It offers modern lodgings in a very recently restored 3 floor structure ideal for 10 people or two families travelling together. The house is located in the centre of PRATOLA PELIGNA (Aquila Province), just behind the Madonna della Libera s Shrine, 5 km. from Sulmona the town of ancient Roman poet Ovidio and the world s best confetti (confectionery candies). Ideal for day excursions to other places of interest, including famous mountainous National Parks and the Adriatic sea coast.

3 Nestled in the Parco della Maiella, PRATOLA is in the middle of a wide fertile valley, surrounded by mountains. It is the gateway to many exciting destinations due to the proximity of Highway A25 that leads to Rome (2 hrs), Pescara s seaside resorts on the Adriatic coast (1 hr.), Parco Nazionale d Abruzzo (1 hr.), and ski resorts like Roccaraso, Rivisondoli (20 min.), Campo Imperatore (1 hr.) near L Aquila (the regional Capital city). Rooms are available to let by the day or the week. During winter season only weekly bookings are accepted. The house, which has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard, extends on three floors and it has color TV, central heating throughout and air-conditioning on the top floor as the 1 st and 2 nd floor are very cool in summer time. Hairdryer, bathroom towels, fresh bed linens, and iron are provided. - FIRST FLOOR: Comfortable dining-living room area with TV, double sofa bed, large kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, TV, balcony, bathroom with washing machine. - SECOND FLOOR: - MASTER bedroom, balcony, master bathroom with bath tab, small bedroom for one child. - DOUBLE bedroom, balcony, en-suite room to accommodate two extra beds if required, and bathroom with shower.

5 PRATOLA PELIGNA (Aquila) ABRUZZO REGION ITALIAN LANGUAGE VERSION La Casa di Marcello è una tipica casa di paese, recentemente ristrutturata, ha 10 posti letto ed è ideale per due famiglie che viaggiano insieme. Si trova nel centro di PRATOLA PELIGNA (AQ), alle spalle del Santuario della Madonna della Libera a 5 km. da Sulmona, la città dei migliori "confetti" al mondo e del poeta Ovidio. Essendo situata nel cuore dell'abruzzo, Pratola Peligna è l'ideale per escursioni verso altri luoghi d interesse, tra cui i famosi parchi nazionali. Pratola stessa è immersa nel Parco della Maiella e al centro di una vallata ampia e fertile circondata da montagne. La sua posizione strategica, all uscita dell autostrada A25, permette di raggiungere facilmente destinazioni interessanti: Roma in meno di 2 ore, Pescara (località balneare sulla costa adriatica) in mezz'ora, il Parco Nazionale d'abruzzo in meno di un ora, le località sciistiche di Roccaraso e Rivisondoli in mezz ora e Campo Imperatore nei pressi de L'Aquila (capoluogo regionale) in un ora. La casa è disponibile per soggiorni giornalieri o settimanali. Durante la stagione invernale si accettano solo prenotazioni settimanali. E ben arredata e si estende su tre piani, dispone di due TV color, riscaldamento centralizzato, aria condizionata al terzo piano visto che il 1 e 2 piano sono molto freschi nel periodo estivo, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, biancheria da letto e da bagno.

6 DISPOSIZIONE DELLA CASA: - PRIMO PIANO: sala da pranzo-soggiorno con TV e divano letto matrimoniale, ampia cucina dotata di piano cottura, forno, frigorifero, TV, con zona pranzo, balcone, bagno con lavatrice. - SECONDO PIANO: camera matrimoniale con balcone, bagno padronale con vasca da bagno, cameretta con letto singolo bambino.
