Tra i tanti esercizi sentiti inventati e provati nel tempo qui ho raccolto quelli che che si sono rivelati i più efficaci e che mi hanno accompagnato in questi anni.

C'è sempre qualcosa da imparare. Tra i tanti esercizi sentiti inventati e provati nel tempo qui ho raccolto quelli che che si sono rivelati i più efficaci e che mi hanno accompagnato in questi anni. La loro scelta e le loro strutture sono il frutto di una lunga sperimentazione. Among the exercices I have ever heard invented and tried out over time I have put together those hich I have found most efficient and hich have accompanied me all these years. The choice and structure of the exercices are the results of a long experimentation. 3

3 Penso che un riscaldamento fatto con metodo abbia diversi vantaggi: 1 - n giusto equilibrio nella scelta degli esercizi con i quali si inizia la giornata permette di essere pronti nel modo migliore per quello che si deve fare; 2 - La ripetizione di esercizi già noti può essere un modo di verificare subito lo stato di forma in cui uno si trova; 3 - Superando la distrazione si può usare il riscaldamento come mezzo per un graduale ma costante miglioramento. ******* I think there are several advantages to doing a methodical arm-up: 1 - A good ay to start the day is ith a good arm-up. 2 - By doing the same arm-up everyday it is easier to immediately verify hat condition you are in. 3 - If done hile concentrating the arm-up can be used as a tool for gradual but constant improvement. 4
