d ormeggio annuale in mare per uno dei marina ACI hanno il diritto alla tessera di membro ACI Card e dietro presentazione della stessa possono usufruire dei vantaggi da questa previsti. Nel caso del mancato rinnovo del contratto d ormeggio annuale l imbarcazione deve lasciare il marina al più tardi entro le ore del giorno seguente. È possibile prenotare il posto barca annuale tramite versamento di un acconto pari al 30% del prezzo d ormeggio annuale secondo il vigente listino prezzi del marina in questione. Una volta ottenuta la conferma della prenotazione dell ormeggio, l ACI marina in oggetto invia l offerta di pagamento dell acconto. Nel caso di rinuncia al posto barca l ACI si riserva il diritto di trattenere l acconto versato dal cliente. Posto barca a terra giornaliero Incluso nel prezzo: posto barca a terra uso di sanitari e docce consumo di acqua e corrente elettrica per le abituali necessità dell imbarcazione, coll eccezione dell ACI marina Pomer che riscuote il consumo della corrente elettrica mediante tessera prepagata. Posto barca a terra della durata di 15 giorni Il marina ACI Pomer e Dubrovnik offrono la possibilità della sistemazione dell imbarcazione a terra per 15 giorni. Le tariffe per questo servizio sono riportate per lunghezza dell imbarcazione nelle singole tabelle per i marina ACI Pomer e Dubrovnik. Altri servizi Gli altri servizi compresi nel listino prezzi degli ACI marina per il 2017 comprendono il seguente: uso delle gru travel lift alberamento e disalberamento noleggio invasature, tacche e cavalletti uso dell acqua per il lavaggio dell imbarcazione lavaggio della chiglia con pompa ad alta pressione altri servizi (secondo le disponibilità dei singoli ACI marina) Avvertenza: Nel prezzo per un operazione di gru o di travel lift è incluso il lavaggio della carena con pompa ad alta pressione. L uso di due operazioni di gru/travel lift include nel prezzo 3 giorni di sistemazione dell imbarcazione a terra, l invasatura, tacche/cavalletti nonché lavaggio della carena con pompa ad alta pressione. L utente è obbligato a prevedere e pagare l uso di due operazioni in anticipo. Svolgimento di attività secondarie di minore entità nell ambito dei servizi prestati saltuariamente da persone fisiche o giuridiche all interno dei marina Lo svolgimento saltuario di attività di minore entità (piccoli servizi, servizi fotografici, vari servizi artigianali e sim.) da parte di persone fisiche o giuridiche all interno degli ACI marina è subordinato al pagamento di un corrispettivo giornaliero, mensile o annuale. Per le attività della durata di un giorno viene riscosso il corrispettivo giornaliero in conformità al vigente interno listino prezzi di ogni singolo marina, mentre per le attività su base mensile o annuale è necessario presentare richiesta all ufficio di ricezione. Facilitazioni per gli organizzatori di regate Agli organizzatori di regate è concesso, secondo il numero d imbarcazioni partecipanti alla regata, il seguente sconto sull ormeggio giornaliero: fino a 10 imbarcazioni 20% di sconto più di 10 imbarcazioni 30% di sconto Non è possibile usufruire dello sconto nel periodo dal 1 luglio al 31 agosto. ACI Card - un vantaggio riservato esclusivamente ai soci dell ACI ACI Card è una tessera di socio riservata esclusivamente ai diportisti che hanno stipulato un Contratto d ormeggio annuale in uno dei marina ACI, oppure un Contratto d ormeggio della durata di nove mesi nel marina ACI Skradin. Le imprese di noleggio (charter), cioè le loro imbarcazioni in regime di ormeggio annuale hanno diritto all ACI Card e a tutti i vantaggi da questa previsti.
