HY WORTHY è un centro di taglio monoblocco a controllo numerico a 4 assi, di cui 3 interpolati, dotato di banco fisso e testa girevole per effettuare molteplici lavorazioni: taglio lastre, sagomatura masselli, scavo masselli, incisioni di scritte, forature, utilizzando il disco diamantato o i foretti. WORTHY is a NC monobloc cutting centre with 4 axes (3 of which are interpolated) with a fixed work bench and twist head, specially engineered to perform multiple machining operations: slab cutting, billet shaping and pocketing, inscription engraving and drilling, using a diamond disk or drilling tools.
WORT La struttura monoblocco in acciaio zincato occupa il minimo Particolarità costruttive e funzionali WORTHY è una fresa monoblocco a controllo numerico compatta e rapida da installare, progettata e realizzata senza compromessi né sulla qualità dei componenti impiegati né sulle performances che possono essere conseguite. spazio in relazione alle corse degli assi ed è installata nel più breve tempo possibile senza bisogno di fondazioni. La trave, in acciaio elettrosaldato stabilizzato, ospita le guide di scorrimento del carro che supporta il mandrino. Scorre sulle vie di corsa lungo l asse Y su elementi volventi, ed è mossa da un dispositivo gantry pignone-cremagliera azionato da motore brushless digitale così da poter eseguire i posizionamenti rapidamente e con precisione. La testa di taglio birotativa ruota intorno al proprio asse verticale (asse C) di ± 190 ed è azionata da un motore brushless digitale. La testa si inclina manualmente di 90. E equipaggiata con laser a traccia continua per l allineamento del taglio. Il motore mandrino ha una potenza di 13 kw, è controllato da inverter ed ha un campo di lavoro tra i 1000 ed i 4500 giri. Così possono essere montati dischi di diametro tra i 350 ed i 600 mm senza penalizzare le prestazioni di taglio. E inoltre possibile montare sul mandrino foretti con attacco ½ gas per l esecuzione di fori sulla lastra. Il carter del disco ha diametro 600 mm. PARTICOLARITÀ COSTRUTTIVE Il carro portamandrino è anch esso in acciaio elettrosaldato. Scorre lungo l asse X su guide rettificate ed è mosso anch esso da un sistema pignone-cremagliera azionato da un motore brushless digitale. L asse Z, per il posizionamento verticale del mandrino, scorre su guide a ricircolazione di sfere ed è azionato da un motore brushless digitale che comanda il dispositivo pignone/cremagliera. L elevata dinamicità di questo asse è assicurata da un cilindro pneumatico per controbilanciare il peso dell unità di taglio. WORTHY è dotata della funzionalità Energy Management in grado di riversare in rete l energia recuperata in fase di frenatura. I particolari azionamenti usati permettono inoltre di ottenere la compensazione energetica interna, per cui l energia generata da un motore in fase di frenatura può essere utilizzata per da altro motore in fase di accelerazione. L impianto di lubrificazione manuale delle trasmissioni e delle altre parti di macchina in movimento è centralizzato in soli 3 punti, così da semplificare la manutenzione ed evitare di dimenticare la lubrificazione di qualche organo. Le due porte, necessarie per la conformità alle norme CE, hanno ampie superfici trasparenti e garantiscono non solo la sicurezza delle persone in caso di proiezioni di schegge durante il taglio, ma anche il massimo comfort evitando che i getti d acqua prodottisi durante il taglio raggiungano gli operatori, pur avendo sempre una chiara visibilità del lavoro che viene eseguito in macchina.
HY Structural and functional features The galvanized steel monobloc structure takes up a minimal amount of space with relation to the axis travel and is installed rapidly, with no need of foundations. The stabilized, arc-welded steel bridge houses the guides for the spindle carriage sliding and slides on runways along the "Y" axis on rolling components; the bridge is actuated by a gantry rack and pinion assembly and driven by a digital brushless motor for rapid and precise positioning. Arc-welded steel spindle carriage sliding on ground guides along the "X" axis by a rack and pinion assembly, which is driven by a digital brushless motor. STRUCTURAL FEATURES The "Z" axis for the spindle vertical positioning slides on recirculating ball guides and is driven by a digital brushless motor assembly that controls the rack and pinion assembly. The high dynamism of this axis is guaranteed by a pneumatic cylinder that balances the weight of the cutting unit. WORTHY is provided with the "Energy Management" functional capability that transfers the energy generated during the braking stage to the electrical grid. Special drives allow achieving the internal energy balance according to which the energy generated by a motor during braking can be used by another motor under acceleration. The twist cutting head rotates around its vertical axis ("C" axis) by ± 190 degrees. The head is driven by a digital brushless motor, can be manually inclined by 90 degrees and is equipped with a laser unit with continuous beam for cut alignment. The spindle motor features a power of 13 kw, is controlled by inverter and has a working range between 1.000 and 4.500 revs thus enabling to use disks with a diameter between 350 and 600 mm without affecting the cutting performances. It is also possible to mount drill bits with ½ gas fitting on the spindle in order to make holes on the slabs. The disk guard is 600 mm in diameter. The manual lubrication plant of the transmissions and other moving components of the machine is concentrated in three points only so as to simplify maintenance and avoid forgetting to lubricate some component. The two doors, required to conform the machine to the CE standards, features wide see-through surfaces that ensure worker safety in case chips are thrown around during the cutting operation and maximize his comfort preventing water jets from hitting him, while maintaining a clear view of the machining operations.
