2 GUIDA ALLA PULIZIA DEI MATERIALI RESINA Pulire con detergenti non aggressivi, non usare candeggina ne prodotti in polvere. Non usare spugne abrasive e risciacquare con cura. La variazione di colore che la resina subisce nel tempo è da considerarsi naturale ed insita nelle caratteristiche tecniche del materiale. E sconsigliata l esposizione all esterno dei prodotti in resina. VETRO Pulire con detergenti neutri, non usare candeggina ne prodotti in polvere. Non usare spugne abrasive e risciacquare con cura. CERAMICA Pulire con detergenti neutri, non usare candeggina ne prodotti in polvere. Non usare spugne abrasive e risciacquare con cura. LEGNO Pulire con acqua,non usare candeggina ne prodotti in polvere o detergenti chimici. Per ravvivare il legno, levigare con carta abrasiva media ( gr.150 ) la superficie e passare successivamente una mano di cera o di olio per Teak. Tutti i prodotti in legno presenti a catalogo sono in legno massello, non temono quindi alcun tipo di abrasione. METALLO Pulire con detergenti non aggressivi, non usare candeggina ne prodotti in polvere. Non usare spugne abrasive e risciacquare con cura. Per lucidare ulteriormente il prodotto, usare paste lucidanti per metalli/argenti in commercio. SPECCHI Pulire con detergenti neutri o con prodotti specifici per vetro. Non usare spugne abrasive che potrebbero danneggiare la cornice o lo specchio. PIETRA Pulire con acqua, o usare detergenti neutri a base di acqua. Non usare acidi. Non usare spugne abrasive e risciacquare con cura. COTONE Usare detergenti non aggressivi, senza candeggina. Fare attenzione ai simboli. Proteggere con un sacchetto di cotone in caso di centrifuga in lavatrice e mettere insieme al momento del lavaggio colori uguali. Non asciugarli sui termosifoni nè al sole intenso. Lavare a 30 gradi, non stirare, non lavare a secco, non usare asciugatrice. MATERIAL MAINTENANCE GUIDE RESIN Clean with mild detergents; do not bleach; do not use solvents. Do not use abrasive sponges; wash carefully. Please be aware that minor colour differences arising over time in resin are due to the nature of the material itself, and are to be considered technical features of resin. Avoid exposure of resin products to direct sunlight. GLASS Clean with ordinary detergents; do not bleach; do not use solvents. Do not use abrasive sponge; wash carefully. Ceramic Clean with mild detergents; do not bleach; do not use solvents. Do not use abrasive sponges; wash carefully. WOOD Clean with water; do not bleach; do not use solvents or detergents with a possible aggressive nature. Revive wooden surfaces by sanding them smooth with sand paper (medium grade, 150 grit), then apply paste wax wood finishing coat or Teak oil finishing coat. All the products in the catalogue are made in solid wood and have a highly scratch resistant surface. METAL Clean with ordinary detergents, do not bleach, do not use solvents. Do not use abrasive sponges; wash carefully. For an extra polish, use metal/silver polish cream. MIRRORS Clean with mild detergents or with glass cleaning products. Do not use abrasive sponges which may scratch the frame or the mirror. STONE Clean with water or ordinary detergents. Do not use solvents. Do not use abrasive sponges. Wash carefully. COTTON Clean with ordianry detergents, do not bleach. Follow the directions on labels. When spin drying, put the product in a cotton bag to protect it. Wash with similar colours. Do not dry in direct sunlight or putting them on radiators. Wash at 30 degrees, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not tumble dry. 289

43 Condizioni generali di vendita 1. CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA Le condizioni generali di vendita, qui di seguito riportate, si intendono valide per qualsiasi ordine pervenuto alla Cipì srl e costituiscono parte essenziale di ciascun ordine. Eventuali modifiche alle presenti clausole nonché eventuali condizioni particolari dovranno essere espressamente concordate per iscritto. 2. ORDINI Gli ordini acquisiti dalla nostra organizzazione di vendita sono soggetti all approvazione di Cipì srl 3. TRASPORTO La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente il quale, nel proprio nteresse, deve verificare, prima del ritiro, l integrità dei colli e la quantità della merce ricevuta. