12 M.E.C. WELDER Saldatore per cinghie in Poliuretano M.E.C. POLBELT Modalità d uso Il Saldatore per cinghie in poliuretano M.E.C. POLBELT è un apparecchio a funzionamento elettrico; prima di essere utilizzato deve essere collegato mediante l apposito filo ad una presa di corrente funzionante a 220 V / 110 V con portata minima adatta alla potenza del motore elettrico; La presa deve essere del tipo adatto alla spina in dotazione e collegata a una efficace messa a terra. C / CP Sez. C / RND TABLE TABELLA 1-A Procedere nel seguente modo: 1. Appoggiare l apparecchio su di un piano o su apposito supporto (optional). 5 Proceed in the following way: 1. Start the machine by using the switch found on the motor. 9. The dual action of the vibration of one of the edges of the belt under the effect of pressure of the spring results in the production of heat and fuses the material in the extremities which are in contact. 10. Welding is complete when a light foam of melted material appears all around the jointed section (5-15 seconds, depending on section). When this occurs turn off the power with the switch. 11. Wait a few minutes for the joined material to solidify and then open the clamps using the lever Q and takeout the belt. Beware!!! In funzione alla sezione della cinghia da saldare occorre identificare le apposite morsette dotate di pernetto di centraggio ed inserirle nei fori presenti sui supporti dell attrezzatura. 3. Impostare la pressione di lavoro secondo i dati della tabella l-a e la precarica agendo sul pomello X. 4. Con la leva L compiere una rotazione in senso orario precaricando la molla (le morsette si allontanano) e bloccare col nottolino Y. 5. Introdurre le due estremità della cinghia da unire nelle morsette avendo cura di mantenere il punto di unione al centro, stringere manualmente le morsette agendo sulla leva P. 6. Bloccare meccanicamente la cinghia agendo sugli eccentrici delle leve Q. 7. Sbloccare il nottolino Y tirandolo verso l alto sì da sbloccare la molla di carica. 8. Avviare l apparecchiatura agendo sull apposito interruttore presente sul motore. 9. L azione combinata della vibrazione di una delle estremità della cinghia sotto I effetto del carico della molla fa sì che si produca calore e fonda il materiale nelle estremità a contatto. 10. La saldatura è eseguita quando appare una leggera bavetta di materiale fuso tutto intorno alla sezione da unire (5-15 secondi secondo le sezioni), quindi togliere corrente con l apposito interruttore. 11. Attendere alcuni minuti che il materiale colato solidifichi quindi aprire le morsette agendo sulle leve Q ed estrarre la cinghia. Attenzione!!! Nella eventualità che l apertura delle morsette non sia sufficiente, occorre agire sulle leve Q, ruotarle su se stesse di 180 e fare pressione verso il corpo macchina: si aumenterà di 5 l apertura. 12. Pulire la cinghia asportando la parte colata e debordante con l apposito tronchese compreso nelle dotazioni. 13. L attrezzatura è pronta per una nuova saldatura

13 Attrezzature Welding Tools A D Istruzioni per l uso Accingendosi per la prima volta ad eseguire una giunzione su una cinghia M.E.C. POLBELT è consigliato operare secondo queste semplici istruzioni: a: Srotolate la cinghia e tagliarla alla misura desiderata con la forbice Z 110 (foto A), sottraendo allo sviluppo teorico la percentuale di pretensionamento (riportata sul catalogo nella scheda tecnica di ogni cinghia). b: Se la cinghia dovrà essere saldata in opera, occorrerà montare la stessa in posizione di lavoro esternamente alle pulegge, al fine di eseguire una giunzione a cinghia lenta. Per le cinghie con rinforzo occorrerà invece un operazione aggiuntiva: dopo la determinazione dello sviluppo reale, bisognerà, mediante un trapano con una punta di 3, asportare per una profondità di almeno 2 (foto B) il trefolo in ARAMID per consentire una corretta esecuzione della giunzione. c: Dopo avere accuratamente preparato la cinghia come descritto nel punto b, occorrerà assicurarsi dello stato del saldatore, il quale si dovrà presentare senza la presenza di alcun residuo, portarlo ad una temperatura di 240 C (AZ 220 -AZ AZ 660) ed inserire la cinghia nella apposita pinza (foto C) (per le cinghie M.E.C. POLBELT trapezoidali AZ 330 -AZ 440, per le cinghie tonde AZ 550) inserire il saldatore tra le due estremità (foto D) e stringere la pinza fino ad incontrare il saldatore, consentire con una leggera pressione il contatto sino allo sciogliemento visivo del poliuretano, aprire leggermente la pinza, togliere il saldatore accertandosi di non asportare il materiale fuso, richiudere e lasciare raffreddare la cinghia per circa 15 minuti, aprire la pinza, (foto E), pulire la cinghia (con una lama per renderla nel punto della giunzione omogenea al resto della cinghia) (foto F-G) ed infine montarla sulle pulegge. d: Per le cinghie che dovranno per motivi di ingombri lavorare sotto i diametri minimi consigliati sarà opportuno eseguire la giunzione con un taglio a 45 (forbice AZ 441) per aumentare la superficie di contatto. For the belts with internal reinforcement, should be necessary an additional step: after the determination of the real development, there should be a need to take away the internal reinforcement for at least 2 (photo B) by means of a drill bit in order to make a right execution of the splicing. c: After the above operation make sure the welder has no residuals, it must reach a