They will host you with extreme elegance and taste. They are very friendly and hospitable. Recently restored and stylish furnished with extreme taste. It is bright and charming. Everything has been provided to ley you have the most pleasant stay. It consist of three stores.. GROUND FLOOR: You get into the day area composed of two rooms: the full-equipped kitchen with the dining table and the sitting room with two big armchairs. Both the two day rooms are open onto the garden and the patio. Fom here a spiral staircase leads you upstairs to the. FIRST FLOOR: the bedroom where a queen sized bed and a big window which offers you a wonderful view. From the bedroom another spiral staircase leads you up to the. SECOND FLOOR where is the bathroom (with shower enclosure). The view from the small window in the bathroom is soo suggestive. The sophisticated taste of Giovanna, the owner, makes this house so lovely and comfortable. The house is provided with dishwasher and washing machine. Also a good wifi signal. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs. Parasol. Dining here at the sunset will be unforgettable. The house is VERY price despot of the fact that The owners live on the same estate in the main villa. they are very nice and friendly but you can even never meet them On the other side of the property another small house for two can be rented. Both the houses have their own private external space and there is no introspection. They are completely separated. They both have their full privacy. The owners share with their guests their garden, Their orto with fresh vegetables and fruits, their offside pool (very large 7m *3,5) You can walk all around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal... About the Location. the house is located at San Quirico di Moriano. Only 6/7 km north of Lucca's Walls. That's really a suggestive landscape.. out of time I was born here, in this area so called Morianese.. and I can assure you that I haven t found something like this area all over Italy yet!.. It is near everything yet far from noises and and traffic.. it is really peaceful and relaxing here. In less than 10 minutes you can drive to everything you may need: Lucca's walls, market, supermarket, churches, museums, historic sites.. shops and stores Not only: your can walk to a restaurant in less than 10 minutes. If you like walking that s the perfect place to walk around in a unforgettable countryside. Bring your walking shoes. Lucca is 10 minutes driving. The village of Ponte a Moriano is also only less than 10 minutes away. In Ponte a Moriano you will find the most BUONO gelato you have ever tried! but you can also find Pizzeria.. cafe groceries...
