7 PORTALI ISOTERMICI A RIBALTA RAISED DOCK SELTERS Costruiti in due diverse soluzioni per soddisfare ogni esigenza di limitazione degli scambi termici tra l interno e l esterno del magazzino, contribuiscono al risparmio energetico ed al miglioramento del livello di comfort del personale addetto. Il modello base, KDR L, è stato progettato per soddisfare esigenze di carattere generale ed unisce un ottima funzionalità ad un costo decisamente contenuto. Il modello a pantografo KDR G, oltre ad essere costruito su misura per adeguarsi ad esigenze particolari (vani di carico non standardizzati, strutture architettoniche particolari), può essere fornito anche con colorazioni diverse in modo da inserirsi ancor meglio in qualsiasi ambiente. Tutte le strutture sono zincate a caldo, i teli di copertura sono in poliestere/pvc ed i frontali sono: in PVC di forte spessore ed a trama differenziata per i modelli standard, in poliestere/pvc anti-graffio per gli altri modelli. Tutti questi portali non trasmettono la spinta dell automezzo alle strutture del magazzino. Built in two different solutions in order to satisfy every requirement regarding the avoiding of heat exchange between the inside and the outside of the warehouse, these portals are able to contribute towards energy saving and the comfort of personnel. The base model, KDR L, is designed to satisfy general requirements and joins an efficient functional character to a decidedly contained cost. The pantograph model KDR G, can be built to measure according to the client s needs, in order to meet particular requirements (non-standard loading spaces, particular architectural structures), aside from this, it can be supplied in different colours in order to fit better in any environment. All structures are hot galvanized, the covering sheets are made in polyester/pvc and the front flaps are made of either: Thick PVC, special wheft for the standard models, or in anti-scratch polyester/pvc for other models. 8 KDTR PORTALE ISOTERMICO A TUNNEL RETRATTILE Il portale isotermico a tunnel da banchina svolge le stesse funzioni dei portali KDR precedentemente illustrati ma sono concepiti per il raccordo diretto tra il magazzino e l automezzo in presenza di banchina di carico sporgente oltre l edificio sia con pedana incorporata che senza; di conseguenza, pur mantenendo le dimensioni frontali (altezza e larghezza) simili al modello KDR, la profondità è in funzione della sporgenza della banchina. Sono disponibili anche modelli speciali per banchine angolate o dotate di passerelle di raccordo agganciate al bordo della banchina stessa. RAISED DOCK TUNNEL The dock tunnel for loading bay has the same functions as the previously illustrated KDR portals, but, these are designed for directly connecting the warehouse to the vehicle in the presence of a loading bay. This dock tunnel protrudes beyond the level of the building, either with an incorporated dock leveller, or without, thereby maintaining frontal measurements identical to those of the KDR model, but with a depth in relation to the projection of the bay. There are also special models available for docks that are set at an angle, or with a manual ramps built onto the edge of the dock itself. P L KDCS PORTALE ISOTERMICO A TAMPONE FLESSIBILE Questo portale ben si adatta alla sigillatura di bocche di carico su magazzini a bassa temperatura. La sigillatura è ottenuta premendo con l automezzo sui cuscini imbottiti di poliuretano a cellule chiuse e rivestiti di un robusto telo di poliestere/pvc confezionato con apposite tegole anti-usure che limitano il danno da pressione e sfregamento prodotto dall automezzo sotto carico. Questo portale, inoltre, non trasmette la spinta dell automezzo sotto carico alle strutture del magazzino FLEXIBLE CUSION DOCK SELTER This dock shelter adapts itself very well to the sealing of loading points on low temperature warehouses. Proper sealing is obtained by pressing the vehicle against cushions filles with closed cell polyurethane, lined with a robust polyester/pvc sheet packed with anti-wear flaps that can limit damage caused by friction and pressure of the vehicle while it is being loaded. Moreover, this portal does not convey the drive force of the vehicle being loaded to the warehouse structure. P L 8

9 KDC F/R PORTALE ISOTERMICO FISSO O REGOLABILE Questo portale è come il precedente adatto a tamponare bocche di carico di magazzini a bassa temperatura ed è fornibile in versione fissa (KDC F), quando gli automezzi rientrano nella stessa gamma dimensionale, ed in versione regolabile (KDC R) con il tampone superiore mobile e quindi adattabile alle varie altezze degli automezzi. Anche in questo modello la sigillatura è ottenuta premendo sui cuscini imbottiti di poliuretano a cellule chiuse e rivestiti da un robusto telo di poliestere/pvc. A differenza degli altri portali isotermici per basse temperature, il modello KDC trasmette in parte la spinta dell automezzo alle strutture del magazzino che andranno opportunamente rinforzate su nostra indicazione. FIXED OR ADJUSTABLE CUSION DOCK SELTER This dock shelter, like the previous one, is suitable for cushioning loading doors at low temperatures, and can be supplied either in a fixed version (KDC F), for situations in which vehicles are always of the same size, and in an adjustable version (KDC R) where the upper cushion moves, thereby adjusting to different vehicle heights. As for other