Contest Dal 6 dicembre 2013 al 13 gennaio 2014 Fix Design S.r.l. sarà la società promotrice del concorso a Premi A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN. Potrai partecipare al concorso iscrivendoti e condividendo la tua wishlist nello shop on-line Fixdesign shop.fixdesign. it/it all interno del format di iscrizione relativo al concorso e potrai vincere una serata indimenticabile nella città di Milano nella cornice dello splendido Hotel Principe di Savoia in compagnia di uno stylist di Fixdesign e di una make up artist. Tempistiche: venerdì 6 dicembre 2013 ore 9.00 - inizio concorso lunedì 13 gennaio 2014 ore 18.00 - chiusura concorso mercoledì 15 gennaio 2014 - estrazione di un vincitore e pubblicazione vincitore Consegna premio La giornata A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN sarà sabato 18 gennaio a Milano Come partecipo all iniziativa? Iscrivendoti al concorso A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN nello shop on line fixdesign shop.fixdesign.it/it e condividendo la wishlist. L utente prima deve iscriversi, poi selezionare una delle 4 wishlist proposte da Fixdesign e condividerla sulla propria pagina di Facebook e successivamente cliccare il tasto partecipa. L utente dovrà essere iscritto a Facebook ed avere un profilo per poter partecipare. Pubblicità Il Concorso, le sue modalità di svolgimento, unitamente al presente Regolamento ed alle informazioni relative al trattamento dei dato personali saranno resi noti e pubblicati sul Sito per tutta la durata e sino alla conclusione del Concorso. Il Concorso sarà pubblicizzato Online su: _ sul sito www.fixdesign.it _ sullo shop online fixdesign shop.fixdesign.it _ sulla pagina facebook fixdesign Chi può partecipare? Tutte le donne maggiorenni con un età compresa tra i 18 e i 40 anni. Hanno diritto a partecipare persone (fisiche) maggiorenni e con piena capacità giuridica. Come viene scelta la vincitrice? La scelta da parte di Fix Design S.r.l. avverrà, del tutto casualmente, attraverso un apposito sistema informatico basato su algoritmi statistici casuali che sceglierà il vincitore tra coloro che si saranno iscritti all iniziativa A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN ed avranno inserito tutte le informazioni personali richieste per la partecipazione al concorso. Durante l estrazione sarà presente un funzionario camerale che asseveri la correttezza e l affidabilità dell estrazione. In
sede di estrazione verrà estratto n. 1 vincitore e n. 8 riserve da utilizzare solo nel caso in cui il premio non sia assegnato o non venga richiesto dai primi e che le riserve saranno contattate seguendo l ordine di estrazione. Quando saprò se ho vinto? Mercoledì 15 gennaio 2014 sulla pagina ufficiale di facebook di Fix Design, sul sito internet e sul nostro shop online sarà comunicato il nome del vincitore. Cosa vincono? La vincitrice vincerà una serata indimenticabile nella città di Milano (il giorno 18 gennaio) durante la quale le verrà regalato: 1 - Un look Fixdesign della Collezione Primavera/Estate 2014 scelto insieme agli stylist di Fixdesign comprensivo di: abito, scarpe, cappotto e borsa. 2 un appuntamento con la nostra make up artist x trucco/parrucco 3- una cena per due persone presso il ristorante Acanto di Milano all interno dell Hotel Principe di Savoia. 4 - un pernottamento per due persone presso l hotel Principe di Savoia di Milano La vincitrice avrà a disposizione un autista che l accompagnerà ai vari appuntamenti. Il Viaggio per raggiungere la città di Milano è a carico del vincitore. Nel caso in cui ne la vincitrice ne le riserve ritireranno il premio verrà devoluta una soma corrispondente al valore del premio che possono risultare utili all UNICEF - Comitato Italiano per l UNICEF onlus, Via Palestro 68, 00185 Roma, Numero Verde 800-745.000 Cod. Fis. 015619 205 86 Come faccio a sapere se ho vinto? La vincitrice sarà contattata da Fix Design S.r.l. all indirizzo e-mail indicato nel format di iscrizione entro il 15 gennaio 2014 e e dovrà rispondere a tale e-mail manifestando la volontà di accettare espressamente il premio e le condizioni espresse nel regolamento allegando copia del proprio documento d identità. Quando sarà la serata? La serata sarà il giorno SABATO 18 gennaio 2014. Dove sarà? A Milano. E solo per una persona il premio? Si, ma la vincitrice potrà portare un accompagnatore e condividere con lui/lei la cena e la notte in hotel. Il viaggio per Milano è a carico del vincitore? Si, è a carico del vincitore. Qual è il programma della giornata? 1- una volta arrivata a Milano la vincitrice sarà accompagnata dal nostro autista in hotel Principe di Savoia 2- verso le 14.00 l autista accompagnerà la vincitrice dal nostro make up artist 3- verso le 17.00 l autista accompagnerò la vincitrice nel nostro negozio Fixdesign di via fiori chiari dove i due stylist di fixdesign l aspetteranno per creargli l outfit per la serata 4- Verso le 21.00 l autista accompagnerà la vincitrice all hotel Principe di Savoia per una cena presso il ristorante Acanto 5- Una camera all hotel Principe di Savoia l accoglierà per la notte Il tutto verrà ripreso e documentato da un operatore video che nei giorni successivi monterà un
video che sarà poi veicolato sui canali media Fixdesign. La vincitrice dovrà rilasciare i diritti di utilizzo di immagine a Fixdesign per la divulgazione del video. Riserve e limiti Eventuali abusi e/o frodi (a mero titolo di esempio e senza presunzione di esaustività: utilizzo di falsa identità) comporteranno l immediata squalifica del concorrente e/o la perdita del premio assegnato. Rimarrà impregiudicato il diritto di Fix Design S.r.l. di agire, anche con finalità risarcitorie, per la migliore tutela dei propri diritti, ferma restando l esclusiva responsabilità in capo al concorrente per eventuali danni arrecati a terzi. Register to the contest by filling in the A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN form on the Fixdesign on line shop shop.fixdesign.it/it and sharing your wishlist. Users should register and select one of the 4 available wishlists by Fixdesign, share it on their Facebook page and then click the join the contest button. The participant should be a Facebook user and have a profile.
