Work-family balance and childcare in multicultural contexts, funded by of University of Turin and by the foundation Compagnia S.Paolo (within the framework of Progetti di Ricerca Ateneo 2011 ). The main aim of the project is to analyse social, cultural and institutional variations in the gendered policies and practices of parenthood. The research team is composed by 15 young researchers belonging to different Departments of the University of Turin and 3 foreign researchers belonging to the Universities of Madrid, Amsterdam and Stockholm. 2010- present Member of the Research group Transparent International Network TransParent (Transition to Parenthood) directed by Daniela Grunow (Amsterdam University), (http://www.transparent-project.com) 2008-2010 In the framework of the Network EQUALSOC she has participated to the European research project on Reconciliation of elderly care and paid work (Coordinator W.
