Il valore del pannello in poliuretano espanso, è dato dall espanso rigido ad alto potere isolante a base di resine poliuretaniche, dalla sua reazione al fuoco, da un ottimo isolamento termico e dal basso impianto sull ambiente. The benefits of the panel in foam polyurethane are the result of the rigid foam with high insulating capacity made from polyurethane resins, of its reaction to fire, of an excellent thermal isolation and, all of these combined to a low environmental impact. 5 Le Certificazioni Certifications reazione al fuoco Pannelli System dispone delle certificazioni europee SBI secondo la normativa UNI EN :2009 per cui ai pannelli in poliuretano espanso (PUR) System PRT e System COP sono stati attribuiti vari livelli di certificazione di reazione al fuoco: Bs2d0 - Bs3d0. È stato raggiunto un importante risultato anche per i pannelli prodotti con schiuma poliuretanica PIR (Poliisocianurato), ottenendo la classificazione Bs2d0. Recentemente è stato ottenuto un altro importante risultato nel campo della reazione al fuoco con la Classificazione di reazione al fuoco Broof (T3) secondo il metodo della UNI EN : EN A1:2005. marcatura CE In riferimento alla norma EN 14509:2013, Pannelli System ha ottenuto il certificato di conformità CE n 0497/CPR/3349 per poter etichettare con il Marchio CE i materiali in poliuretano espanso denominati System PRT e System COP. resistenza al fuoco In riferimento alla norma UNI EN :2000, il pannello prodotto con schiuma poliuretanica PIR (Poliisocianurato) ha ottenuto una classificazione di resistenza al fuoco pari a 30 (EI 30). reaction to fire Pannelli System has obtained the European certifications SBI in compliance to the law UNI EN :2009, therefore the panels with PU foam core (PUR) System PRT and System COP have been assigned to different levels of certifications of reaction to fire: Bs2dO Bs3dO. An important result has been obtained also for the panels produced with PIR (polysocianurate) polyurethane foam, obtaining the classification Bs2dO. Recently another important result has been reached in the field of fire reaction, obtaining the classification to reaction to fire Broof (T3) in compliance to the method of UNI :2009 EN A1:2005.