Publicity The contest and its operation with these rules and any personal data handling information shall be made of public domain and published in the website for the whole duration of the contest. All women whose age ranges from 18 to 40 years. Any individual of age and fully capacitated is entitled to participate. Winner selection Fix Design S.r.l. will choose randomly through a dedicated electronic system including random statistical algorithms to select the winners among those users who registered for the contest A SPECIAL NIGHT WITH FIXDESIGN and provided all the required information. A representative of the Chamber of Commerce shall be present at the selection to confirm fully compliance with correct and fair procedures. The draw shall provide 1 winner and 8 substitutes to be used according to the drawing sequence and only if the prize is not awarded nor claimed. When will the winner s name be published? The winner s name shall be published on Wednesday 15 January 2014 on the official Facebook page of Fix Design, on the website and on our on line shop. Prize The winner shall be entitled to spend an unforgettable evening in Milan (on 18 January) and shall receive: 1 - a Fixdesign look from the S/S 2014 Collection to be selected with the help of Fixdesign stylists and including: dress, shoes, coat and bag. 2 - an appointment with our make-up artist for making up and hairdressing 3 - a dinner for two at the Acanto restaurant in Milano within the Hotel Principe di Savoia. 4 - a night for two at the Hotel Principe di Savoia in Milan A chauffeur will be available to drive the winner to to each appointment. The winner shall bear the travel cost to reach Milan. Should the winner or the reserves not accept the prize, then the value correspondent to the goods shall be donated to UNICEF Italian Committee for UNICEF onlus, Via Palestro 68, 00185 Rome, Toll-free no. 800-745.000 - Taxpayer Code: 015619 205 86 How can I know if I won? Fix Design S.r.l. shall contact the winner by 15 January 2014 by sending a message to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. The winner shall be requested to respond and state her intention to accept the prize and the relevant conditions also providing a valid ID document. When shall the award ceremony take place? The award ceremony shall take place on SATURDAY 18 January 2014 in the evening. Where shall the award ceremony take place? The award ceremony shall take place in Milan. Is the prize intended for only one person? Yes. However, the winner can have a person accompanying her and share the dinner and the night at the hotel with him/her.
Is the travel cost to Milan upon the winner s charge? Yes, the winner shall pay the travel cost to Milan. What shall the day schedule be like? 1- once in Milano the winner shall be chauffeured to the hotel Principe di Savoia 2- at 14.00 the chauffeur shall drive to winner to our make-up artist 3- at 17.00 the chauffeur shall drive to winner to our Fixdesign store in Via Fiori Chiari where two fashion stylists will tailor the outfit for the evening 4- at 21.00 the chauffeur shall drive the winner to the Principe di Savoia hotel for a dinner at the Acanto restaurant 5- a room at the Hotel Principe di Savoia shall accommodate the winner for the night A videomaker shall film the entire event and edit the video in the following days to show it through Fixdesign media. The winner shall authorise Fixdesign to use the right of image and show the video. Reserves and limitations Any abuse and/or fraud (e.g. without limitation: false identity) shall entail disqualification of the contestant and/or loss of the award. Fix Design S.r.l. reserves the right to take any action, including requesting compensation for damages, to the best protection of its rights, being the contestant fully liable for any damages to third parties. Fix Design S.r.l. shall not be held liable howsoever for any error in the information provided by the contestants. Fix Design S.r.l. shall not be held liable howsoever for any prejudice arising from use of the products awarded as prize. Registration to the contest involves implicit approval of the above conditions and permission to Fix Design S.r.l. to use the name of the participants for advertising purposes with the mentioned methods. The participants personal information shall be handled as per applicable privacy and personal data processing laws. Fix Design S.r.l. reserves the right to change and/or stop and/or interrupt the contest for reasons of force majeure and/or anyway beyond reasonable control.