temperature of 240 C (AZ 220-AZ 650- AZ 660) then clamp the belt ends in the pliers (photo C) provided for the purpose (for the M.E.C. 14 ESTRATTO DELLE CONDIZIONI GENEREALI DI VENDITA: EXCERPT FROM GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Ciascun ordine di acquisto da parte del cliente sarà soggetto alle Condizioni generali di vendita, le cui pattuizioni, prescrizioni e disciplina in genere regolano la fornitura salvo eventuali diversi accordi tra le parti, che dovranno avere la forma scritta a pena di nullità e inefficacia ed essere riportati sugli ordini stessi e sulla conferma d ordine. Si enunciano qui di seguito alcune parti salienti della disciplina contenuta nelle condizioni generali di vendita (documento integrale disponibile su intendendosi l acquirente definito anche compratore e l A Zeta Goa F.I. spa definita anche venditore o fornitore. PREZZI: Salvo diversi accordi scritti, si applicano i prezzi di vendita in vigore al momento dell ordine e della conferma d ordine, e si intendono per merce resa franco magazzino A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa, con costo dell imballaggio a carico del cliente. COSTO E RISCHIO TRASPORTO: Il costo del trasporto e la responsabilità sono a carico del cliente. Le merci sono spedite sempre a totale rischio e pericolo del compratore anche se a seguito di speciali accordi, la vendita è pattuita con franco destino. TERMINI DI CONSEGNA: I termini per la consegna, quando scritti, debbono considerarsi puramente indicativi e mai essenziali. La venditrice rimane comunque esonerata ed esclusa da qualsiasi responsabilità per pretesi pregiudizi o danni che dovessero essere riferiti o fatti dipendere da anticipata o ritardata consegna totale o parziale. In caso di ritardi imputabili al Venditore potrà darsi luogo ad eventuali risarcimenti unicamente nei CONTRATTI di fornitura in cui sia stata pattuita espressamente una clausola penale; in ciascun caso la misura del risarcimento non potrà essere superiore al valore della fornitura. Il cliente dovrà ritirare i prodotti ordinati anche in caso di ritardo di consegna. CONFORMITA DEI PRODOTTI: A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa garantisce la conformità dei prodotti forniti, dovendosi intendere con detto termine che essi devono corrispondere per quantità, qualità e tipo a quanto stabilito dal contratto, inteso come ordine poi accettato con conferma d ordine conforme. TOLLERANZE: Quanto sopra descritto in merito alla conformità del prodotto deve tuttavia consentire che per esigenze di fabbricazione siano in ogni caso aesse le tolleranze d uso. DENUNCIA VIZI E RECLAMI: Eventuali non conformità di fornitura, che fossero riscontrate dal compratore, dovranno essere denunziate tempestivamente per iscritto, a pena di decadenza dal diritto,al fine di consentire ad A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa un rapido intervento e/o una rapida verifica per trovare l eventuale tempestiva soluzione a quanto reclamato,se fondato. RESPONSABILITA : La merce fornita dovrà essere utilizzata e impiegata in modo conforme alle caratteristiche d uso del prodotto poiché nessuna responsabilità potrà essere attribuita e alcun indennizzo richiesto alla fornitrice a qualsiasi titolo, per danni causati dall impiego improprio e non idoneo della merce fornita. RESI: Non saranno accettati resi merce in mancanza di accordi scritti preventivi. Eventuali richieste di sostituzione del materiale fornito,fatta eccezione per problemi accertati di non conformità, potranno essere accettate solo alle seguenti condizioni: 1)Che il materiale fornito sia di topologia standard, senza particolarità costruttive o di lavorazione o di approvvigionamento specifiche per quella fornitura,su richiesta del cliente. 2)Che la comunicazione della richiesta di restituzione pervenga alla fornitrice entro due mesi dalla consegna del materiale fornito. Quando autorizzato il reso, la merce dovrà essere accompagnata dalla relativa bolla di consegna con indicati i riferimenti della bolla della fornitura di vendita e dovrà pervenire in porto franco in ottimo stato di consegna. L accettazione del reso sarà ad insindacabile giudizio di A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa. Per ogni ipotesi di reso accettato, l A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa emetterà una nota di accredito del valore della fornitura, dedotto il 15% dell aontare come rimborso spese forfettario. PAGAMENTI: -Forme e modi. Non è aessa compensazione con eventuali crediti, comunque insorti o pretesi nei confronti di A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa RISERVA DI PROPRIETA : I prodotti consegnati restano di proprietà di A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa sino al momento del pagamento integrale del prezzo, quando il pagamento debba essere effettuato, in tutto o in parte, dopo la consegna. In caso di contestazione e/o mancato pagamento anche di una parte del prezzo, A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa ha facoltà di ottenere indietro la merce o il prodotto venduto presso la sua sede legale, con richiesta scritta a mezzo di lettera raccomandata a.r. o PEC. In all cases in which returned goods are accepted, A Zeta Goa Forniture Industriali Spa will issue a credit note to the value of the supplies, less 15% of the total by way of flat-rate reimbursement of expenses. PAYMENTS: - Methods of payment.
