3 ANTINVECCHIAMENTO Liquid Solution 1 SI UTILIZZA SU LDPE - LLDPE A STAMPO O ROTAZIONALE Additivo Liquido Antinvecchiamento per Polietilene E' una soluzione stabile acquosa colloidale in forma amorfa che ha eccellenti proprietà temperatura ambiente. Si applica su tutti i manufatti base di Polietilene. Il prodotto ha una viscosità elevata che gli permette l'adesione sui materiali idrofobici. La sua proprietà principale è quella di generare idrofilia sul substrato quindi un effetto antifog ed anti invecchiamento. Questa caratteristica permette al materiale su cui applicato di trasformarsi in autopulente, resistente agli acidi e basici, protegge il manufatto dalle radiazioni UVA, decomporne molte sostanze organiche inquinanti e nero fumo che si depositano sulla superficie. Risultati sorprendenti sono stati ottenuti su arredi in polietilene per l'esterno. E' trasparente e crea un layer micrometrico. 11 TECHNICAL INFORMATION 1 Liquid Additive for PE-PP The Liquid Additive for PE PP It is a stable aqueous solution that has excellent properties even at environment temperature. Of this product exist two different formulations, the Additive for Nylon, suitable for Nylon and the Additive for PE and PP. We have doped the additive with a particular compound, no reactive, to increase the viscosity, the adherence and the anti-fogging effect. It has high adhesive features on the micro-porous surfaces. The solution after drying is transparent and micrometric. Applicability: 1) Spray coating with HVLP system 0,3mm nozzle, ) Dip coating (Not for all materials). Dosage: 0-30g./m Benefit: Hydrophilic layer, self-cleaning, antibacterial, V.O.C. decomposes, anti odour, anti-fog. Used for: Greenhouse, Woven Mesh, PE, PP, Nylon. Packaging: Minimum order 0 Kg. Has a very strong action to ammonia. It is insoluble to 99% approximately. The special additive in the master is activated by light, giving the final product the following properties: - Removing odors and gases - Reduction of bacteria present on the cloth, - Increase the durations of the polyamide. Dosage: Add it in mass, use the 5% of MB in your formula. (Reduce the dosage if you see color variations) Benefit: Increase the durations of the fibers, antibacterial protection, V.O.C. and ammonia decomposes, self-cleaning.
