Si caratterizza per la nuova carenatura in ABS disponibile in diversi nuovi colori e un frontale inedito che ha raccolto fin da subito il consenso del mercato. È disponibile in tre altezze lavanti (2.10 2.40 2.80 m), e pur essendo una macchina semplice, offre di serie una carpenteria solida, il semaforo e le spazzole verticali con i carrelli che garantiscono un mini-overlapping, la spazzolata davanti e dietro il veicolo. Dotato di tecnologia ASI, è fornito di un tastierino Magelis all interno della pulsantiera per la diagnostica e la ricerca guasti. Inoltre PREMIER è stato studiato per lavorare anche in self e con alta pressione: uno degli optional più interessanti di questo prodotto è rappresentato dall alta pressione rotante integrata nel lavaruote. Ha una lama di asciugatura (standard) che segue fedelmente il profilo dell auto su tutta la sua superficie e può essere dotato anche di asciugatura laterale (optional). EASYNESS AND PERFORMANCE PREMIER, the newest machine of LINEA SELF, has been studied especially for most demanding customers, for agency and emergent countries. It is equipped with a new ABS fairing, available in different colours and with a new design that has had immediately a great success in the car wash market. It is available in three washing heights (2.10 2.40 2.80 mt), and even if it is an easy machine, it offers a standard solid structure, traffic-light and vertical brushes with carriages that guarantee a mini-overlapping against front and back of the car. It is supplied with ASI technology and Magelis display positioned into the button panel for diagnostic and error research. PREMIER can work in self-service and with high pressure: one of the most interesting optional is represented by the rotating high pressure inside the wheel washer. It has a drying blade (standard) that follows the profile of cars and may have side drying system (optional).

Lavaruote Wheel-washer Inclinazione guidata Controlled inclination Alta pressione superiore Upper high pressure BOMBER DESIGN E INNOVAZIONE Bomber, la novità del mercato degli autolavaggi a spazzole, è un impianto che rappresenta la modernità per la sua costruzione, per il suo design e soprattutto per le sue funzioni. L accattivante e sobrio design è determinato dalla totale carenatura in ABS che copre una solida ed essenziale struttura in lamiera zincata e verniciata con alcuni elementi in acciaio inox. L estrema versatilità della struttura, che consente l allestimento di diversi modelli, è la conferma dell attualità di questo impianto, in considerazione anche della possibilità di installarlo in locali stretti grazie all apertura frontale degli sportelli. Nella prima versione base, le funzioni principali sono tutte pneumatiche mentre nella versione top le principali funzioni sono di tipo elettromeccaniche e idrauliche. I diversi modelli consentono la scelta delle diverse spazzole: tradizionali, contour, carlite e di molteplici optional. DESIGN AND INNOVATION Bomber, the great novelty among the brushes car washes, represents modernity for its working, its design and, above all, its functions. The eye-catching and sober design has been given by the total ABS fairing which covers a strong and essencial galvanised and painted plates structure with some stainless steel elements. The excellent versatility of the structure, which allows to foresee different models confirm the up-to-dateness of this car washl, due also to the possibility to install it in narrow rooms, thanks to the frontal opening of the doors. In the basic version, the main movements are all pneumatic, whereas in the top version the functions are electromechanic and hydraulic. The different models allow to choose among the different brushes: traditional, contour, carlite and many optionals.

Infatti, grazie alla lama di asciugatura che precede la spazzola centrale, il THUNDER può eseguire in una sola corsa sia il prelavaggio automatico (Robot Wash) in alta pressione, che il lavaggio con le normali spazzole. E del tutto evidente che nel THUNDER la contemporaneità di queste due funzioni, unitamente alla velocità del ciclo di un asciugatura potenziata, garantisce, a parità di funzioni e risultato, un numero di lavaggi / ora decisamente superiori a quelli ottenibili con un normale portale, costretto ad eseguire due corse in più. Facendo la comparazione con il rapporto costo / resa, il THUNDER risulta addirittura più conveniente di un doppio portale DOUBLE SPEED WITH A SINGLE GANTRY The unquestionable specificity and uniqueness of this model, on the foreign and Italian markets for more than 10 years, is undoubtedly represented by its project. In fact, thanks to the drying blade preceeding the central brush, THUNDER can do in a unique run the high pressure automatic prewash (Robot Wash) and the traditional wash with brushes. Obviously, the contemporaneity of these two functions, together with the potentiated drying cycle speed, guarantees a number of washes per hour greater than that of any traditional gantry, which has to make two more runs. Making the comparison cost / result, THUNDER is even more convenient than a double gantry.
