Andrea Lepore, BORN IN NAPLES 01/22/77 CURRICULUM OF THE SCIENTIFIC AND TEACHING ACTIVITY TRAINING - On 29 March 2000, he graduated in Law at the University of Naples Federico II, with honors, with a thesis on Institutions of Roman Law entitled Il Dolo Processuale in Diritto Romano, supervised by Prof. Settimio Di Salvo. - On 31 October 2003, he specialized at the Specialization School for Legal Professions, Faculty of Law - University of Naples Federico II, with full marks. - He has been a member of the Bar of Naples from June On 29/04/2008, he received the title of PhD in Legal relations between EU standards, constitutional and internationalization of the market, at the University of Salerno. - From 1 November 2008, he has been an assistant professor for the scientific sector IUS-01 (Private Law) Second University of Naples - Department of Economics. - From 1 November 2014, he has been an associate professor for the scientific field-ius-01 (Private Law) in the Department of Economics - Second University of Naples. TEACHING ACTIVITY - Since May 2004 and as an expert on the subject since 2006, he has held seminars and tutors at the University of Salerno - Faculty of Economics in the departments of Private Law under Professors Daniela Valentino, Mariassunta Imbrenda, Marie Antoinette Urciuoli, Alessio Di Amato, Philip Maisto; professor of law of business contracts, Prof. Mariassunta Imbrenda; professor of Law Information and Network, Prof. Gianluigi Ciacci; as well as the departments of Commercial Law under Professors Daniela Valentino and Alessio Di Amato. Until July 2006, he worked in the department of Civil Law, Prof. Andrea Federico, in the Faculty of Law of the same University. He also collaborated with the professor of Information Law at the University of Sannio, Prof. Daniela Valentino. - From 10 September 2006 to 10 December 2006, he carried out studies and research as a visiting PhD student at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Institut für österreichisches und Internationales Steuerrecht, invited by Prof. Michael Lang. - He has held for the 2006/2007 academic year of supplementary teaching for the course of sports law at the University of Sannio, Faculty of Economics. - From 2007/08 to date, he has taught the course of Informatics Law at the University of Sannio, Faculty of Economics. - He taught a course in Sports Law in the Faculty of Political Studies and the European High Education and Mediterranean Jean Monnet of Second University of Naples for the academic year 2008/09. - From the academic year 2008/09 to-date, he has supervised the Master s Degree P.I.C.M. (Intellectual Property, Competition and Market), in the Faculty of Political Studies and the European High Education and Mediterranean Jean Monnet of Second University of Naples. - He is a member of the board of lecturers of the PhD Comparative Law and integration processes, Second University of Naples. - From the academic year 2009/10, he has taught the course in Sports Law in the Faculty of Economics of the Second University of Naples. - Since 15 May 2012, He has been a member of the Board of the CeRS (Research Centre on Sport) of the University of Parma. - In the academic year 2010/11, he taught the teaching module Corporate culture within the FIxO Program - Training and Innovation for Employment - sponsored by the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Security at the Second University of Naples, Faculty Studies of Economics.

2 - On 28 August 2012, he was appointed external evaluator, selected by the Area 12 of Evaluation Expert Group (GEV), for the peer review of research products through an assignment awarded by the National Agency for the University System of Evaluation and research (ANVUR). - From the academic year 2012/13, he has taught a course in Informatics Law in the Faculty of Economics of the Second University of Naples. - From the academic year 2012/13, he has taught the module in civil and Social Security liability (about Sport law) at the School of Specialization in Civil Law at the University of Camerino. - From the academic year 2014/15, he has taught the Private Law course, IV professorship in the Department of Economics of the Second University of Naples. - Since 2014, he has been a lecturer of the course for sports managers of the Regional Committee of Campania F.I.G.C. Lega Nazionale Dilettanti. - He was a Member of the Subcommittee VII attorney examinations in Court of Appeal of Naples. - In the academic year 2015/16, he has been teaching the module on Constitutional Civil Law, at the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions, University of Naples Parthenope. - In the academic year 2015/16, he is a lecturer of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution in the national and international level in the master s I level course in the Department of Economics of the Second University of Naples. - He has participated in many conferences of national and international level, including: - Study Seminar Interest and hermeneutics function Domenico Rubino organized by the Department Person, Market and Institutions of the University of Sannio, presenting a report entitled Sale of property to the body and to measure. - Conference The sale of package tours and damage ruined holiday.