models, the sealing is obtained by pushing onto closed cell polyurethane, lined with a robust PVC /polyester sheet. Unlike other models, this dock shelter can transmit vehicle drive force to the warehouse structure, which will therefore be appropriately reinforced, according to our indications. P L KDG R PORTALE ISOTERMICO GONFIABILE Particolarmente indicato per la sigillatura di bocche di carico di magazzini frigoriferi a bassa temperatura, in quanto i cuscini gonfiabili aderiscono perfettamente alla sagoma dell automezzo sotto carico, impedendo così costosi scambi termici tra il magazzino e l esterno. Inoltre, proprio per queste sue caratteristiche intrinseche, si adatta ad una vasta gamma dimensionale di automezzi. Questo portale non trasmette la spinta dell automezzo sotto carico alle strutture del magazzino. INFLATABLE DOCK SELTER Particularly suitable for sealing loading doors of low-temperature refrigerated warehouses, since the inflatable cushions adhere perfectly to the vehicle frame, avoiding costly exchange of temperature between the warehouse and the exterior. These same inherent characteristics make it possible for the portal to adapt to a wide range of vehicles of various sizes. 10 KD-T PORTALE ISOTERMICO A TERRA Il portale isotermico a terra modello KD-G è particolarmente indicato per la sigillatura di vani di carico a piano piazzale, dotati o meno di tavola elevatrice, con spazi per la manovra ridotti e che necessitano di rimuovere la struttura per permettere il passaggio degli automezzi. Questo portale è fornibile in tutte le versioni quindi con frontale in telo rinforzato da molle d acciaio armonico ed in PVC a lastra unica, e, se il punto di carico è dotato di tavola elevatrice esterna, il portale può essere costruito con lunghezza tale da contenere questa attrezzatura, consentendo così di poter lavorare con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica. Le caratteristiche costruttive rispecchiano i nostri standard qualitativi: Struttura in acciaio zincato a caldo, ripiegabile, onde evitare danneggiamenti da parte dell automezzo; teli in PVC/poliestere autoestinguenti classe 2. GROUND DOCK SELTER This ground-level isothermal portal, model name KD-G, is particularly suitable for the sealing of loading areas at vehicle level, with or without an loading platform, and with limited manoeuvring space where it is necessary to remove the loading structure to allow the transit of vehicles. This portal can be supplied in all versions, with a steel-spring reinforced sheet, and in single sheet PVC. Moreover, if the loading point is fitted with an external elevator platform, the portal can built in the length that is necessary to incorporate this equipment, allowing work to take place in all weather conditions. The constructive characteristics fully reflect our standards of quality: ot galvanized steel structure, Foldable structures; so that vehicle damage is avoided; PVC/Polyester sheet. 11 PORTALE ISOTERMICO A CIOCCIOLA Il portale isotermico a chiocciola è adatto a proteggere le operazioni di carico e scarico tra un magazzino e un automezzo posto parallelamente o in posizione angolata rispetto al magazzino stesso. Le caratteristiche costruttive generali rispecchiano quelle del modello KDT e pur avendo delle dimensioni standard è fornibile con altre misure su specifiche del Cliente. L orientamento è destro o sinistro e l angolo di apertura va da 0 a 90. Questo portale trova la sua applicazione tipica in zone ristrette tra il magazzino e il confine dove l attracco dell automezzo è parallelo e non perpendicolare al fabbricato. Una volta terminate le operazioni di carico e scarico, il portale può essere retratto in modo da permettere di nuovo il passaggio di autoveicoli nella zona precedentemente utilizzata. ROTATIVE DOCK SELTER The rotative dock shelter is suitable for protecting loading/unloading operations between a warehouse and a vehicle placed either parallel or at an angle with respect to the warehouse itself. The general constructive characteristics fully reflect those of the KDT model and although it is supplied in standard sizes, it is also available in sizes specified by the client. The orientation is either towards the left or towards the right and the opening angle goes from 0 to 90. This portal is typically employed in narrow areas between the warehouse and the parking area where vehicles are parallel and not perpendicular to the building. Once loading/unloading operations are over, the portal can be retracted in order to allow the transit of vehicles in the area previously in use. KD-T L SX DX

14 PEDANE DI CARICO ELETTROIDRAULICE ELECTROYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELLERS Q U A L S Y S T I T Y E M Le pedane, o rampe di carico, sono le strutture maggiormente sollecitate durante le operazioni di carico e scarico delle merci; debbono infatti sopportare sollecitazioni e pesi non indifferenti garantendo sempre la sicurezza degli operatori. Per queste ragioni la progettazione ha tenuto conto delle normative internazionali che regolano tutte le fasi di questo processo logistico. Occorre naturalmente rispettare la procedura e le istruzioni d uso che vengono fornite da KOPRON al momento del collaudo. La scelta dei materiali e il loro dimensionamento strutturale ci permettono di fornire pedane che hanno prestazioni di molto superiori al loro reale utilizzo richiesto. Grazie anche a queste caratteristiche