Le regate saranno disputate applicando: - il Regolamento di Regata ISAF 2013/2016; - il Regolamento della Classe Dinghy; - il presente Bando di Regata; - le Istruzioni di Regata, con ogni successiva modifica del Comitato di Regata e della Giuria, anche a modifica del Bando di Regata. 2.2. La regola di Classe 2.4.1 è modificata nel senso che le imbarcazioni stazzate prima del 31 dicembre 2008 possono applicare il numero velico e le lettere nazionali come consentito all'epoca della prima stazza. 2.3. In caso di conflitto tra lingue faranno fede i testi redatti in italiano. 3. PUBBLICITÀ 3.1. La pubblicità è limitata alla categoria A delle regole ISAF. 3.2. Alle imbarcazioni potrà essere richiesta l'esposizione di pubblicità, scelta e fornita dal Comitato Organizzatore. 4. IDONEITÀ ED ISCRIZIONI 4.1. La regata è aperta a tutte le imbarcazioni della Classe Dinghy 12', dotate di certificato di stazza emesso dall'aicd o, se straniere, dotate di documento equivalente. 4.2. Possono partecipare i concorrenti regolarmente tesserati con la Federazione Italiana Vela o con qualsiasi altra federazione velica nazionale riconosciuta dall'isaf. 4.3. Nel caso di equipaggio di due persone tutte le regate devono essere disputate in doppio. 4.4. Un membro di equipaggio deve aver compiuto 16 anni alla data della prima prova se regata in singolo; se minore di 16 anni dovrà regatare in doppio; in doppio con un maggiorenne se minore di anni 12. 4.5. L'armatore di una barca italiana e il suo timoniere devono essere tesserati AICD per l'anno in corso. 5. QUOTA DI ISCRIZIONE 5.1. Le quote di iscrizione sono: - 12' Dinghy World Cup 120,00 EURO - George Cockshott Trophy 20,00 EURO Iscrizioni tardive alla World Cup saranno accettate fino a 2 ore dalla partenza della prima prova con una maggiorazione di 50,00 EURO. 5.2. STAZZE 7.1. Ogni barca dovrà presentare un valido certificato di stazza. 7.2. Controlli di stazza potranno essere eseguiti in qualunque momento prima durante e dopo le regate. 8. ISTRUZIONI DI REGATA Le Istruzioni di Regata saranno disponibili presso la Segreteria Regate dopo il perfezionamento della registrazione.

9. LOCALITÀ Sarà prodotto l allegato A mostra le aree di ricovero delle imbarcazioni a terra e di regata in acqua. 10. PERCORSI I percorsi saranno a bastone e potranno essere usate boe di disimpegno e cancelli di poppa; per il Cockshott Trophy con partenza unica, per il 12' Dinghy World Cup con partenze separate tra Classici e Moderni. 11. SISTEMI DI PENALIZZAZIONE 11.1. La regola 44.1 è modificata nel senso che la penalità di due giri è sostituita dalla penalità di un giro. 11.2. Le decisioni della Giuria non saranno appellabili come previsto dalla regola 70.5. 12. PUNTEGGIO 12.1. Sono previste un massimo di regate per: - Cockshott Trophy 3 regate - 12' Dinghy World Cup 7 regate 12.2. Il Cockshott Trophy sarà assegnato anche con una sola prova disputata. La 12' Dinghy World Cup sarà assegnata con almeno 3 prove valide. 12.3. Quando meno di 3 prove sono state completate, la serie dei punteggi di una barca sarà il totale dei punteggi delle sue prove. Quando 4 o più prove sono state completate, la serie dei punteggi di una barca sarà il totale dei punteggi delle sue prove con lo scarto del suo punteggio peggiore. 13. PREMI 13.1. Sono istituite le seguenti categorie: - imbarcazioni Dinghy 12 Classiche - imbarcazioni Dinghy 12 Moderne 13.2. In entrambe le categorie saranno premiati: - i primi cinque concorrenti overall - il primo concorrente femminile - il primo concorrente juniores - il primo concorrente master over 60 (Dinghy 12 Moderni) - il primo concorrente master over 65 (Dinghy 12 Classici) - il primo concorrente super master over 70 - il primo concorrente over 80 - premio The Legend - potranno essere premiate altre categorie di concorrenti a discrezione del Comitato Organizzatore 13.3. Saranno premiati i primi 5 concorrenti overall del Cockshott Trophy. La Premiazione avrà luogo domenica 14 luglio nel pomeriggio al termine delle regate, presso il Circolo Canottieri Napoli - Porticciolo Molosiglio - 80133 Napoli.

