In 1998 she obtained the Ph.D. in International Economic Law at the University of Bergamo (Italy), with a thesis on The World Trade Organization. Normative and Institutional Aspects (later published by CEDAM (Padua)). In 1999 she won a post-ph.d. grant at the University of Milan (Department of International Studies), under a research project on International Trade Relationships and Anti-trust Regulation, whose results were published in 2002. Researcher, and then Associate Professor, as from 2002, in International Law at the University in Milan (courses taught for the a.y. 2014-2015 at the Faculty of Political, Economic and Social Sciences: International Economic and Environmental Law, International Economic Law and International Law). Member of the faculty of: - Ph.D. School in Legal Studies (formerly named International Law and Economics) at the Bocconi University, in Milan (since 2002); courses taught: International Monetary and Financial Law (2012-) and Public International Law (2002-2012); since 2008, tutor of five Ph.D. candidates, having passed the final exam; - Master in Public Management at the Bocconi School of Management (2004-2006; course taught: International Institutional Law); - Postgraduate school in EC Law and Economics at the University of Milan (2001-2003; course taught: EC External Relations).
