Two windows facing south get a lot of light and a suggestive view. The night area comes with a double bedroom with a queen sized bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Bedrooms share a bathroom with shower enclosure (glass door). There is also an utility small room with washing-machine. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and comes also with wifi, dish-washer, and safe. The Unit 10 is just perfect for a family of 4, parents and two kids.. or also for two couples of close friends travelling together.. and even for a only one couple who wish to have the comfort of an extra bedroom. I can imagine here very comfortable someone who is studying Italian or a writer who need peace and a quiet place to write his own book.. or even a deeply reader.. Also, considering the perfect location, I am ready to suggest the place to a dynamic group of friends who wish to explore and discover Lucca and the surround area. About the LOCATION The building is located in Via Pelleria at number 25 (venticinque).. west side end of Lucca historic centre. Quiet area, far enough from crowds and stores to avoid daily life noises and at the same time only few steps from everything. Groceries, cafès, bars, restaurants and all the major historic sites everything is only few steps away from the front door. The access to the promenade of the city's walls is just at the end of the street Beyond, you have the possibility of driving up here to the front door to unload luggage. Then, the closest parking is outside the city s wall but only ver few minutes walking.. Bus Station is 5 minutes walking. Train station is 15 minutes walking away. Info office is 5 minutes walking.. About the BUILDING 25 - Venticique is the name of a just restored the building dated back to 1630 as the inscription MDCXXX still visible on the external facade still attests. The entrance of the building is large, clean and opens onto a (private) garden.
