2 ANTICA RESIDENZA GIOVI 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Furnished and Private Garden This is a lovely house with garden located within Lucca's Walls. it has been recently restored and newly furnished. It is a very typical town house where the owner spent several years of his youth.. Now he lives in another area and decided to renovate it and share it with people wishing to discover Lucca and its beauty. The long and radical renovation has preserved and exalted all the main features of our style like the original lucchesi floors and the wood beamed ceilings. Also the stone sink in the kitchen and the stone staircase iare original from the beginning of the last century. This is what you call 'la casa della nonna' with the day area on the ground floor open onto the courtyard where to spend time together listening to the grandma's tales.. then you go upstairs to the sleeping quarters. In total the house consists of three floors. - GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, living room open onto the garden, dining room and kitchen open onto the garden. The small garden is furnished with table and chairs so you can relax and dine "al fresco" - FIRST FLOOR: Upstairs, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the bedrooms are double. One of the bedrooms has bathroom en-suite with shower enclosure. The other two double bedrooms share another bathroom with shower enclosure. SECOND FLOOR - Upstairs to the second, attic floor, there is a large space furnished with another double bedroom with bathroom en-suite with shower enclosure. The house comes washing machine, dishwasher and wifi. All the 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. ABOUT the LOCATION. The house is located in the east side of the town very close the parking on payment and also the free parking outside the city's walls. San Francesco Square with its beautiful Church and Chiostro just restored to a very high standard is few steps away... you cannot miss a visit! In Piazza san Francesco and its nearby you also find groceries and good Pizza. At the end of your street you find the access to the city's walls and the weekly market every wednesday and every saturday morning. Train station is 10/15 minutes walking away... Parking - very easy to park in this area. you can even drive up to the front-door to drop your luggage off. Then, parking on payment is just round the corner and the free parking is 10 minutes walking away Rental Price per Week Euros p/w. Laundry/ Final Cleaning Fee p/w. Utilities Fee p/w. The Weekly Rate ( 1850 plus City's Tax) includes the rent of the property, utilities, wifi and agency's commission.. City Tax (4,5 euros a person > 14 yo a STAY not per day ) Payment Details: Deposit 15% upon booking. Balance Upon Arrival. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Self Catering Property: No Staff, No Maid, no Breakfast nor Meals, No Hotel-Services. No Cleaning included during the Stay. No daily stays: minimum a week.