14. RESPONSABILITÀ I concorrenti, nel prendere parte alla regata accettano di uniformarsi alle RRS dell ISAF 2013/2016, al Bando ed alle Istruzioni di Regata, assumendosi ogni responsabilità sulla qualità delle proprie imbarcazioni, l attrezzatura e le dotazioni di sicurezza. I concorrenti si assumono tutte le responsabilità per tutti i danni causati a se stessi o a terzi, a terra o in mare, in conseguenza della loro partecipazione alla regata e manlevano da ogni responsabilità il Comitato Organizzatore, l Associazione di Classe e tutte le persone coinvolte nell Organizzazione. Iscrivendo una imbarcazione alla regata i concorrenti accettano di manlevare gli Organizzatori e gli Sponsor ed i loro rappresentanti da ogni responsabilità in caso di morte, lesioni dell equipaggio o di altri, di perdita o danneggiamento dell imbarcazione o di un qualsiasi altro bene. 15. ASSICURAZIONE Ogni barca concorrente sarà coperta da un assicurazione in corso di validità per responsabilità verso terzi di cui dovrà dare prova esibendo il relativo certificato. 16. The race will be governed by: - The Rules as defined in the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) - ISAF 2013/2016 - The Class Rules - This Notice of Race - Sailing Instructions and the modifications by RC and Jury, regarding also the Notice of Race. 2.2. The Class Rule 2.4.1 is modified in order to allow the boats measured before 31 December 2008 to display their Sailing Number and National Letter(s) conforming the rules in force at the time of their first measurement. 2.3. If there is a conflict between languages the Italian text will take precedence. 3. ADVERTISING 3.1 The ISAF Advertising Code will apply. Advertising will be restricted to Category A. 3.2 Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the Organizing Authority. 4. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY 4.1. The regatta is open to boats of the Dinghy 12' Class having a valid measurement certificate issued by AICD or, if not Italian, an equivalent document. 4.2. All competitors shall be members of Italian Sailing Federation or of any other ISAF member National Authority. 4.3. In case of a crew of two, all races shall be sailed with a crew of two. 4.4. In case of crew of one, this member must be 16 years old (before the first race); if younger must race in a crew of two; if younger than 12 years he must race in a crew with a member 18 years old. 4.5. The Owner and helmsman of an Italian boat must be member of AICD for 2013. 4.5. Late entries will be accepted until 2 hours before first start with a 50,00 EUR surcharge. 5. ENTRY FEE 5.1. MEASUREMENT 7.1. Each boat shall produce a valid measurement certificate. 7.2. The Organizers may measure or inspect any boat and its equipment and sails before, during or after the races. 8. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS The sailing instructions will be available at the Race Office after completing the registration. 9. VENUE

Attachment A will be supply soon. It will show the location of the regatta harbour and the racing areas. 10. THE COURSES The course to be sailed will be windward-leeward configuration. Spreader marks and leeward gates could be used. The start will be single for the Cockshott Trophy, for the World Cup will be separate between Classic and Modern Dinghies. 11. PENALTY SYSTEM 11.1. Rule 44.1 is changed so that the Two-Turns Penalty is replaced by One-Turn Penalty. 11.2. Decisons of the jury will be final as provided in the rule 70.5. 12. SCORING 12.1. Scheduled are: - Cockshott Trophy: 3 races. - 12' Dinghy World Cup: 7 races 12.2. The Cockshott Trophy will be awarded with one race completed. The World Cup will be awarded with a minimum of three valid races. 12.3 When 4 or more races have been completed, a boat s series score will be the total of her race scores, excluded the worst score. 13. PRIZES 13.1. Prizes will be awarded in two categories: - Classic built boats - Modern built boats. 13.2. In both categories prizes will be awarded to: - first 5 classified overall - first women - first juniores - first master over 60 (Dinghy 12 Modern) - first master over 65 (Dinghy 12 Classic) - first super master over 70 - first super master over 80 - prize The Legend Other prizes could be presented by the Organizing Committee 13.3. First 5 classified overall of Cockshott Trophy. Prizegiving Ceremony will take place on sunday afternoon after the races on sunday 14 July at Circolo Canottieri Napoli Porticciolo del Molosiglio Napoli. 14. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Competitors agree to be bound by the RRS 2013-2016, by the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions. Competitors shall take all responsability for the nautical quality of their boats, rigging and safety equipments. Competitors also agree to take any and all responsibility for damages caused to themselves or their belongings, ashore and at sea as a consequence of their participation in the regatta, relieving of any responsibility the Organizing Committee, the Class Association and all persons involved in the Organization. Entering a yacht each competitor agrees that the Organizing Committee,

the Sponsors and their agents have no responsibility for death or injury to crew members or third parties, or for the loss or damage to any vessel or property whatsoever. 15. INSURANCE Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance. Proof of insurance shall be provided upon registration. 16.
