In queste pagine Master abbina le novità più recenti della propria offerta con i prodotti storici che hanno segnato l inizio dell attività Master nel lontano 1984 e che mantengono inalterata la propria funzionalità. Novità del 2010 è la gamma industriale composta da prese, spine e quadri di distribuzione di bassa tensione: 840 nuovi articoli dalle bassissime tensioni alle applicazioni specifiche per container, comprendendo anche le tensioni utilizzate nei paesi extra-europei. Caratteristiche fondamentali, oltre al piacevole design, sono l alta qualità costruttiva e la forte attenzione alla sicurezza che da sempre distingue i prodotti Master. Tra la spinotteria civile, la serie con l ampia scelta di placche, i portalampada e le attrezzature di fissaggio e connessione, spicca la vasta gamma di scatole e centralini da poco introdotta, e le nuovissime scatole da incasso a pavimento, caratterizzate dall innovativo sistema di chiusura a doppia faccia. Plugs, sockets and industrial adaptors Our plugs and sockets are manufactured in compliance with the International norms of the International Electrical Commission IEC and IEC These norms have been registered by CENELEC (European Committee for electro-technical norms) as EN and EN norms and by the Italian electro-technical Committee on the name of CEI EN and CEI EN These norms have been created with the purpose to avoid incorrect matches with tension, energy, frequency, polarity or using type. Each different plug or socket version is provided with safety devices to make impossible to use plugs and sockets not compatible for n. of poles, power supply, tension and frequency. In the low voltage versions the safety device is realized with: 1. a groove on the socket, whose correspondent is a nib on the plug 2. a earth contact bigger than the other contacts, who is located in different positions according to the different tensions. The 63A and 125A sockets are provided with a main contact to make them able to activate a electrical block. In the extremely-low voltage versions the safety device is obtained with: 1. groove on the plug, whose correspondent is a nib on the socket in fixed 6 hours position; 2.an auxiliary groove on the plug and a nib on the sockets, in different position depending on the features of use. The hour position (h) must be identified with the socket in frontal position, with the reference nib in 6 hours position and detecting the hour position of the earth contact (for low voltage sockets) or of the auxiliary reference (for extremely-low voltage sockets). 168

56 170 I quadri da cantiere ASC I quadri elettrici da cantiere Master di tipo ASC sono destinati all alimentazione degli utilizzatori elettrici nei cantieri di costruzione, secondo le indicazioni della norma generale CEI 17-13/1 (CEI EN ) e la norma specifica CEI 17-13/4 (CEI EN ). Sono costruiti in serie (AS), forniti già cablati e collegati, completi di targa identificativa delle principali caratteristiche. Per le caratteristiche progettuali e costruttive, sono quadri adatti a installazioni mobili interne o esterne, e a frequenti spostamenti. In the opening operation, a pressure with the screwdriver is sufficient, followed by a rotation between the handle and the module, while the rotation in the opposite direction allows to seal and lock the product. MORSETTI - CLAMPS I tempi di cablaggio si riducono anche grazie alla disposizione delle viti sui morsetti di collegamento. Le viti sono infatti tutte orientate nella stessa direzione, già svitate e predisposte per il serraggio sia con cacciavite a croce che a lama. F Per un corretto serraggio del cavo è necessario posizionare gommino e corona (G+C) sul manico (M) e avvitare leggermente il dado (D) In order to get a proper tightening, it is necessary to put the gum and the crown (G+C) on the handle (M) and softly screw tight the nut (D). Una volta posizionato il cavo alla giusta lunghezza, è necessario serrare il dado (D) continuando la rotazione prededente, fino a che la corona (C) non risulterà completamente serrata attorno al cavo.
