VASCA SMOOTH: Cristalplant AVVERTENZE La vasca deve essere installata su un pavimento perfettamente in piano. È necessario predisporre a pavimento un pozzetto con dimensioni 20x40x12 cm. (quota in profondità minima riferita al pavimento finito) così come indicato nella fig. A e posizionare il tubo di scarico Ø 4 cm. con OR di tenuta nelle posizioni x y o z. Le quote riferite al centro del pozzetto sifonato (fig. A) sono indicative in quanto la posizione dello scarico nella vasca può subire alcuni spostamenti (± 02 cm.) per effetto delle tolleranze di costruzione. L operazione di livellamento della vasca va effettuata in opera nella fase di incollaggio attraverso spessori o altro. WARNINGS The bathtub must be positioned on a perfectly flat floor surface. 1. Installare la piletta ed il pozzetto sifonato sulla vasca avendo cura di rivolgere l uscita di quest ultimo dal lato opposto a quello dell arrivo del troppo pieno interponendo la guarnizione e siliconandola sia sul lato vasca che sul lato del pozzetto sifonato. 2. Siliconare entrambe le estremità del tubo flessibile con i rispettivi raccordi. 3. Siliconare l imboccatura Ø 4 cm. del tubo flessibile di scarico e collegarlo con la tubazione di scarico a pavimento. 4. Posizionare la vasca sugli appositi distanziatori (h = 15 cm) sopra al pozzetto a pavimento nella posizione in proiezione che andrà successivamente ad assumere. 5. Collegare il tubo flessibile al pozzetto sifonato. 6. Effettuare alcune prove di tenuta dell impianto realizzato questo è reso possibile dalla posizione provvisoria data dai distanziatori in legno posti sotto alla vasca. 7. Nel caso non si siano verificate perdite togliere i distanziatori in legno avendo cura di non effettuare movimenti bruschi o spostamenti troppo ampi. 8. Posizionare a terra la vasca nel punto stabilito quindi procedere alla siliconatura perimetrale del basamento. 1. Position the bathtub on the proper spacer (h 5 7/8 ) upon teh recess at floor in the position in projection where it will be successively posed. 5. Connect the flexible pipe to the recess. 6. Test different times the seal of the realised plant: this is possible thanks to the provisory position allowed by the wooden spacers placed under the bathtub. 7. If no losses are occurred remove the wooden spacers without provoking hard movements or wide shifts. 8. Position the bathtub on the floor in the forecast point then apply silicone to the base perimeter. 5

MANUTENZIONE QUOTIDIANA Prendersi cura di Cristalplant è semplice e veloce. E sufficiente pulire Cristalplant con acqua saponata o comuni detergenti per rimuovere la maggior parte delle macchie e dello sporco che si possono depositare sulla superficie. Sono in particolare consigliati detergenti in gel o abrasivi avendo cura di risacquare bene la superficie utilizzati con una spugna tipo Scotch Brite ; mantenendo cosi la finitura opaca originialecaratteristica distintiva del materiale. UTILIZZARE Detergenti in crema com CIF VIM o simili che contengano micro-granuli che abradono la superficie. L alcool etilico denaturato può essere utilizzato avendo l accortezza di risacquare bene la superficie. NON UTILIZZARE Solventi come acetone o trielina e altre sostanze chimiche aggressive come acidi forti (acido muriatico ecc..)o basi forti (soda caustica ecc..). Detergenti industriali o altri di cui non si conosce l aggressività in questo caso è bene fare la prova in una zona non a vista prima di applicarlo su una vasta zona. Sostanze molto aggressive per sgorgare i lavelli Solventi utilizzati nel settore della verniciatura. DAILY MAINTENANCE looking after is quick and easy. Industrial detergents or others of wich the aggressive nature is not know; in this case it is advisable to test the product in an unseen area before apply it over a large part.
