3 ZIENDA Fondata nel 1992 la Italmix s.r.l è da sempre conosciuta per lo stile e l alta qualità dei propri prodotti. Azienda dinamica forte di una giovane Direzione con collaboratori esperti e motivati ha creato una adeguata struttura che rispondesse alle necessità di produzione. La continua evoluzione ha portato la nostra azienda a controllare e gestire attentamente il completo ciclo di produzione portando l intera produzione ai massimi livelli qualitativi utilizzando materiali e componenti di alta qualità e moderne tecnologie di produzione. Una rigorosa verifica di ogni singolo processo produttivo assicura che tutta la produzione mantenga gli elevati standard qualitativi imposti creando un prodotto altamente affidabile, rispettoso delle normative di riferimento, di assoluto livello qualitativo e con un occhio di riguardo all impatto ecologico. La progettazione utilizza sistemi CAD per progettare ogni singolo componente di rubinetto da noi prodotto. Il personale tecnico interno collabora con designer esterni curando fin dall idea iniziale ogni articolo. L alta precisione meccanica definita in progettazione permette assemblaggi perfetti ed alta affidabilità nel tempo. Fornitori esterni selezionati realizzano componenti e lavorazioni seguendo le nostre severe specifiche tecniche. Il reparto di torneria effettua le lavorazioni meccaniche di alta precisione utilizzando macchinari altamente avanzati che permettono di mantenere tolleranze centesimali ed eseguire complesse lavorazioni a controllo numerico. Le operazioni di finitura superficiale della nostra rubinetteria prevedono smerigliatura, lucidatura, ravvivatura e molti trattamenti affidati a personale altamente qualificato e di comprovata esperienza. Le finiture realizzate (cromature, dorature e finiture anticate anche in versione satinata, ecc.) coprono 2

4 qualsiasi esigenza della ns. Clientela e sono realizzate esclusivamente secondo le normative europee donando ad ogni articolo una maggiore resistenza all usura garantita nel tempo. Italmix utilizza soltanto materie prime di alta qualità e realizzate secondo le normative di riferimento, le trasforma in fonderie italiane che utilizzano le più adeguate tipologie ed ottiene prodotti ancora grezzi realizzati su specifica tecnica e con l uso di proprie attrezzature tecnologiche. Le lavorazioni meccaniche eseguite sulla rubinetteria e relativa componentistica sono eseguite con estrema cura da impianti di ultima generazione per realizzare dettagli di assoluta precisione. La pulitura (macchina pulitura) realizzata automaticamente e manualmente (per le rifiniture) porta alla definitiva forma di ogni componente della rubinetteria. La cromatura realizzata a spessore secondo le normative europee, dà ai nostri articoli la lucentezza e la brillantezza che contraddistingue i nostri prodotti. Altre finiture sono realizzate galvanicamente o attraverso impianti di verniciatura semiautomatici per una migliore finitura. L assemblaggio e le prove di tenuta vengono realizzate ad aria con macchine automatiche che eseguono anche le prove di tenuta delle camere interne dei miscelatori. Le verifiche di ogni fase di produzione ed il controllo finale portano, solo se positivo, al confezionamento di ogni singolo articolo (e alla preparazione della spedizione), per raggiungervi nella loro forma migliore! 3

Our technical dept. uses CAD software to study each single component of our faucets. Tightened cooperation between designers and our technical dept. care each products since the draft. External selected suppliers produces components and workings following our rigid technical specification. High precision mechanical working made by advanced machineries permit to produce special aesthetical shapes when required by new trends. Many steps and phases are used to complete finishing of the surfaces on our faucets. Expert people supervising each phase. Our final surfaces treatment, made following the main European rules, cover all needs of our Clients and can guarantee the best hardness. Automatic assembly and testing on 100% of our production means perfect functioning and total absence of defects on surfaces. Maximum care in packaging and delievery will per- 4

Italmix is using just prime raw material made following European rules and regulations, transformed by Italian companies specialised into die-casting that use only latest technologies to have raw components following our strict technical requirements. Mechanical works on our faucets and all components are made with extreme care having high definition details. Polishing processes are done by automatic machineries and manually to reach definitive shape. Thickness of chrome plating is realised to match European Standards and gives to our products a particular brightness well recognized. Other painted finishes or galvanic treatments are available too. Assembly and air tested by automatic computerised machines are testing each separated chamber inside the taps to grant a perfect held. 8 ICI REGOLAZIONE DELLA PORTATA: Ogni nostro miscelatore offre DI SERIE il sistema di regolazione portata. 