2 Made in Italy At the end of World War 2, Friuli was a poor land, where the young emigrated, seeking jobs and a better future. Instead, my grandfather, Almo Cantarutti, like many others, preferred to stay on, to set up the companies which have contributed to developing our region's wellbeing, turning our territory from being poor and rife with emigrants, into a rich and developed one. Our story begins with my grandfathers perseverance and laboriousness, which were continued by my father Edgardo Cantarutti and, now, by the third, current generation of an entrepreneurial family record, thanks to the considerable investment carried out over the years. Our products are made inside our two factories; we handle all processing stages, including painting. This allows us to cut production costs, while guaranteeing top quality to our customers. Thanks to an integrated manufacturing system and to our chair and table warehouse, we can process our customer's orders in 2-3 weeks from receipt of order, when any among 95% of the articles listed in our catalogue are requested. The Ho.Re.Ca market demands effective delivery dates, top aesthetic and structural quality of our products; expectations that we are able to meet just fine: this is confirmed by the extremely low number of complaints we receive, regarding less than 0.2 % of the chairs and tables we have delivered in a year. Minimo d'ordine: la SF Collection ha un minimo ordine di Minimum order is Modalita' di pagamento: la modalita' di pagamento standard si intende anticipato. Payment with L-C of before. Tempi di consegna: i tempi di consegna standard sono di 15 giorni lavorativi. Delivery time is 15 working days. Prezzi: i prezzi si intendono netti franco magazzino di San Giovanni al Natisone, operazioni di scarico e montaggio sono esclusi. Price are ex works. Garanzia: la merce gode di una durata di garanzia di un anno, questa si estingue in caso di uso improprio o modifiche apportate ai prodotti forniti da SF Collection. Ad avvenuta consegna il cliente si impegna a verificare immediatamente la completezza della stessa, l' eventuale presenza di danni. Qualora sia constatata difformita' rispetto alla merce da fornirsi, per contratto il cliente dovra' denunciare per iscritto a SF Collection entro il termine di due settimane dalla ricezione della merce, pena l' esclusione dei diritti alle prestazioni in garanzia, ci si applica anche nel caso in cui il cliente faccia uso della merce. L' onere di provare l' esistenza dei vizi e di provare il momento della constatazione delle difformita' e della tempestivita' della loro denuncia e' interamente a carico del cliente. Ove non sia presente la denuncia dei vizi entro i termini, tutti i diritti alle prestazioni in garanzia si estinguono. Difformita' di piccola entita' relative a dimensioni, colore e conformazione della merce non danno diritto al reclamo per garanzia. Per quanto riguarda i vizi comprovati SF Collection potra' procedere a sua discrezione all' eliminazione delle difformita' o sostituzione della merce. La SF Collection e' autorizzata a esigere un adeguato indennizzo per l' utilizzo della merce oggetto di reclamo che sia stata usata dal cliente, senza accordo esplicito. In caso di vizi di costruzione il cliente e' tenuto a non proseguire all' utilizzo della merce. Sono esclusi i diritti al risarcimento danno, in particolare i danni conseguenti, il cliente e' tenuto a conservare l' imballo originale per il trasporto e la restituzione della merce, si applica la legge della Repubblica Italiana, foro competente per entrambe le parti e' il Tribunale di Udine. L' azienda si riserva la facolta' di modificare in ogni sua parte gli articoli del presente catalogo, sia nei dettagli che nelle dimensioni, senza nessun preavviso al Cliente in conseguenza dello sviluppo tecnologico del prodotto, il Cliente e' invitato ad accertarsi preventivamente con richiesta scritta se i modelli di suo interesse hanno subito modifiche e l' Azienda e' tenuta a comunicarlo in forma scritta, nel caso tale procedura non fosse stata e seguita il produttore non risponde di alcun reclamo. 86