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere avanzati direttamente al vettore al momento della consegna, in caso di rotture non oltre 5 giorni dl ricevimento. 4. CONSEGNE La merce si intende resa franco nostro stabilimento di Bagnara di Romagna. I termini di consegna hanno carattere puramente indicativo e non hanno valore contrattuale. 5. PREZZI Tutti i prezzi indicati sono intendersi IVA ESCLUSA. Cipì srl si riserva la facoltà insindacabile di apportare variazioni ai prezzi di listino pubblicati nel caso in cui le componenti di costo dei singoli articoli lo rendessero necessario. 6. RESI E RECLAMI Eventuali contestazioni devono essere inviate per iscritto Cipì srl entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. La restituzione della merce deve essere preventivamente autorizzata da Cipì srl. La merce verrà accreditata al prezzo di acquisto decurtato del 15% per oneri amministrativi. 7. MISURE E COLORI Le indicazioni di misure,disegni e colori su qualsiasi pubblicazione CIPI srl sono da intendersi a puro titolo informativo e possono essere soggette a modifiche senza alcun preavviso. 8. PAGAMENTI I pagamenti devono essere effettuati a Cipì srl alla scadenza stabilita e per l importo pattuito. Il ritardo del pagamento delle fatture oltre i termini concordati dà luogo all immediata decorrenza degli interessi bancari e comporta la conseguente sospensione delle forniture. 9. PROPRIETA DELLA MERCE Cipì srl resta proprietaria della merce fino al completo pagamento della stessa da parte del cliente. 10. FORO COMPETENTE Per qualsiasi ed eventuale controversia si intende competente il Foro di Ravenna. 330

44 General condition of sale 1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES. The general selling conditions herein govern all Orders made with CIPI Ltd. These conditions together with the Purchaser Order constitute the entire contract between the Seller and the Purchaser for the supply of Products. No other terms and conditions will apply. The Contract cannot be varied unless the Seller agree to vary it in writing. 2. ORDERS The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any Order submitted by the Purchaser. 3. TRANSPORT The risk in and to the goods remain with the Purchaser solely and shall be carried at Purchaser risk. The Purchaser is responsible for checking the condition and quantity of Products delivered. Any claim must be immediately presented to the delivering carrier. Claims for damage must be presented within 5 days after receipt of the goods. 4. DELIVERY All transportation and other charges including freight charges for returned goods are for the account of Purchaser. Any timescales or dates indicated for delivery of Products are for guidance only and time for delivery will not be the essence in this Agreement. 5. PRICES The price payable for the products under these terms and conditions is exclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices for Products in this catalogue at any time to reflect increased costs. 6. RETURNS AND CLAIMS POLICY Any claim must be presented in writing and within 8 days from the date of delivery. In no event shall any goods be returned by Purchaser without the express written authorization of Seller. Goods are to be returned by Purchaser to CIPI plant in Bagnara di Romagna. Purchaser will be credited for the cost of the returned goods, less 15% of non-refundable administrative fee. 7. SIZE AND COLOURS Sizes, pictures, and colours of Products in any CIPI Ltd. publication are for guidance only, and the Seller reserves the right to change them at any time. 8. PAYMENTS In accordance with Seller s terms and deadlines, payments are due in full and within deadlines. f Purchaser fails to make payments on any agreement between Purchaser and Seller in accordance with Seller s terms and deadlines, Seller reserves the right to charge interest at the applicable rate charged by Seller bank, and to cancel the unshipped balance of any Order without any liability. 9. POSSESSORY LIEN ON GOODS Purchaser agrees that Seller shall have a possessory lien on goods until receipt of payment. 10. JURISDICTION ìeller and Purchaser agree to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian court of Ravenna. 331
