(*): Viene data la facoltà allo studente di sostituire l'idoneità di lingua inglese del I anno con l'idoneità di altra lingua U.E. purché, prima della prova finale, venga certificata la conoscenza dell'inglese tramite un esame linguistico da inserirsi quale libera scelta o un'idoneità da inserirsi al terzo anno in luogo del tirocinio. (**): Gli insegnamenti di Ragioneria generale ed applicata, Finanza aziendale ed Economia degli intermediari finanziari sono offerti per 9 cfu; qualora lo studente scegliesse di inserirli nella propria carriera, i 3 cfu in eccesso possono essere utilizzati per il raggiungimento dei 12 cfu dell esame a scelta libera. (***): Come esame a scelta libera, lo studente può inserire un qualunque insegnamento impartito in Ateneo purché coerente con il percorso formativo. Il Nucleo di Coordinamento del Corso di studio individuerà e renderà noto a mezzo web ed albo un nucleo di insegnamenti particolarmente coerenti con gli obiettivi formativi del corso di laurea che lo studente potrà inserire nel proprio piano di studi, con la garanzia di un approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Dipartimento. Resta ferma la possibilità da parte dello studente di effettuare scelte diverse che dovranno essere vagliate da parte dei nuclei di coordinamento dei corsi di studi, ai quali si consiglia di rivolgersi in via preliminare, prima dell inizio dei corsi. Non potranno essere inserite attività didattiche che prevedono, al termine della verifica, un giudizio di idoneità (p.e. le idoneità linguistiche, ivi compresa Business English), ma solo insegnamenti il cui esame finale matura un voto. Attività alternative allo stage Nel caso in cui non sia possibile svolgere l attività di stage, essa può essere sostituita da un attività di laboratorio se attivata o da una seconda idoneità linguistica.

In order to guarantee direct approval of study plans by the Department Council, the Degree Course Coordinator Board will identify and publish, either on the web and at the notice board, a group of courses, which are considered particularly consistent with formative goals. Provided that students may choose courses others than the suggested ones, these will have to be weight up by the different Degree Course Coordinator Boards. We advise students to address these Boards preliminarily, before courses start. Moreover it is not possible to choose as an
elective course any of the courses which in the end are not evaluated with marks, but only with the approved/not approved lettering (i.e. foreign language courses, as well as the Business English course). Foundation courses: The Accounting course is a foundation course, therefore students must sit for this exam before being allowed to sit for Business Management, Advanced Accounting and Financial Markets and Institutions The Macroeconomics and the Microeconomics courses are foundation courses, therefore students must sit for these exams before being allowed to sit for all other exams of the economic area. The Mathematics course is a foundation course, therefore students must sit for this exam before being allowed to sit for Financial Mathematics and Statistics. The Introduction to Italian Law course is a foundation course, therefore students must sit for this exam before being allowed to sit for Comparative Business Law and Insurance Law.
