Quello dei tredici anni è un traguardo importante, accompagnato nel corso degli anni dal ricoscimento di numerose Società Scientifiche Naziali e Internaziali. Alcuni tra i migliori specialisti a livello mdiale, provenienti da una quarantina di nazii, so stati presenti a Cagliari in questi anni e hanno creato una rete di rapporti scientifici e umani che ci ha cambiato, migliorato e arricchito. Il significato del titolo del cvegno, Il potere dell epigenetica. Gemelli identici, ma diversi, rappresenta l evoluzie naturale del cvegno dell anno scorso centrato sulla Pediatria delle 10 P : persalizzata, prospettica, predittiva, preventiva, precisa, partecipata, pazientecentrica, psico-cognitiva, postgenomica, pubblica. Anche quest anno gli Atti del Workshop saranno pubblicati sul Journal of Pediatric and Neatal Individualized Medicine (JPNIM) che è stato indicizzato anche su SCOPUS. Negli anni precedenti, le riviste so state Medical and Surgical Pediatrics, Journal of Chemotherapy, Journal of Maternal Fetal Neatal Medicine, Clinica Chimica Acta e JPNIM. Nel corso degli anni il cvegno ha lasciato una traccia scientifica che ha ctribuito a una discussie vivace in un atmosfera sempre serena ed estremamente costruttiva. Per il meeting di quest anno è richiesto il patrocinio di: Società Italiana di Neatologia (SIN), Società Italiana di Pediatria (SIP), Società Italiana di Medicina Perinatale (SIMP), European Associati of Perinatal Medicine (EAPM), Uni of European Neatal and Perinatal Societies (UENPS), Internatial Federati of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC), Uni of Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean Pediatric Societies (UMEMPS). Oltre al tradiziale Workshop Neatale, quest anno ci so 6 satellite meetings che includo la 7a Internatial Cference Neatal and Pediatric Laboratory Medicine (da segnalare una sessie dedicata tutta ai gemelli, c i risultati dell ACTION FP7 Project il 4 Internatial Course Perinatal Pathology, la 12a edizie del Meeting infermieristico-neatologico Terra di Sardegna, il tradiziale Meeting della Società Italiana di Neatologia-Sezie Sardegna, e un Cvegno Naziale di Pediatria e Neatologia (c una sezie dedicata alla Low Dose Medicine). Il cvegno è dedicato a Neatologi, Pediatri, Ostetrici, Perinatologi, Anatomo-patologi, Laboratoristi, Cardiologi Pediatri, Infermieri e a tutti coloro che si interessano di neati. Grande attenzie è dedicata ai giovani: negli ultimi anni la discussie è stata ampliata dalla presentazie di numerosi poster seleziati per ogni cvegno e so stati distribuiti numerosi premi da 500 euro ciascuno per i migliori ctributi (quest anno saranno assegnati 5 premi). Vi aspettiamo a questo tradiziale appuntamento per discutere argomenti di attualità e per aggiornarci sulla ricerca e sulle novità cliniche in neatologia e pediatria. Dear Colleagues, We are pleased to invite you to the to be held in Cagliari, Italy. This follows the success of the previous editis which saw the overall presence of more than 8000 participants. Workshop 13 is an important mileste and is accompanied by recogniti by many natial and internatial scientific societies. Some of the world s most renowned specialists from about forty different natis have been present in Cagliari in these years. They have created a network of scientific and human relatis that have changed, improved and enriched us all. The title of the workshop The power of epigenetics. Twins, identical but different underscores this itinerary: a view towards the future of perinatology and pediatrics through debate and the ctributi of the Workshop, but above all the trajectory that assistance, research and teaching will follow in the coming years, in an integrated way with the medicine of the adult. Moreover it is the natural evoluti of the last year cgress entitled 10P Pediatrics : Persalized, Perspective, Predictive, Preventive, Precise, Participatory, Patient-centric, Psycho-cognitive, Postgenomic, Public. This year the proceedings of the Workshop will be published in the Journal of Pediatric and Neatal Individualized Medicine (JPNIM), which is now also indexed in Scopus. In past years the journals were Medical and Surgical Pediatrics, Journal of Chemotherapy, Journal of Maternal Fetal Neatal Medicine, Clinica Chimica Acta and JPNIM. Over the years, the Workshop has made its impressi science and has promoted a lively discussi in an always serene and extremely cstructive atmosphere. This year s meeting is organized requiring the patrage of the Italian Society of Neatology (SIN), the Italian Society of Pediatrics (SIP), the Italian Society of Perinatal Medicine (SIMP), the European Associati of Perinatal Medicine (EAPM), the Uni of European Neatal and Perinatal Societies (UENPS), the Internatial Federati of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC) and the Uni of Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean Pediatric Societies (UMEMPS). Besides the traditial appointment of the Internatial Workshop, there will be 6 satellite meetings, including the 7th Internatial Cference Neatal and Pediatric Laboratory Medicine (including a sessi twins, with the results of the ACTION FP7 Project the 4th Internatial Course Perinatal Pathology, the 12th editi of the Terra di Sardegna Meeting Neatological Nursing, the Sardinian Meeting of the Society of Neatology, and a Natial Meeting Pediatrics and Neatology (including a sessi Low Dose Medicine). The meeting is dedicated to neatologists, pediatricians, obstetricians, perinatologists, pathologists, laboratory researchers, pediatric cardiologists and all those who work with the newborns. Great attenti will be devoted to young specialists: in the last few years the events have been extended through presentati of numerous selected posters for each meeting and numerous prizes of 500 euros have been awarded for the best ctributis (this year we have 5 prizes). We look forward to welcoming you to this traditial appointment to discuss topics of the present and keep us up to date the latest results, both in research and clinical neatology and pediatrics.
