3 Colore e materia sono le coordinate progettuali di DOCKS, declinate in lastre di gres porcellanato ad impasto colorato, definite dal movimento della struttura, dal design della texture e dalla tattilità particolare, estremamente morbida. Durante la stesura dei formati grandi, evitare di far coincidere i vertici di una piastrella con la metà delle altre a fianco, per ovviare alle imperfezioni di planarità riscontrabili talvolta nei prodotti ceramici. A tale scopo si consiglia inoltre di mantenere una fuga di 1-2 mm tra una piastrella e l altra. Infine per ottenere un risultato estetico impeccabile, è consigliabile utilizzare sigillanti in tono con il colore della piastrella, oppure di una gradazione leggermente più chiara.
