RESISTENTE COME L ACCIAIO Elevata resistenza al calore, al taglio, nessun punto di fusione, bassissima infiammabilità, fanno del una fibra sintetica innovativa ad altissima protezione. PMJ impiega nei suoi prodotti di tipo balistico, lo stesso utilizzato nella produzione di giubbotti anti-proiettile, che si differenza da tutti gli altri tessuti aramidici a maglia, grazie alla costruzione a navetta con intreccio trama/ordito. Il materiale ottenuto da questi filati innovativi è molto più spesso e compatto, ma ovviamente anche molto più resistente. La resistenza è molto più elevata rispetto tessuti misto Kevlar /Cotone, tessuti a maglina, tessuti in fodere e feltro. PMJ è l unica azienda che ha effettuato test di resistenza abrasiva e taglio sulla nostra fibra aramidica. Il test è lo stesso utilizzato per testare abbigliamento tecnico per motociclisti ed offre valori conosciuti in tutto il mondo (). RESISTENZA ALL ABRASIONE, TAGLIO E SCOPPIO CE EN 13595-1:2002 ABRASION, CUTTING AND BURST CE EN 13595-1:2002 TEST SUPERATO PMJ ha scelto di sottoporre ai test di laboratorio i materiali utilizzati. In questo modo siamo in grado di fornire valori e indicatori ufficiali di quella che è la reale sicurezza dei Jeans protettivi da moto. Un laboratorio certificato esterno alla nostra azienda, ha effettuato i test per nostro conto, secondo i metodi e i requisiti delle normative Europee relative ai dispositivi tecnici di protezione individuale per motociclisti (DPI). Il impiegato nei nostri prodotti è stato sottoposto al test per la determinazione all abrasione da impatto, secondo la normativa europea -2, ottenendo un valore pari a 7,90 secondi di resistenza raggiungendo e superando così il massimo livello di sicurezza previsto il livello 2. Anche nei test per la determinazione della resistenza tessuto al taglio da impatto (-4) e alla resistenza scoppio cuciture per trazione (-3), è stato raggiunto il livello 2..
