Per il montaggio dell apparecchio occorre posizionare adeguatamente lo sportello in alluminio (E Fig. 5) predisposto per montaggio su palo (Fig. 5) o su braccio (Fig. 6). Il sistema di fissaggio permette l utilizzo di bracci aventi un inclinazione di 0, +5, +10, +15 rispetto al piano stradale. Per posizionare l apparecchio con vetro in piano rispetto alla strada, occorre verificare il corretto inserimento del braccio in corrispondenza dell inclinazione indicata nella piastrina graduata (A Fig. 2). Es: Con braccio inclinato a +15, per riportare l apparecchio a 0,l estremita del braccio deve allinearsi alla tacca indicata con 15. Il palo o il braccio vengono bloccati al telaio mediante il grano in acciaio inox 12MA, inserito nello sportello in alluminio (F Fig. 5): il grano deve essere serrato applicando un momento torcente di 29Nm, utilizzando una chiave a brugola da 6mm. Per evitare un eventuale allentamento del grano, stringere il dado 12MA inox utilizzando una chiave inglese da 19mm e applicando un momento torcente di 29Nm. Collegamenti elettrici Per accedere alle parti elettriche, occorre sbloccare il gancio di chiusura (B Fig. 3). Per collegare l apparecchio alla linea elettrica, è necessario perforare, direttamente con il cavo, la membrana passacavo (C Fig. 4) posta sulla copertura e collegarsi al sezionatore di ingresso (D - Fig. 4) rispettando le polarità L e N e le prescrizioni di taglio e spellatura del cavo riportate nella sezione ISTRUZIONI DI ALLACCIAMENTO ALLA LINEA ELETTRICA a Pag. 2. Fermare il cavo in posizione stringendo le viti del fermacavo (G Fig. 4) L apparecchio deve essere collegato alla linea elettrica utilizzando un cavo a 2 poli avente un diametro nominale compreso fra 7 13 mm. Il cavo utilizzato deve essere conforme all installazione in apparecchi in doppio isolamento. In caso l apparecchio sia fornito con opzione PLM, prima di chiuderlo, annotarsi il serial number del dispositivo di telecontrollo. Manutenzione dei componenti elettrici In caso di necessità, è possibile asportare la piastra cablaggio ruotando il pomello di bloccaggio (G Fig. 8) che blocca la piastra al telaio. Una volta effettuate le dovute operazioni, è sufficiente riporre la piastra cablaggio nella sua posizione originaria e ruotare il pomello di bloccaggio (G Fig.8). Chiudere l apparecchio bloccando il telaio inferiore con il gancio di chiusura (B Fig. 3). Regolazione dell ottica L ottica dell apparecchio è progettata per l illuminazione di strade di larghezza diversa senza richiedere l inclinazione dell apparecchio. L ottica possiede un sistema di regolazione del fuoco lampada in 7 posizioni (Fig. 7), grazie al quale è possibile conformare il solido fotometrico alla larghezza della strada da illuminare. Per modificare il fuoco lampada è sufficiente allentare le 2 viti laterali (H - Fig. 7), far scorrere l ottica fino alla posizione desiderata (si usi l opportuna gradazione stampata nel riflettore) e bloccare di nuovo le 2 viti. L utente dovrà, pertanto, conferire l apparecchiatura giunta a fine vita agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti elettrici ed elettronici, oppure riconsegnarla al rivenditore al momento dell acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno.