WORT La programmazione e l unità di gestione WORTHY monta lo stesso controllo numerico continuo (CNC) che Breton installa in tutte le sue frese a controllo numerico il ben collaudato e potente Siemens 840SL. A richiesta si possono installare programmi di ottimizzazione o di profilatura con interpolazione. L armadio elettrico è installato a bordo macchina. Non richiede quindi di essere collegato alla macchina ed il suo ingombro rimane all interno della sagoma delle porte aperte. La consolle di comando può essere posizionata convenientemente dall operatore ed è equipaggiata con monitor touch-screen 15 a colori. Una pulsantiera mobile facilita le operazioni che vanno effettuate in prossimità del pezzo. Programming and management system WORTHY is provided with the same computer numerical control (CNC) that Breton installs on all its bridge saws: the efficient, tried-and-true Siemens 840SL. On request, programs for optimization or profiling with interpolation may be installed. The electrical cabinet is installed on the machine, therefore it doesn t need to be linked to the machine and remains inside the open doors. The control panel can be conveniently positioned by the operator and is equipped with a 15-inch colour monitor. Taglio in manuale di rettangoli o poligoni L esecuzione in manuale di singoli tagli e/o pezzi è semplice grazie all esperienza fatta su diverse centinaia di frese vendute e avvalendosi dell utilizzo di "Macro" (pezzi tipici le cui dimensioni possono essere variate a piacere). Il posizionamento e l orientamento dei pezzi sulla lastra può essere eseguito sia sfruttando gli assi della macchina sia posizionando direttamente a video il pezzo da realizzare. Manual cutting of rectangular or polygonal pieces The manual execution of single cuts and/or pieces is very simple thanks to the experience gained on hundreds of bridge saws sold and, thanks to the use of "Macros" (typical pieces whose dimensions can be changed at will), the piece positioning and orientation can be executed either through the machine's axes or by directly positioning the piece to be processed on the monitor. WORT Pacchetto software per gestione ordini e ottimizzazione pezzi da installare a bordo macchina Avendo caricato sul pc a bordo macchina gli ordini da evadere - sia che siano costituiti da semplici rettangoli che da poligoni - e le misure lastra, il software analizza diverse combinazioni di taglio per realizzare i prodotti in ordine e minimizzare lo sfrido della lastra. Le misure della lastra possono essere inputate in diversi modi, il più comunemente impiegato è che l operatore disegni il poligono che rappresenta la lastra o impieghi l accessorio macchina fotografica, se installato. La presenza di difetto sulle lastre può essere evidenziata sulla foto, o riportata nel poligono disegnato dall operatore. PACCHETTI SOFTWARE OPZIONALI Software package for order management and optimization of the pieces to be installed on the machine After the job orders (composed either by simple rectangles or polygons) and slab dimensions have been loaded on the PC mounted on the machine, the software analyses different cutting combinations in order to optimize the slab surface utilization and minimize the slab off-cuts. Slab dimensions can be loaded in various ways; usually, the operator draws the polygon representing the slab or he may use the digital camera, if available. Any possible defect of the slab is displayed on the picture taken by the camera or, failing that, traced on the polygon drawn by the operator.
HY Espansione software sagomatura di masselli secondo geometrie complesse Questa espansione software consente di sagomare masselli con lavorazione a «pettine» verticale o orizzontale con disco diamantato secondo superfici di geometria complessa. La forma del profilo da realizzare viene definita in macchina con l utilizzo del CAD 2D semplificato fornito a corredo, oppure importata da un file esterno. La forma del massello da sagomare e la sagomatura dello stesso vengono visualizzati sul video touch-screen. Grazie alla possibilità di effettuare la lavorazione in interpolazione sugli assi, si possono ottenere anche pezzi di forma complessa nello spazio. Expansion software for profiling billets according to geometrically complex shapes This software expansion enables to profile billets utilizing a vertical or horizontal comb technique with diamond disk, according to geometrically complex surfaces. The shape of the profile to be obtained is defined on the machine using a simplified CAD 2D program (fitting out the machine). The shape of the billet to be profiled and its shaping are displayed on the touch-screen. Since the machine can operate with interpolated axes, it is also possible to produce pieces with complex spatial shapes.