10 RT TECNOLOGIA ECOLOGICA DEI NOSTRI MISCELATORI ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY INTO OUR WASH BASIN MIXERS Con la tecnologia Fresh Start, quando la maniglia viene posizionata al centro scorre solo acqua fredda. Mentre nei miscelatori standard, con la maniglia in posizione centrale, si attivano immediatamente i riscaldatori dell acqua o la pompa di circolazione, nei miscelatori Fresh Start le tubazioni non vengono inu- spostando la leva a sinistra. Potete decidere personalmente quale temperatura impostare. Il movimento della leva verso destra è bloccato. Quindi Fresh Start permette di ridurre il fabbisogno di energia e di conseguenza anche le emissioni di CO 2. In questo modo la più recente tecnologia preserva l ambiente e automaticamente anche il portafoglio. L innovativa ergonomia di comando (la leva per l ac- una nuova tendenza. MISCELATORI CON FUNZIONI RISPARMIO La cartuccia a tecnologia Fresh Start è disponibile sui miscelatori delle serie Trend, Trend 2, Quadrus, Web (codice aggiuntivo F, esempio: TD 0200F CR - prezzo a richiesta). Fresh Start technology means that only cold water will flow out when set to the middle position. Whereas in standard mixers the continous flow heaters or circulation pump start up immediately when in the middle position, in Fresh Start mixers the piping system does not fill up unnecessarily with hot water. When you move the lever to the left, hot water is added. You decide how high the temperature needs to be. It is not possible to move the lever to the right. Fresh Start reduces energy consumption, and therefore CO 2 emissions too. This means that our latest technology automatically reduces the burden on both the environment and your wallet. The innovative user ergonomics (the lever for the hot water can only be moved to the left) mark a new trend. 288 CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE: 1) L invio da parte del Cliente di un ordine alla ns. Società comporta l applicazione delle presenti condizioni generali di vendita. La ns. Società si riserva il diritto di accettare o rifiutare l ordine ricevuto. 2) Il presente listino annulla e sostituisce tutti i precedenti. I prezzi s intendono I.V.A. esclusa e per merce franco ns. stabilimento ed imballo al costo. 3) I termini di consegna si intendono approssimativi e non impegnativi. La mancata osservanza da parte nostra dei termini di consegna indicati non dà diritto al Cliente di annullare l ordine, differire i pagamenti o reclamizzare indennizzi, compensi, penali o danni di sorta. Le forniture possono avvenire anche in più consegne. 4) Pur seguendo le istruzioni del Cliente è facoltà della ns. Società scegliere il mezzo di trasporto più idoneo e disponibile al momento. La verifica della merce deve essere eseguita dal Cliente contestualmente alla consegna ed ogni reclamo in merito sarà preso in considerazione solo se fatto a mezzo lettera raccomandata, fax o entro 8gg. dalla data di ricevimento della merce. 5) Sono validi e liberatori solamente i pagamenti eseguiti direttamente presso la ns. sede nei termini pattuiti, salvo accordi speciali di pagamenti a termine. In caso di ritardato pagamento ci riterremo autorizzati ad addebitare gli interessi al tasso bancario corrente. Detti interessi dovranno decorrere dal giorno successivo alla scadenza. Rimane ns. facoltà emettere tratte a vista a copertura delle fatture non pagate. Saranno a carico del Cliente tutte le spese relative. Ci riserviamo infine di sospendere le consegne od annullare ordini già accettati qualora i pagamenti non siano effettuati nei termini convenuti. Gli agenti ed i rappresentanti non sono autorizzati a riscuotere crediti salvo esplicita autorizzazione scritta della ns. Società. 6) Tutti i ns. prodotti sono controllati prima di essere posti in vendita. La ns. Società garantisce la conformità del prodotto fornito; con il termine di conformità del prodotto si intende la corrispondenza dello stesso che è esente da vizi che potrebbero impedirne il funzionamento e l uso cui è destinato. La garanzia ha durata di 10 anni (sulla rubinetteria sanitaria miscelatori e a vitoni) di 2 anni sui miscelatori termostatici e di 2 anni sugli elettronici della serie Futura, a partire dalla data di acquisto del primo acquirente (e non è rinnovabile), ha validità per: - difetti di fusione o porosità - difetti di cromatura (solo se non dovuti a urti, abrasivi, detersivi ed acidi utilizzati per la pulizia che, invece, deve avvenire solo con acqua ed un panno morbido). - difetti delle cartucce dei miscelatori (previa verifica della qualità dell acqua utilizzata che non presenti residui ed impurità di qualsiasi natura). La garanzia ha durata di 1 anno per gli O-rings e le guarnizioni, le doccette, i saliscendi ed i soffioni. La garanzia decade se non sono installati opportuni rubinetti sottolavabo con filtro e in caso di erronea installazione. La garanzia non comprende: - Le parti di prodotto (od articoli) che per loro natura soggette ad usura rapida e continua; la garanzia, comunque, decade quando si verifica l errata installazione, per l errato uso cui è destinato e per riparazioni effettuate in maniera non idonea e senza preventiva autorizzazione scritta della ns. Società (ad esempio, i flessibili doccia non sono coperti da garanzia per danni dovuti a stiramento, eccessiva torsione e annodatura). - Trattamenti superficiali diversi dalla cromatura (la loro durata, infatti, è subordinata alla cura e delicatezza d uso da parte dell utente). La garanzia si limita alla sola riparazione o sostituzione del prodotto pervenuto presso il nostro stabilimento in porto franco senza altri indennizzi per spese, danni e riparazioni. Il materiale risultato difettoso verrà sostituito solo nel caso in cui le seguenti condizioni siano soddisfatte: - Sia stata chiesta la preventiva autorizzazione a rendere il materiale al ns. ufficio vendite. - Sia specificata la motivazione del reso. - che il materiale sia adeguatamente protetto nel relativo imballo al fine di evitare danneggiamenti durante il trasporto. - Che il materiale sia accompagnato da regolare bolla di reso riportante il codice/articolo e finitura con tutti i dati relativi alla bolla di consegna. 