tecniche di alto livello, la manutenzione è stata ridotta al minimo, e gli eventuali interventi avvengono in sicurezza dato che queste strutture sono tutte dotate di un sistema meccanico anti-infortunio. The ldock levellers are the structures that are placed under the greatest stress during the loading or unloading of goods, they must be able to withstand a great amount of weight and usage, guaranteeing the safety of personnel at all times. For these reasons, all international security standards that regard this logistical procedure have been taken into account during the planning of this product. Naturally, it is of fundamental importance that that correct procedures are respected, as well as the instructions for use that are supplied by KOPRON when the product is supplied and tested. The choice of materials and their structural sizing allows us to supply platforms with far greater potential capacities than those that are actually requested during normal use. Thanks to these high level technical qualities, only basic maintenance is required, and all repair work that may be necessary can be carried out in total safety thanks to the mechanical accident-prevention system with which these structures are supplied. 15 Per quanto riguarda la posa in opera di queste strutture, siamo riusciti a semplificare al massimo le operazioni, sia nella preparazione della struttura ospitante che nell installazione della pedana stessa. In questa sequenza vengono illustrate le varie fasi di installazione per il modello standard KRBA. Per il modello KRB, la cassaforma KRC, fornita da noi, viene fissata alla banchina in modo rapido e semplice; é infatti fornita di zanche e punti di riferimento che facilitano l annegamento nel calcestruzzo. 17 TAVOLE ELEVATRICI Sono indicate per portare le merci, anche di peso notevole, al livello di carico dove non esiste o non si possa costruire una ribalta. Possono essere dotate di raccordi all automezzo sia manuali che idraulici, e di sponde di sicurezza. L alloggiamento è previsto in fossa in modo da non costituire ostacolo al transito quando l attrezzatura è in posizione di riposo. LOADING PLATFORMS These are recommended for lifting goods, even of considerable weight, to the loading level, where there is no folding platform, or where this cannot be built. These can be provided either with hydraulic or manual connections to the vehicle, and with security edges. These are designed to be seat in a pit, so that the platform does not form an obstacle to vehicle transit while the equipment is in the resting position. CASTELLO METALLICO PER SOSTEGNO PEDANA Questa soluzione è particolarmente utile nelle ristrutturazioni di magazzini dove non è possibile o non si voglia installare la pedana direttamente a pavimento nella fossa tradizionale. Il castello metallico viene fissato a pavimento e a muro tramite tasselli ad espansione e, dove possibile, a mezzo saldatura. È dotato di sponde di sicurezza laterali e con opportune modifiche può essere protetto dai nostri portali isotermici. Frame FOR SUPPORTING TE PLATFORM This solution is particularly useful when warehouses are being reconditioned, where it is not possible to install a footboard directly to the ground in a normal pit, or when this is not desired. The frame is fixed to the ground and to the wall using anchor bolts, and where possible, by directly welding into place. This platform is supplied with security edges, and with the appropriate adjustments, it can be protected with our dock shelters. PEDANE A SBALZO IN FERRO Anche questo modello è un alternativa all alloggiamento della pedana nella fossa tradizionale. Viene saldata direttamente al paraspigolo della banchina (che in questo caso deve risultare particolarmente robusto). La movimentazione può essere manuale (controbilanciata da molle) o idraulica. Un apposito binario (optional) permette alla passerella di servire più punti di carico. STEEL BRIDGE This model is also an alternative to the seat of the platform in a normal pit. It is welded directly to the steel profile to protect dock edge of the dock (which must therefore be particularly robust). Movement can be either manual (counterbalanced with springs) or hydraulic. Uno speciale profilo d acciaio (optional) fissato a filo banchina permette di tenere in sede la passerella senza doverla riposizionare continuamente ALUMINUM LIFTING PLATFORM These have the same functions and general characteristics of the previous model but are recommended in situations where loads are lighter and usage is not as frequent. They are easy to use and maintenance free. These platforms offer an economical solution to the need for light transfer of goods. A special steel profile (optional) fixed to the edge of the dock makes it possible to keep the platform in place without having to continuously replace it back into position. La costruzione robusta e la forma, studiata appositamente per non arrecare neppure il minimo danno alle gomme dell automezzo, ne fanno un accessorio utilissimo e ormai indispensabile in qualsiasi situazione di carico-scarico. EASY-LINE This equipment is fixed to the ground in order to facilitate the vehicle s approach towards the loading dock, avoiding damage to the structures and greatly easing the driver s manoeuvres. These have the function of absorbing impact provoked by the vehicle while it approaches the loading dock, so that the loading structure is not damaged.
