Sistema di conduzione Pexal gas OMOLOGZIONI QULITY STNDRD SISTEM DI CONDUZIONE PEXL GS PIPES ND FITTINGS FOR PEXL GS CONVEYNCE PEXL GS multi-layer pipe Tubo multistrato PEXL GS (Ø 16x2,25-20x2,5-26x3-32x3-40x3,5 50x4-63x4,5) Il sistema di conduzione PEXL GS consiste nell utilizzo abbinato del tubo multistrato con i raccordi in lega speciale di ottone e consente di realizzare impianti di adduzione di gas naturale e GPL da rete all interno delle abitazioni. I tubi e i raccordi sono tra loro isolati elettricamente grazie ad una guarnizione piatta che va ad interporsi fra la parte terminale del tubo ed il raccordo in ottone. Questa guarnizione esclude ogni possibilità di contatto fra i due metalli evitando così fenomeni di corrosione elettrochimica. Il tubo multistrato PEXL GS è composto da: 1.Strato interno: Tubo in polietilene reticolato PE-Xb (reticolato mediante silani) 2.Strati leganti: Due strati di adesivo legano il tubo metallico intermedio allo strato esterno ed interno 3.Strato intermedio: Tubo in lega di alluminio saldato testa a testa longitudinalmente 4.Strato esterno: 1 2 Tubo in polietilene reticolato PE-Xb (reticolato mediante silani). Colore RL 1023 (giallo) 3 2 (Ø 16x2,25-20x2,5-26x3-32x3-40x3,5-50x4-63x4,5) PEXL GS pipe can be used for natural gas and GPL conveyance from the network into domestic buildings, with the corresponding fittings made of a special brass alloy. Contact between the brass fitting and the aluminium pipe is prevented due to a seal which fits between the end of the pipe and the brass fitting. This means that the system is entirely protected against electrochemical corrosion. The PEXL GS multi-layer pipe is made up of: 1.n inner layer: cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xb (crosslinked with silanes) 2.Two adhesive layers: binding the metal pipe with the two outer layers in cross-linked polyethylene 3.n intermediate layer: longitudinally butt-welded aluminium 4.n outer layer: cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xb (crosslinked with silanes).
