It's said it rises on the rest of a ancient chapel, dated back to 1600 belonged to a noble family that use to live in the main villa close by The property is detached, completely secluded. Two (automatic) gates open onto the parking on the backside of the house which consists of two large floors both overlooking the large lawn of the garden which from the house leads you to the pool. The restoration exalts wood beamed ceilings and terra-cotta tiled floors as the most important local tradition requires. Walls are stone and colored painted to give a happy, fresh and warm atmosphere. - GROUND FLOOR Entrance onto the living room furnished with a long table for 12 people, two sofas in front of the television and a fireplace. The living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. On this level, next to the kitchen there is a half bathroom (wc and sink - and washing machine). From here a stone staircase (16 steps) leads you to the night area on the first floor. - FIRST FLOOR:. Double bedroom (queen sized bed) with em-suite bathroom with shower enclosure. Single Bedroom. The villa comes with wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, Television, dvd player, music player 5 of the 6 bedrooms are air conditioned. About the GARDEN and POOL. The pool was built only two years ago. It is new, clean and very modern programs like jacuzzi relaxing area and swim upstream. It is lightened at night. Next to the pool you have a comfortable gazebo with sofa and chairs to get some shadow during the day and also to enjoy the colors of the moon during the night. The area around the pool is also protected by a edge and a gate... just in case your kids would be too young and too active! In the garden there is also a covered patio with barbecue and wood oven. About the LOCATION. The villa lies on the top of a hill in the south side of Lucca countryside. Only 5 km away from the motorway junction and 7 km.. maybe less... to the historic centre. The approaching road, despite of its nature of a countryside road with its turning and closings, is completely paved until the villa. The villa is very well set and it gets sun from sunrise to sunset You can take unforgettable walkings all around in the most tuscan vegetation olive oil trees in primis At the feet of

3 the hill, you find a tennis courts, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets.. everything you need to have a very pleasant time. Please read with attention: The road to approach is a countryside road. In this part of Tuscany, countryside road means that from the main street you take a small road.. which normally in its last couple of miles is uphill, windy, and with some turnings and closings. So, to visitors and those not familiar with this kind of roads, it is always recommended not to hire enormous large vans. Everything can be easily checked using google maps and street view with the name Lucca, Via di Vicopelago, Pozzuolo.
