Specifico per l incollaggio di particolari in pelle e tessuto a se stessi o a poliuretano espanso, e PVC. Caratteristiche principali del prodotto sono: una buona resistenza termica, una forte presa iniziale e un colore neutro. In presenza di incollaggio ove sia richiesto una elevata resistenza termica, si consiglia l aggiunta all adesivo, del 5% di Attivatore DESMODUR RC o RFE. Con l aggiunta dell attivatore si raccomanda di riattivare entro 90 minuti. Resine poliuretaniche in soluzione di solventi organici. Prodotto fabbricato a norma delle vigenti leggi in materia. Procedere alla spruzzatura dell adesivo sui due supporti da saldare, tenendo presente il grado si assorbimento dei materiali, decorsi minimo 5 minuti si possono sottoporre all azione dei raggi infrarossi o ad una fonte di aria calda ad una temperatura minima di 50 /60 C unendoli poi immediatamente e sottoponendoli a pressatura. Le caratteristiche del prodotto, che prevedono la totale perdita di adesività dopo circa 20 minuti, permettono lavorazioni come calzare rivestimenti di tessuti o pelle su schienali e sedute e dopo averli posizionati si può procedere alla riattivazione a caldo sopra descritta per l incollaggio finale, i supporti si possono riattivare anche dopo diversi giorni dall applicazione dell adesivo. PIVIGUM W/SP Monocomponent polyurethane sprayable adhesive, specifically for gluing of leather and fabric to themselves or polyurethane foam and PVC. Main characteristics of the product are: Good heat resistence, good tickness and neutral colour. For particulary difficult gluing jobs, we recommend 5% of hardner be added. The mixture of adhesive and hardner should be used and reactivate within 90 minutes. Base... Colour... Synthetic rubber and resin in a solution of organic solvents. Transparent. Viscosity mpas Brookfield (+/-200) at 20 C Category... Application Tools... Method of Use... Shelf Life... Packages... Warnings... Flammable Spray gun with a nozzle having a diameter of,7/2,0 mm and an air pressure of no less than 4/5 atm. Or automatic spray machine. Make sure that the materials to be glued are clean and present no traces of dust or residues of other processes; spread uniformly the adhesive on both parts to be glued at distance of 50 cm aprox, according to absorption of the material. Wait for about 5 minutes then expose both parts to infra-red rays actions at 50 /60 C temperature minimum, then join immediately the two parts togheter and press adequately. The adhesive caracteristics, that provide for total loss of adhesion after about 20 minutes, allow processes such as fit of fabric or leather upholstery on seats and backs, and after they are located you can proceed to the hot reactivation described above for the final gluing. Specifico per incollaggi di polietere e poliuretano espansi a se stessi, a tessuti, falda, ovatte, TNT e affini. Prodotto a base acqua, non infiammabile, non nocivo, con totale assenza di solventi. Caratteristiche principali del prodotto sono: un ottima resistenza termica, alto residuo secco, eccellente resa, ottima appiccicosità e morbidezza del film adesivo. Pistola a spruzzo a bassa pressione speciale per adesivi monocomponenti a base acqua, con interno in acciaio inox. Incollatrice a rulli: Assicurarsi che i materiali da incollare siano puliti e non presentino tracce di polvere o residui di altre lavorazioni; applicare un velo uniforme di adesivo su una superficie, unire i materiali immediatamente e sottoporli a pressatura entro 2 minuti. Pistola a spruzzo : Assicurarsi che i materiali da incollare siano puliti e non presentino tracce di polvere o residui di altre lavorazioni; spruzzare da una distanza di cm. 30 circa un velo uniforme di adesivo su entrambe le superfici da incollare dopodichè, attesi un minimo di 30 secondi fino ad un massimo 0/5 minuti, procedere all accoppiaggio delle parti ed alla conseguente pressatura. E importante che la quantità di adesivo applicata sia bassa, altrimenti i tempi di attesa prima dell accoppiaggio dei supporti si allungano notevolmente L incollaggio è da ritenersi concluso solo dopo 24 ore. Per la pulizia di residui di adesivo su eventuali supporti si consiglia: in presenza di prodotto fresco, acqua; in presenza di prodotto secco, il ns. PULITORE PER AQUAGUM. 6 mesi circa in confezioni originali e sigillate a temperatura ambiente (0 30 C). Imballi bag in box da kg 0, 20 e 500 kg peso netto. Teme il gelo, conservare il prodotto in ambiente riscaldato durante la stagione invernale, se il prodotto gela (sotto i +5 C) diventa inutilizzabile. Chiudere accuratamente i recipienti dopo l uso, a contatto con l aria l adesivo tende a solidificare diventando inutilizzabile. Tenere lontano da fonti di calore e dai raggi solari diretti. Il film adesivo dell incollaggio, se esposto ai raggi solari, tende ad ingiallire. Single-component spray adhesive, two-side application, specific for gluing foamed polyether and polyurethane to themselves, to wood, fabric, lap, cotton wadding, TNT and similar materials. Raccomanded in forniture, wadding and mattresses manufacturing industry. In mattresses production the application of the adhesive can be done on one side only, as well. Water-based product, not inflammable, not harmful, total absence of solvents. Main characteristics of the product are: excellent heat resistance, a high dry residue with a consequently excellent yield and a strong tack. Very important: The product it is one component, so can be used like a normal solvent based adhesive. The new packaging bag in box allows the use of dropping adhesive: after positioning the package at a 2-meter hight, the adhesive reaches the spray gun as per force of gravity, without auxiliary pumps. Make sure that the materials to be glued are clean and present no traces of dust or residues of other processes; spray a uniform coat onto the two surfaces to be glued from a distance of about 30 cm, wait for minimum 20 second up to maximum 0 /5 minutes then join the surfaces and press them. The gluing process may be considered complete only after 24 hours. Adhesive thrust pressure... For gravity Nebulization pressure bars Avoid emptying the tank completely otherwise a film of adhesive forms inside the tubes and spraying is no longer uniform. Wash the entire circuit first with PULITORE PER AQUAGUM and then with distilled water whenever the type of adhesive used is changed.
