3 BREMA Creato nel 1969 da Bruno Gioli, il marchio BREMA nasce dall incontro tra la passione per il motociclismo fuoristrada e la necessità di trovare prodotti capaci di soddisfarlo. È stato il primo marchio a creare, nel mondo dell abbigliamento moto, uno stile essenziale e moderno. La sostituzione di materiali come la pelle ed il cotone ingrassato, permise la realizzazione di nuovi capi, soddisfacendo così le nuove esigenze tecniche degli appassionati. Già nel 1970 BREMA capì il valore della traspirazione del tessuto e realizzò delle giacche in una combinazione di cotone e poliestere, abbinando così la traspirazione all alta resistenza della fibra. Il marchio BREMA portò inoltre importanti novità anche nel settore delle protezioni; fu infatti di BREMA l idea di applicare protezioni removibili, offrendo così dei capi con migliore vestibilità e con il beneficio della protezione quando necessario. L inserimento di una banda elastica nei pantaloni e nelle giacche favorì una libertà nei movimenti fino ad allora sconosciuta. Niente veniva lasciato al caso e anche il verso delle cuciture aveva la funzione di rendere i capi più resistenti! Innovazione non solo per la tecnicità, vestibilità e design, ma anche per l uso del colore; in un mondo dove i capi erano in prevalenza neri, per BREMA questo era un colore che non esisteva, quindi largo al rosso, al blu, al giallo, una vera rivoluzione. Nel 2000, Giovanni Barocci, per il desiderio di creare dei capi da moto, pensò a questo grande logo alle maniche che caratterizzava i capi Brema, e dopo aver rintracciato il proprietario, rilevò il marchio e, in funzione di un mercato che era cambiato, aggiunse alla linea tecnica, DNA del marchio, una prima collezione travel. Nel 2010 il marchio BREMA decide che è il momento di passare ad uno step successivo per una fisiologica evoluzione del brand e trova in Roberto Menichetti la persona a cui affidare la direzione creativa; la sua grande passione per la moto e la grande esperienza maturata in anni di collaborazione con i marchi più rappresentativi del panorama della moda, per dirla in termini motoristici, saranno il giusto propulsore dell accordo. The company, created by Bruno Gioli in 1969, was set up following his passion for off road motorcycling and the lack of satisfactory product on the market at the time. BREMA was the first company in the world of motorcycle racing to create an essential style and modern aesthetic. The substitution of traditional materials such as leather and oil treated cottons, permitted the realization of new items satisfying the the new technical requirements of passionate motorcyclists.already in 1970 Brema understood the value of breathability in his fabrics: jackets were realized in a combination of cotton with polyester, therefore adding breathability to fiber resistance. Brema also brought important evolution to the sector in protection: it was his idea to apply removable pads to the outside of the clothing, offering better fitting garments with the benefit of the protection when necessary.moreover the insertion of elastic bands to pants and jackets favored a freedom of movement formerly unknown.nothing was left to chance: particular attention was given to the direction of the stitching, which when done in a certain direction and tension offered added resistance. Innovation not only in the technical aspects, fit and design, but also in the use of color; in a world dominated by black clothing, for Brema this was a color inexistent. Therefore great use of red, blue, yellow, a true revolution. In 2000, Giovanni Barocci, with his desire to create motorcycle clothing, remembers the great logo on the sleeves that was characteristic of Brema and after a meeting with the original owner, acquires the brand. In function of a market then changed, adds to the technical line, the DNA of the brand, a first travel collection. In 2010 Brema decides that it is the moment for a further step in evolving the brands and finds Roberto Menichetti the person to entrust the creative direction; his grand passion for the motorcycle and wealth experience matured through years of collaborations with noted brands in the panorama of fashion, is in motorcycling terms, the right engine for the collaboration.
