Gli ordini passati ad ausiliari ed intermediari del commercio vengono assunti: salvo approvazione della casa. Art. 2 - Prezzi I prezzi si intendono per materiale reso franco fabbrica "LA CASA DELLE RUOTE s.r.l." salvo diversa pattuizione scritta. I prezzi dei prodotti de "LA CASA DELLE RUOTE s.r.l." sono quelli esposti nei suoi listini in vigore o nelle sue offerte e potranno però essere variati in qualsiasi momento ed entreranno in vigore alla data stessa in cui verranno fissati. Art. 3 - Pagamenti "LA CASA DELLE RUOTE s.r.l." è autorizzata in ogni caso ad emettere tratte sul cliente per le somme ed alle scadenze dovute. Le spese per effetti sono a carico del cliente. In mancanza di particolari convenzioni, il pagamento del saldo deve effettuarsi contemporaneamente al ritiro della merce. Qualora il cliente, per una ragione qualsiasi, non dovesse ritirare quanto ordinato, l'acconto versato verrà incamerato come indennizzo. Art. 3 - Payments LA CASA DELLE RUOTE s.r.l. can always draw upon the customer's bills for the amounts due at the date of maturity. Costs concerning the issue of the bills are chargeable to the customer. Unless otherwise agreed, the full payment must be fulfilled on the date of collection of goods, at the latest. In case the customer, for whatever reason, does not collect the goods ordered, the sum paid on account shall be retained in the form of a penality.
