HYDRAULIC CRAWLER DRILL The C3XP is the smallest multipurpose crawler rig among Casagrande drilling rig range. The machine has been engineered for foundation and consolidation works. The crawler rig is such small and easy-to-use that it can work in narrow working areas such as tunnels or inside buildings. The articulation is equipped with the Front The Wall (FTW) system for operating on perpendicular walls. Thanks to its versatility, the machine can perform micropiles, anchors drilling and jet grouting as well as soil investigations. The diesel engine follows the international standards for consumption and pollution reduction, which means being efficient in respect of environment. The diesel-powered engine is commanded by a PLC screen. The fuel consumption is optimized according to the current usage of the machine, so that diesel consumption may be lowered, too. The hydraulic system is full load sensing with electro-proportional control arrangement; a smart software allows the set-up to be personalized according to the project requirements. The new C3XP is a compact crawler drill rig, easy to truck and maneuver thanks to the ergonomic remote control and the handy console on board. La nuova C3XP è la perforatrice idraulica multifunzione più piccola della gamma XP. La macchina, grazie alle sue dimensioni ridotte e alla semplicità di manovra, può lavorare in spazi ristretti come all interno di gallerie o di edifici. L articolazione è dotata di snodo Front The Wall per lavorare perpendicolarmente alle pareti. La sua versatilità permette di eseguire micropali, ancoraggi, jet grouting e sondaggi geognostici, per i quali sono abbinate specifiche teste di perforazione. Il motore diesel, conforme agli standard internazionali per le emissioni inquinanti, garantisce ottime prestazioni nel rispetto dell ambiente. Un PLC gestisce il controllo della potenza del motore con taratura dinamica dell assorbimento, al fine di ottimizzare le prestazioni in base all effettivo utilizzo e ridurre i consumi di carburante. L impianto idraulico è di tipo full load sensing con sistema di controllo elettro-proporzionale; il set-up tramite software permette la semplice personalizzazione dei parametri di lavoro. La nuova perforatrice a marchio Casagrande è una macchina compatta, facile da trasportare e manovrare grazie all ergonomico radiocomando e alla pratica consolle di comando a bordo macchina. 2