7) Le illustrazioni di ns. cataloghi, depliants e brochure, hanno il solo scopo di dimostrare e rappresentare i singoli articoli e non costituiscono obbligo di fedele riproduzione; dimensioni, pesi e misure non sono vincolanti. Inoltre la ns. Società si riserva il diritto di apportare in qualsiasi momento tutte le modifiche che ritiene indispensabili al fine di migliorare la produzione. Con il conferimento dell ordine, il Cliente, accetta le presenti condizioni generali di vendita. 8) La merce consegnata rimane di ns. propietà sino al completo pagamento. 9) Per tutto ciò non previsto dalle presenti condizioni di vendita si fa riferimento alle norme del Codice Civile Italiano. Ogni controversia verrà determinata all autorità giudiziaria Italiana competente per territorio. 1) The following conditions of sales will be applicable to all orders placed by the Client Our Company reserves the right to refuse or accept orders received. 2) The price-list replaces all the previous editions. The prices indicated in the price-list do not include I.V.A. (value add tax) and are to be understood as ex-works, packing included. 3) The delivery dates are to be considered approximate and non-binding. Non compliance with delivery dates on the part of our Company does not give the Purchaser the right to cancel the order, delay payment or claim compensation or indemnification or damages of any kind. A shipment could be effected in more than one delivery. 4) Whilst our aim is to follow the instructions of the Client, it is within the power of our Company to select the most suitable means of transport available at the time. The Client must open and inspect the goods immediately on delivery. Claims must be made by registered letter, fax or within 8 days of receipt of the goods. 5) All payments should be made directly to our office in accordance with the agreed terms unless otherwise specified. In the case of delayed payment we retain the right to debit interest at the current rate applicable commencing on the day after the due date. We retain the option to issue part payment rates to cover outstanding amount, all costs incurred being the responsability of the Client. We reserve the right to suspend the delivery or cancel the order if the payment is not received according to the agreed terms. Agents and rapresentatives have no authority to cash credit unless explicitly authorized by our Company. 6) All our products are carefully checked before offered for sale. Our Company guarantees compliance of the products supplied without defects which might impede their function or their intended usage. The guarantee is valid for 10 years (valid for ceramic cartridges mixers and screwdrivers taps) for 2 years (valid for thermostatic mixers and for 2 years too (for electronic mixers from range Futura) from the date of purchase by the first buyer and is not renewable, but is valid for: - Casting and porosity faults - Chromium plating (exclusively when not due to knocks, cleaning detersives, abrasives or acids) - Cleaning should be carried out with water and a soft cloth. - Mixer unit faults (against verification of the water quality, i.e. residues and impurities of any kind) The guarantee has a validity of 1 year for the o-rings, gaskets, hand-showers, sliding bars and shower heads. The guarantee is not valid if our faucets are installed without filter valve stop cocks and in case of wrong installation. The guarantee does not cover: - Those parts of the product (or item) which due to their nature are subject to frequent and continuous wear (for example, the flexible shower tube is not covered by guarantee for damages due to excessive torsion, stretching or knotting) - Faults due to incorrect installation or inadequate repairs without the written authorization of our Company. - Surface finishing other than chromium plating (the durability of the finish is subject to the care taken by the Customer) The guarantee is only valid for the repair and replacement of original parts from our factory without costs, damages and compensation. The faulty material will only be replaced under the following conditions: - Prior authorization has been obtained by our sales office - The reason for return has been specified - The product has been protected by suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation - The goods are accopanied by a letter listing the article number, description etc. with all relevant duties paid. 7) The images in our catalogues and brochures are purely for illustrative purposes and may not accurately represent the final product (dimensions, weights and other details are subject to change). Our Company reserves the right to introduce modifications at any time is considered necessary for the improvement of production. By placing order, the Client accepts these general conditions of sale. Disagreement of any kind does not permit the postponement or suspension of payment. 8) The goods delivered remain property of our Company until the final payment is received. 9) Reference shall be made to the civil code for whatsoever not provided in these conditions. In case of dispute, only decision of the territorial judicial authority is valid via our Company s legal advisor.
